    @JioCare I have requested for disconnection of jio fiber service within 1 month of connection. For till now no one is come to collect. Past 20 days i am getting msg for device collect but no one is coming. Several time iย  have called to customer care but not getting response.

    Hi @JioCare I want to cancel my subscription of Jio AirFiber, pls let me know how can o cancel as all of your communication channels are non functional and operating on automated chats and calls. this is too frustrating for me after paying bills and unable to use services.

    @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT ๐Ÿšซ TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber plan through the link provided in text messages saying i will get 1 month of validity free. But after recharge it is mentioned nowhere. How do i confirm this claim ? Kindly help.
