Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@reliancejio with respect i just want to ask one thing what type of router you have made in 30days i have face more than 5 time this problem that my jio giga fiber continuously blinks for more that 1 hour with red light and interrupting my services. @JioGigaFibre

@reliancejio @JioCare We are the citizens of a rural area named Rupaidiha , kewalpur tehsil nanpara dist. bahraich 271881.. In our area the #jio network is so worst that we cannot even call properly. The tower is 100 m only away and but still the net speed lies b/w 10/15 kbps.

@JioCare What about the compensation part. 27th to 29th May ur services were completely down. Why not the existing validity of the aggrieved customers be extended for at least 3 days.. ?? @TRAI
