    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    @JioCare try to disconnect my jio service but customer service response is so pathetic. They are not interested to resolve exiting customer grievances. I got daily basis call for "why you are not recharging your connection". But for cancellations they will give next deadline.

    @JioCare or should I say jio doesn't care.. horrible service, jiofibre internet is down since early morning in Mumbai and there is no-one who cares to reply on myjio app, and the customer care number is also not connecting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I thot taking airtel fibre will sort issue of internet connectivity faced by me coz of Mtnl, but I was totally wrong. Since 12pm today the net is down & till now no resolution. In last 2 mths this is the 4 time issue has come up.
