    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @JioCare At d time of installation itself your engineers r acting in d most pathetic manner, then after installation they will never ever turn up. Your engineers have tested our patience. Coz everytime i receive an email i ask my family members 2 stay home as u r coming for installation

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    I made a payment on 12th April at 00:45 via Paytm. The transaction was successful and I have a valid UTR number, but it is still not reflecting in my account. Incorrect dues are still being shown.Despite trying to reach support, I have not received any proper assistance.@JioCare

    @JioCare i have a jio fiber plan for which i did yearly recharge and promised 1 month free service but i have not got it and your IVR is so poorly designed that i cannot get to the customer care executive to discuss this.
