Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

Worst ever service by @ACTFibernet. Took money in advance, promised same-day install "at any cost" but never showed up. Huge disappointment as I needed it urgently. @JioCare offered free 2 months trial & was ready to install today. Stuck only because I paid ACT. Never again!

@JioCare my internet not working for last 4 days seems like you are taking benefits of duopoly in the market just like how BSNL used to behave earlier by not caring about customer problems
