    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare now I'm surrendering my connection because of your Jio staff, they shut down my connection, and still, it's shutting down from 25days, because of your irresponsible JIO staff, Mr. ANAND TAILOR, Arun Singh, they said I can't do anything, not replying when I call. FEDUP..

    To Dear @reliancejio rather than informing that I may have issues with the fiber connectivity, isn't it better that you locate the issue and resolve it???

    @JioCare extremely poor service and really bad speeds and coverage. Call centre is also not able to resolve issues as simple as scheduling technician visits. Pathetic. Even after paying exorbitant subscription.

    @reliancejio Dont know why Jio is selling their Network Tower to Vodafone.. Before awesome Jio network at my place but now vodafone and jio is same or sometimes voda is better.. Reason is , both user depend on single tower here in my village.

    So in general @reliancejio @JioMart_Support @JioCare means ambanis are running frauds. Jio mobile said Indian best network which is worst. And Jio mart who is looting people. Taking money from client and not deliver half items. & networks. Both company proving they are frauds. 😎

    @JioCare what kind of false commitment you make. I had switched from @Airtel_Presence and opted your postpaid service. Now after a year I am getting sms that I have to renew my amazon prime membership for Rs 999 whereas it was promised free for lifetime.
