Which ever engineer I call says they have resigned. Jiocare says reschedule engineer visit afresh. App says I have crossed the limit of rescheduling.

This is a prepaid SIM delivery issue, not a complex technical problem. Despite advance payment, 15 days have passed and the SIM is still not delivered/activated. No definite timeline, no explanation, and no resolution have been provided. Customers expect service after payment, not indefinite assurances.
