    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio how many times do i have to raise request for your engineer visit. Its been 2 weeks and after multiple requests no engineer.has visit for service request made. Instead of engineer coming as per convenience time of Customer 1/2

    @JioCare @JioCare for the 3rd time field engineers came & said we aren't able to fix it. and their manager (name withheld) gives excuse that it is blocked by government when it is clearly not for other providers. He asked me to share otp to close the issue to proceed further

    @JioCare 1. During selling of fiber sales person promised for provide four month plan. Now sales person saying that I sold jio fiber to you to achieve my target. I can't help you any more.
