Terrible customer service from @reliancejio @JioCare Internet has been down for 48 hours now. Multiple calls to customer care, no executive has come home yet to fix the issue. This is highly unacceptable.

Hi Zac I guess there is no point in saying Connected Car tech as my #Kushaq I am always having trouble with the #MySkodaConnect app which doesn’t track the car. I have faced this challenge often and the Jio connect lost the connectivity often cc @Zac_Hollis_ @SkodaIndia @JioCare

Heavy network connectivity issues, sometimes we have to stand infront of a shop for 30 minutes only for 20 rupees payment, network speed is 1 kb/ps now .. Disappointed with this terrific services from Team Jio.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

@JioCare Everytime I connect my Google Tv Stick, the wifi connection switches to limited and every device connected to network loses connectivity. Only happens when tv stick is connected to wifi. Stick is working fine on hotspot though. Fix this.
