Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare Been without internet for 3 days. The customer care keeps extending the time slot for the engineer. All my work is through the internet. Such false promises from jio. Pathetic service. Not renewing next month. Will register a formal compliant in the consumer forum today.

@JioCare I have mailed around 27 times, follow up calls as many as possible everyday. Almost I stay talking to your so called workaholic customer care around 2-3 hours a day. DM you almost 4-5 times a day. Still you don't understand the customer concern and not replying.

@jiocare I don't understand why you so sluggish in answering and resolving issues. I had simply asked that my relative's 'Change Plan' option is not working, please fix it. 24 hrs have gone by it's still the same. What the heck is wrong with you??!! Poor Jio!!
