  @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

  There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

  @JioCare Justin that's what my question is. Can you assure that there won't be any outage due to a power failure again. Outage due to a catastrophic event can be understood but due to a power failure for fibre is not at all appreciated. Broadband is our bread and butter. Please understand

  @JioCare Hello team, I got new jio fiber connection installed today, but it seems that service engineer didn't connected on road wires well & it fell down. Need immediate support to get it fixed.
