There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

My installation has been repeatedly rescheduled from 30 Jun to 3 Jul and now 4 Jul, but no one has come. The agent either doesn't answer calls, speaks rudely, or promises to visit and never shows up.
