@JioCare @reliancejio got a response from their cust care that there is no sufficient network in this area in Bangalore. No timeline and I am hearing this from past 3 months. How do you claim yourself best network spread across. Your network doesn't work in almost all areas. 😡

@JioCare Previous I send sir and Jio customer care phoned me and assure about this but today I feel very bad about Jio condition in Bangalore I don't even download 100kb file in open area. I know Jio provide nice service in other states but what happens to Jio here.

After abt 13+ Years of association wid @VodafoneIN since my early days in Mumbai frm October 2k5 onwards when it was still @orange & then @HUTCH, I hv finally decided to move away & PORT out to @reliancejio 4 Data & GSM network issues. Enough is enough. Kindly guide me in porting

My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare Your network in Bangalore sucks. At multiple places in the city the speedtest results prove that. I have been tweeting for days complaining about it. @DoT_India @TRAI Take note of this My current plan expires on 29 March. That will be the end of Jio for me!

@JioCare @reliancejio your network is horrible. Voice call keep dropping or can't make or receive calls. Instead of resolving the problem I am been constantly asked the information again and again about location. If you can't fix issue please let me know and I will opt out of Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare please increase the speed of your internet speed in Durgapur, West Bengal customers here are facing worst internet speed and call drops. When we complain about it in the MyJio app they're telling to move to a different place.
