I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

Day by day jio network is getting worst. Please @JioCare @reliancejio work on your network in my area. I am unable to use Internet neither there is no network. Whenever someone calls me its shows unreachable, out of network etc.

@JioCare Time alloted for service of my Jio Fiber is 20 Dec, 2021 at 10:30pm but customer care told me that service time will be 18 Dec, 2021 around 5pm. I am facing this problem from around 24 hrs and I rely on your service for my studies. Fix this issue ASAP.
