Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@DoT_India @JioCare Now how many times I have complained in the last 2+ years and each time you forward to the concerned TSP/Division, however do you followup or is there a record if any solution was provided by @reliancejio or just lip service. Cc honorable minister @manojsinhabjp

@JioCare @MitabarPal Today in my area new site implemented and started at 4 o'clock but my home is only 200 meters when we are in front of tower networks is fantastic every thing properly but when I am in my home only 2 networks signal showing internet also not working

@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima A fraudulent called from 8348766502 claimed that he is from jiocare to hlep for jiofibre. I instlld jioquick support n allow access for screen sharing, he then asked me to recharge jio using bank account or card not by third-party applications.

@JioCare at about 0020 hrs today, the signal bar disappeared suddenly. Seems local tower has gone down. Please check it out, we are paying you for better services.

@JioCare i am facing a lot of network issue at new place of work. Here i am not able to make any call or talk even if the call is connected. Facing huge problem. Sector 14 Gurgaon.
