    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What the poor network is on my location we don't what time it will take to network boost of jio network still working for improve network strength or decrease network quality.

    @JioCare complaint no-SR000035WNX3 hasn't been able to use internet since 48 hrs also the technician has put the complaint on hold without work completion,neither jio coustomer care is helping nor anyone else very poor service..

    @JioCare Hi , my JIO fibre is not working from last 3 days we are getting message that issue will be resolved ASAP. I scheduled a engineer visit , now team is giving appointment for 18th May which is still 3 more days. How can a problem can take 6 days. My number-6123192751

    @JioCare I am not able to talk to your customer care even...what is the procedure to close this connection and what is the amount i will get as a refund from my last recharge..plus guide me what is the compensation for loss of this 2 days of services?
