    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    Hello @JioCare One of my friend from Assam wants to port her Vi sim into Jio, the Jio sim seller told her that it will take 10 to 15 days to port. Is it true that Jio takes 10 to 15 days to port a sim? Any solution for it?
