    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @JioCare bad experience with jio .. service request : SR00001C8SAZ , called midnight and engineer scheduled to visit today morning.. we cancelled our trip...now engineer rescheduled for tomorrow..called again to Jio care..promise me for engieer visit afternoon..no any sms still..

    @reliancejio We raised a complaint yesterday abt internet down & complaint number is "ES000000DC2N". No resolution yet. Is this Jio Moto that take the money and give no service. CS rep are useless.

    @JioCare Contact Mr Prabhakaran Tambaram JIO centre incharge @+916379371567 and ask him to provide pictures etc...I am a Professional and not JIO employee because fault is at your end. I hope you understand better to solve this issue shortly.
