In case @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia declared that they have a completely useless network, would @JioCare help me out to port my number

@JioCare I have shifted from my previous residence and want to disconnect jiofibre there, but i am unable to be able to get in touch with anybody, all they give is a toll free number which doesnt work, help.

Hello Dear @JioCare Team Thanks for your services across the country, But in Kunihar ( DISTT Solan, Himachal Pradesh) we are very disappointed due to poor 4G speed ; very low throughout the day ; plz look into the matter

@reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

@JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

@JioCare I praised jio for their remarkable turnaround time. But it seems like jio is also taking the same route as Airtel. Can you help in resolving my issues. Joio doing the same as done by Airtel in the past. @JioCare

@JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

@JioCare : you asked me my personal number to resolve the problem but still the issue is not resolved. Rather your team took money and now not picking up the call

@JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I asked for the bill for my usage on Jio Fiber. Your customer support team is failed to provide a simple bill. Every time giving copy pasted reply. They don't care. Not giving bill to their customers is a sign of a fraud company. #ShameOnJio

@JioCare Hey jio worst service ever no engineers visit till now time was given for yesterday 7:00 pm changed it to 2:pm today . This is the service provided by jio in capital city.And please don’t give me false information and no need to say be apologetic like parrot every day .

@reliancejio @TRAI @airtelindia The worst network. From past few days I have been using 1.3Gb of my quota of 1.5 Gb but still the message comes that u have used your 100% data. U are not providing full data to consumers. I am going a complaint in consumer court. Please resolve.

@MukeshAmbaniOf @reliancejio @JioCare I am raising a complaint against the installation for Jio broadband connection. I have applied for the connection and it’s almost 3days and no one came for the installation and in fact no one is receiving calls. #Disappointed with service.

@JioCare I have migrated from prepaid to postpaid jio fiber. Jio care confirmed me Amazon prime will not be auto renewed via email. But the same is auto renewed with 1499₹ charges. Now Jio Care saying, if I don’t want Amazon prime. I have to cancel the Jio fiber connection.

@JioCare No till now it is not showing in my saving account and in jiopos lite app, please help I have checked with jio store and head office in aundh pune, they are also not helping me for my money, customer care also not useful.
