    @consumerforum_ @JioCare and now, they are still saying that issue has been resolved without informing me and askin me if the issue has been resolved, this is how they works. I am raising your complaint to consumer court and let's meet there or else refund my entire 3 months adv.

    @JioCare Hello team. What is your definition of “right away”? Received no followup since your msg. Is this normal? The next payment is due in a few days and your systems are still blocking outbound calls from overseas.Either help us or issue a refund for the last two months of no service.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio if u cannot fix it, tell me I will opt out. This concern has become day to day headache for me from the day I activated this connection, if u cannot fix it, refund my 3 months advance else I will go to consumer court.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The issue is not resolved for service request SR00001I3OHR of JioFiber and you have again close the server request without even asking me. You have already closed my service request SR00001I3OHR three times without any resolution. Pathetic service.
