Dear @ViCustomerCare this is what I use to get VI network and can’t even use basic call facilities on a postpaid. I am in the centre of the city…Please suggest, if I need to port to @JioCare or @airtelindia ? Even after complaint for network issue no action taken to fix it.

@JioCare It seems like I'm talking to a robot and not the natural person. As there is no empathy towards customer disappointment. Is it really that impossible for a company like Jio to keep happy customers?? Ask your management
