    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare Further ur technicians had asked me 2 subscribe for a 12month package, but in the 1st month itself i am facing so much trouble then in 12 months i would have gone crazy. Never expected this kind of pain. Ur internet speeds might b incredible but your technicians r causing trouble

    @JioCare We are into 30th amd crosssed 50 days and still haven't received the refund I haven't seen such a worst grade service also have not got any call let me know if you guys can give refund or should I have to file case on jio care

    @reliancejio I had booked the new porting request from my jio app on sat.your exe. called me on Sunday to take delivery. I said, Sunday do not disturb me and pls come on working day.he used rude words on me saying he has sales tgt.Totally pathetic service.@DoT_India

    @JioCare @JioCare what is the status of my refund even after sharing all documents basis submission of the device at jio care and its more than a month now and also there is no followup from you guys till date this si very bad service and worst customer experience by ji fiber

    Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

    @JioCare Sent you a DM, now please help out. ur agent promised 48 hrs installation time after which i agreed & paid 1500 on 11th, after which he is not picking the call or call back. cust care is also poor as agent put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. u need recording?

    @JioCare booked a jio fibre connection yesterday. Was promised installation today morning. Promise not yet fulfilled. I have to work tomorrow. If you cannot fulfill the request by end of day kindly cancel and issue a refund. Request I'd:299761186809

    @JioCare You have tested my paitence for 15days. How many more days of patience you want me to keep. The kind of experience i am facing coz of ur technicians rude behaviour is very pathetic in nature. I am not asking anything for free & i have already paid the requisite amount.

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare guys you really need to improve the service for the INDOOR SIGNALS man your connection doesn’t even reach my phone??? (Just 1 point and multiple call failures) Do I live in village area? No! I live in Bangalore city and ur connection is poor Man!

    Jio fiber is using customer's money for 25-30 days they are not installing connections. Rescheduled my request for more then 10 times. If you called then they have no answers. If you mail them they are not addressed properly. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No proper signal strength in my area Sukkilanatham, Aruppukottai. if you @reliancejio deploy separate tower in this area. You can takeover the existing 400 connections.

    @reliancejio SR0000154F4J is addressed by none so far. No broadband connection since yesterday. Called @JioCare & they are absolutely no help. Last time engineer visited after 3 days of raising complain. I am working from home, internet service is must 24/7. No escalation matrix.

    @KumarManoj1711 @JioCare @vinaysarda123 Hi Manoj, when it comes to refund these jio customer service wont reply. I have been tweeting since four months and have gotten no response from them! The customer service is getting paid to just respond with some automated tweets. Thats all they do without resolving the issue.
