    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    I am in prime location of Banglore….and Jio network is in such poor condition that it seems like i m in remote part of Rajasthan…. @JioCare will u do something or should I switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. Paid ₹5306 for a new connection on 25 Apr 2026, but installation was declared not possible by your engineer. Cancellation requested on 30 Apr. Only ₹863 refunded. Remaining ₹4443.46 not refunded @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare Scheduled Jio AirFiber relocation installation for 17th May, but there has been zero communication or update since then. No way to reach customer support via call or email. This is extremely frustrating. just cancel the request immediately. Order: LR00001DHWHN

    Took JioFiber for the first time and already regretting it within less than a week. I was promised a 4-hour resolution, but it has now been 24+ hours with no proper accountability or support. Very disappointing experience. Regretting to opt jio. Worst service. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have already shared the details. Please, check it. Despite the full signal, internet speed is extremely poor and unstable in my area. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, otherwise I may port to another network provider. Thank you.

    @JioCare My office work is getting badly affected because of your poor service. If an engineer visit is being scheduled, then why is nobody showing up? Have you people even followed up on this issue? What exactly are you doing for customers apart from giving false visit updates?@JioCare
