  @JioCare Worst experience with Jiofiber. In last 3 months 4th time having connectivity issue. Everytime there is delay of 24-48 hrs in attending. Have to call customer care multiple times. Today's visit was scheduled at 6 pm. Nobody called, no update. Big mistake choosing Jio.

  @reliancejio @kahinipanjabi Sir. We have bad internet connection in my area. Due to work from home we have purchased 2 jio fi devices. The data quality is not even 1 MBps. We have reported the issue in jio office several times here.

  @JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

  @JioCare The Jio Tower from my home is 3 kilometers long, but remove some solutions to us not network.
