    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    They ask DM your registered number since last 3 days I DM them number after that no response again next day same question DM your number.. Sales person also not reschedule call @JioCare not willing to solve customer issue. Just showing they are trying to solve but actually no any

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    I lodged a complaint regarding my set top box and they promised some one would visit within 24 hours. No body visited but I get a message my complaint resolved. Is it a joke on me by Jio @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently got a JioSTB connection. But was disappointed to see ads in the Indian Serials in Hotstar app. Based on what was communicated, I was promised a premium subscription. Speaking to your customer care did not help. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

    Hey @JioHotstar @JioCare why are you suddenly blocking titles on JioHotstar and forcing users to upgrade, especially when these were supposed to be included in the bundle with the ₹899 recharge plan? This feels like a bait-and-switch. Fix this and unlock the content we paid for!

    Problem with duopoly is customer service has taken a huge beating ! In my place near Gopalapuram Chennai, Jio Fiber is cut for 2 days , despite repeated calls nothing happens - local contact fails to answer phone ! Wonder if this is only India or all over ! They take service disruptions for granted !! @JioCare

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint (SR00003AD2NP) was raised on 6 July. I called customer care yesterday and was told an engineer would visit, but no engineer has been assigned yet and no appointment has been confirmed. It's been 3 days without internet. Pls resolve this urgently.

    @reliancejio i purchased a jio obd tracker around 20-30 days back. it has stopped showing any notifications & not logging trip from last 2 weeks. also wifi hotspot is not working what a cheap chinese product you people are selling & nowhere are any details mentioned to contact!
