    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 48hours waiting there is not a single response from your side and resolve the issues. It's better to port to other network.

    @JioCare Please provide the technician’s contact number or ask them to call me immediately. Also, share a confirmed visit time to fix the issue—your app shows no date or time, everything is blank. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this on priority.

    @JioCare @JioCare same thing has been told to me from 10 different representatives but nothing has happened so far, the issue is not just about my jio fibre connection it's also about how your onfield so-called engineer has asked my wife to go complain about him to whoever she wished to
