    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio How many days are required to just update the number in setup box it's been two months along with n no of follow ups and emails, if this is the case I am going to cancel all the connections that I have wrt jio. Total mobile conn: 5 , postpaid broadband:2.

    @JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000LWP3SP is scheduled on 21-05-2022 : 11:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion

    @JioCare Sent my mobile number over DM. Kindly arrange a call to resolve this immediately. no clarity on your IVR, no representative available over 1991. I have wasted my 1 hr on this issue on the IVR numbers mentioned at your JIO portal. It is ridiculous.

    @airtelindia Have lodged complaint regarding broadband with ur call center team since last 3 days. Lodged complaint regarding same on Thanks app on 5th May. Wifi down from last 10 days. No-one followed up, pathetic service. Regret shifting from Jio to airtel @reliancejio @JioCare
