Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

Installation never happened. I Cancelled on 4 June and was promised a refund in 7–10 days, but still no refund Kindly process my refund immediately.
