Now how many times I have complained in the last 2+ years and each time you forward to the concerned TSP/Division, however do you followup or is there a record if any solution was provided by @reliancejio or just lip service. Cc honorable minister @manojsinhabjp

Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

The @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trains it's customer services folks wrong. They say that they will "Change" the copper wires to Fiber (as if by magic) whereas actually it is a new cable that they have to lay. Frustrated by them. Hey @JioCare are you interested in a new client?

@reliancejio We have to subscribe to Jio fiber but I have booked so in my area it is not showing that coming soon in your area.Meaning it has not even come in my area. Brother, how much time will you spend man, send it soon man, my net is not working properly for jio.#JioFiber
