    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare order no. for jio fiber is NO0000O86IU4, placed on 12/01/2023. Still connection is not done. Receiving appointment message daily, but no representative is calling/coming. This is the scenario b4 connection, what happens after connection, just imagine. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio Have been trying to reach Jio customer service for the past 1 week about a SERIOUS ISSUE I am facing but every time they say they're transferring the call to the senior, the call gets disconnected! DISAPPOINTED 😞

    @reliancejio My jioextender doesnt work at all. It gives a connection for 2 hours after starting and then stops giving wifi. I have gone to your service center 10s of times and the guy doesn't believe me. I dont think that you guys are determined to give good customer service. Pls reply back

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing worst experience in jio connectivity and range issues. SALESMAN of jio fiber are so greedy for getting new connections for that they can utter 100 lies to their customers And as they get a new connection they are unknown to their customers.

    @JioCare such a bad service. My balance from an earlier operator paid and called 199 several times and informed them. Now they disconnected outgoing. This is forcing me to Port again
