I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

@JioCare I'm very much disappointed and harrassed by the kind of treatment jio team is providing. You are failing to solve a recurring issue from past 6 months and even after so many complaints there is only a temporary solution. If it continues I will be taking strict action.

Jio network issues since last 1 week call dropping and low internet issue.. Worst experience first time with JIO network. Shivalik Parkview Opp Club O7 Shela, Ahmedabad. Take action, 1 lakh mobile users will be there in 2 years. @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

@JioCare Because jio you urself told me that if don't recharge my all jio number immediately u will deactivate my important numbers. when u can't help ur customer, then why should I stay with jio? I told already i recharge in 80 days interval but u wanna force me then i better port.
