  Had a terrible experience with jio e-SIM customer care executives. They either hang up the call, do not say a word (i can hear background noise) or put my call on hold. I tried calling them 5-6 time but I’m done now, switching to Airtel. JIO IS **** @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

  @JioCare First of all, I am not a layman user of internet. I had my wifi internet connection, which I disconnected due to their bad service. Now, from last week I started using jio mobile data for my office work, but I am facing so many issues with it.
