@JioCare I have registered 2 complaints since morning regarding network connectivity and speed related issues and everytime i got a response it will be fixed in 2 hours but even after 12 hours the issue is persistent. What's the point of getting a recharge done for some extra gb?

@JioCare Very Bad Service. No Technician visited my place entire day. No other service provider take that much time in case of any issue. Used Airtel, Hathway before they usually visited within 2-3 Hours. It's is affecting my WFH. Already asked to take this request on High Priority.

I'm currently in Lucknow 500 meters away from Vidhansabha & I'm unable to send even a message using my Jio Postpaid connection due to poor network. I still regret the day on which I requested MNP from Airtel Prep to Jio Postpaid. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
