    @JioCare no customer support low customer satisfaction irresponsible services provided by the company. Still my number is not activated till date. False commitment provided by the company.

    Very bad service, and no notice of any kind. If this is the case in urban areas, then what is happening in rural areas. Even in the city, the network is missing for a long time. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare While recharging, you have to pay the full amount, don't you have to provide the facility? However, the benefit of such an expensive recharge is zero. I have never seen such a bad service.

    @JioCare why jio charge for a minute instead of second, when it given 3000 min to use fir other call, it must be deducted for every sec we talk, but jio needs more money to be great and one of most prior issue is that while calling to airtel no. first call always dropped. #TRAI

    @JioCare Issue is not temporary. It's permanent. Please arrange a solution otherwise almost 1000-1500 connection will be ready to port in new operator.

    @JioCare hi, in my jiofi i am getting speed of around 5mbps while on another jio sim in mobile the speed is more then 15 mbps. Both are at same location. I have reset my jiofi but the speed is still same. Would you help? Thanks.
