@JioCare @reliancejio Received a call from Jio , not sure for what purpose I received and some messages which I don't recognize. My preferred language is Tamil, English. I don't know any other language. World largest 4G network don't know how to communicate Jio is a shit.

@JioCare The common reply from jio is "We will get this sorted right away. Simply DM a valid Jio number to assist you further". What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.

Hey @reliancejio if you don't have bandwidth just give out”network congestion” message. Why the f are you telling “mobile is switched off” when it’s not! It gives the impression I have purposely switched off phone and avoiding people. Whereas it’s your incapability.
