Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

1) I have been cheated by a sim delivery guy.He asked to pay extra money in his paytm whereas the bill that I got was different,and when I confirmed it via customer service team, they confirmed, he did fraud. I registered a complaint same day, No resolution.@JioCare @reliancejio

Jio internet service is getting worse now days. Since a month, the internet speed drops suddenly it becomes unusable, you can't even send Watsapp message. And when i call someone the speed becomes normal . Then after sometime is happens again. I'm frustrated.@JioCare @reliancejio
