    @JioCare @reliancejio How many days are required to just update the number in setup box it's been two months along with n no of follow ups and emails, if this is the case I am going to cancel all the connections that I have wrt jio. Total mobile conn: 5 , postpaid broadband:2.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare I writing this to inform you how pathetic is Jioairfiber service is. This is regarding the connection bearing# 4031775175 at Hyderabad. Ennumber of service requests raised that the TV channels aren't working properly for over 2 months yet the problem continues

    Frequent network failures are unfortunate. People pay money to @reliancejio for a month but @reliancejio provides 15 days of service in a month. When asked about the reason for network failures, it is found that it is either a power failure or a problem with the DG's fuel supply

    @JioCare Thank you If my issue is not resolve today... I would certainly port my whole family's 15-20 airtel connections and Wifi to Jio. And I'll make sure I take Airtel to court for causing irreparable damage and mental harassment due to this blocked incoming calls...

    @JioCare Day-7, I hope and expect that today the internet will be resolved and if not then I don't want Jio Air Fiber further, and from tomorrow I will bother you for the refund. Hope you will find the reason to provide proper service to restore the internet.
