I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

@reliancejio very unsatisfactory service by JEO Navi Mumbai .After 12 hours my order fibre no NO0000L0I7YW not installed. Mr Amardeep ingole from jio had assured us that installation will be done before 12 am. But after 10 hours no one visited the site for installation.

@jiocare Pathetic service in Dhauli circuit. No internet service from 6pm to 11am everyday from the last 2 months. I will surely switch to any other telecome provider. Wasting my money here. Unable to do my work to receive any call. #jiodown #
