    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst N/w i hv ever seen. Neither I m able to talk on call due to bad N/W nor your data is working at my location( location attached) And when we raise a complain no resolution for that & best excuse we get this is temporary issue we can't provide exact time

    @JioCare No coverage in my area for the past one hour. It suddenly disappears during the day time for two hours. Customer care told me they have raised a complaint but there is no record of it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the problem is not resolved yet. there is no network not even calls for most part of the day in my area. please provide a resolution how many days we have to tolerate this kind of downtime.

    The speeds you guys provide are really good. The only problem I'm having right now is that, in my home area, speeds are extremely low, even outdoors. Maybe some issue with towers near my home, I guess. My area pincode is 560060. Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka. @JioCare

    @rsprasad sir, congratulations on becoming Ut minister again my request to you please do not @JioCare jio expand further till they give better connectivity. I live in silicon valley of India. I am not able to login to IRC app, then imagine their connectivity.

    @pkhammu2005 @JioCare @ACTFibernet Don't go with JIO.... They are worst service provider ever. There network always disconnect or network slowness. Broadcast not for them where no proper support.

    @RelianceMobile my wife was not able to port her old number during shut down of reliance n took a new sim @reliancejio @JioCare n today she is facing issues in changing number with PF account etc. Could u pls help if thr is a way to reactivate this number with some other operator

    @JioCare before I could start using jio my experience with the jio store from where I got the sim is pathetic. Secondly sim is not activated and it’s already been more than 24 hrs. Hope you can increase your customer service level.

    @OyeLovnesh @reliancejio Please don't waste your money by switching to JIO network Their pathetic service department & connection issues will frustrate you. The charge for 1month plans but you will get only 12 days of it, rest will be outage every month without customer service. Now you can decide.

    Even after multiple complaints & paying 3 times the amount paid by prepaid customers, I’m not getting the service I expected. I was easily getting 4-5mbps when I was using jio prepaid, since the time I’ve started using @reliancejio postpaid, it just getting worsened, only 200kbps

    @JioCare i want to discontinue with Jiofiber because its over a month and still my issue is not resolved. It seems jio don't want to solve the issue. May be i can switch to @Airtel_Presence now

    @JioCare I have already registered a complaint a lot of times before. The place where I was living had no signals there and you guys never resolved the issue. You guys are just opportunist who want other companies to be dead and establish your monopoly.
