    @JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

    @reliancejio the worst network in our area especially during night hours. It is same as old 2G network. Even this post took five minutes to upload.

    @JioCare paid the amount fully for 6 month plan of jio fiber. No one has come yet to connect the device. Scheduled time is 6pm today. Bad customer service. How to get the refund. Please tell me.

    @reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

    @JioCare the network and cellular network is going from good to bad and now from bad to worst cannot connect calls most of the time net is slow I had ported from Airtel to jio and now it looks like time to port back to Airtel will wait until the end of this month

    @JioCare please tell me . How can I get the refund. I am totally dissatisfied, disappointed because of the customer support. cancelled all my programmes because of your message i got about connection scheduled time. No reply, no action. Please give me the refund. ASAP

    @JioCare # very poor network coverage in #Kerala #Kochi during the day there is no coverage on the network calls dropping cannot connect calls incoming calls saying our of network area it’s getting from bad to worse all day same problem evening is the worst,

    @reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service

    @reliancejio The worst network in our area. Network speed is pathetic. Especially during night hours. Complained a lot, but of no use. Simply wasting money by recharging. Compelling me to port the number or escalate the complaint to TRAI.

    @JioCare Jio fiber number 9874611559 frequently down and no internet. Very pathetic jio fiber connection and no service support. Request team to check and resolve on urgent basis else we will switch to other service provider.

    I am subscribed to the @reliancejio fibre plan for 300mbps + 17 OTT apps (including Netflix & Amazon Prime). I haven't seen the speed go more than 150mbps. Prime Video isn't logging in from the past 2 months and asks to start a free trial. @JioCare please resolve this issue.
