I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

@reliancejio @JioCare lost my dad and mobile on 18th. No access to alt mob no./email. Have Aadhaar card and other photocopies. Service center not showcasing any compassion. Not able to call some of the family. Please help. Thank you. New Delhi right now.
