@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

@JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

My @reliancejio internet speed is awful. I have followed troubleshoot and found out that due to many users my speed is slow, and I am also advised to use the internet at different location. @reliancejio So! I have to buy another house to use internet?

my jio fiber is blinking red for the last 2 days nothing is working tried rebooting,still nothing. can you plz send someone to fix the fiber wire. somebody came earlier and they said someone will come afterward to fix the wire issue but nobody came terrible service @jiocare
