I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plans—please refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio
