    @JioCare the network in Apoorva Nagar, Manjunath Nagar, Hubli is the worst. The download speed is just 200kbps. I have been complaining to the customer care since 3 years and the issue is not been solved yet. I hope you will resolve this issue because I want to switch back to Jio

    @JioCare It's almost 12 days relocation request is raised for jiofibre and called 10 times to customer care,zero response, pathetic service. Thinking to completely opt-out from this network, hope you will sort this out.#JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    Complaint Booked @reliancejio three Times They take the Booking, Just because of 200 Mt additional wiring they are cancelling. @JioCare . This is not done. I am a Loyal Customer of Jio , Using all Jio Sims in Ofc and Home. NO0000LTTZ7U , Kindly Look into the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio Hubli fibre net service is the worst. It's been 2days i have generated a service compliant that my line has got disconnected due to the thunder storm on Thursday. But no one has come to check. The toll free numbers don't know what to do if the engineer don't respond

    @JioCare @reliancejio the network is very slow from past 3 months in this below location... I complained customer care also but they told we will fix the problem everytime.. but not doing anything we r students with more than 167 users are Jio.. now decided to PORTOUT Fake Net

    @reliancejio using jio fiber from past 1year with plan 999 as it says few OTT free with prime but.. Now jio is telling to buy prime .. Don't know for what reason!! Called customer care but they said will call back.. Am stil waiting for resolution

    @KausikPaul1 @JioCare @JioMart_Support Yes i concur,but on Laptops too it's not going beyond 350 MBPS. My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

    @JioCare the Jio fiber set top box audio disconnects frequently. We have plug the hdmic cable out and in to get back the audio. It we also changed the cable, issue is with the box. Jio service chat has no resolution

    @reliancejio - I’m just curious to know whether your team is properly trained. I asked multiple times to have a supervisor looped in, and even after repeating the same request around 10 times, no one seemed to respond or acknowledge it. Is this the level of service your team has?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I never requested cancellation. Your representative promised a visit within 2 hours, then disappeared and stopped responding. Instead of resolving the issue, my lead was cancelled from your side. Extremely poor service experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No need to raise a fresh request. After this experience and repeated copy-paste responses, I’ve completely lost interest. If customer service is this poor before installation, I don’t want to imagine the experience after becoming a customer.

    @JioCare Still receiving generic responses. We have no Internet since 5-May and the issue affects multiple residents in our apartment. Ironically, when I tried booking a new JioAirFiber connection from another number, a sales executive arrived within hours to our home 😕
