I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

If you are a student and thinking to get a new Wifi Please don't go For JIO. Because of any reason you cancel that wifi under the trial period, they will make you cry,before they refund your installation charges and security deposite mense a sum of total 1500.@reliancejio@JioCare

In a day Jio Fibre has at least 10 incidents of “temporary outrages” when there is no connection. Worst service in the country, definitely. @JioCare @reliancejio

Hi @JioCare I am facing lot of network issue at my area last 3 months. I have raised the complaint lot of time but still facing the same problem. I am part of jio last 3 year but not facing such problem. Please look into it and sort out the problem ASAP.

@reliancejio @JioCare waiting in queue since last 1 hour at Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai Jio Gallery. The staffs aren’t bothered for customer service. 1 of them is just sitting and talking on phone and not attending any customer and 1 is sleeping.

@JioCare Your customer care gave one engineer no, but he didn't pick up the call, atleast for courtesy someone should call, but you are sending draft msgs only, everymonth after I send 100 msgs in Twitter, u sending person
