    @JioCare Hi, I'm from Bangalore & My JIO Number is 9113840848 Network issue not Even single poin in mobile, indoor outdoor both & no voice no data working, please solve this issue as soon as possible, because many of JIO User's are PORTING there Sim cards to Airtel ❗

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @RelianceJioCare @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I have accidentally recharged 153 instead of 151 on my non jio phone and I called customer care and appellate for assistance and call centre. They mentioned no reversal or change of plan.

    @reliancejio Its hard to reach your customer care and your Jio App has crashed already. @ashumadan4 You are right, on practical grounds Airtel is still best. Seems Mukesh bhai will do same with shareholder funds like Anil😝

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged a jio phone recharge for my smartphone. I don't have additional money to do a fresh recharge for smart phone. Can you please change this to smart phone reacharge so I can pay the difference and use the service again. Plz Plz plz help

    @JioCare hello so I replaced my sim with the same number in one of the Jio stores in goa ! I was told it will get updated within 2 hours but it did not ! I put a complaint today after 24 hours and when they asked for my ICCID Id a wrong one was conveyed so I called again (1/2)

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JIO even on tribal areas JIO reached,but at my hometown even voice calls are next to impossible. @jio have raised multiple complaint for particular location but still we haven't recieved any resolution.

    @JioCare Service request no. SR000018YGTA remain unresolved as the issue of frequent disconnection of internet still persist. The frequent disconnection of internet is now a month old, cause severe hardship but technicians are in a hurry to close the request without resolution.
