    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @CMODelhi Still status is same, JIO technicians & engineer are inefficient to resolve the issue. They are casually extending the time. Now it’s high time. Shame on Jio Service team !! Now I am firm that I will change the service operator.

    @JioCare I asked if I’m eligible for a refund or not? It’s a yes or no question. Furthermore, it’s been a week and you still haven’t installed the fiber in my place. This is not the service I paid for, so no work is done hence just refund it

    @JioCare It was field service person's fault taking good rating 1 device for nothing so y should they cut Rs. 750 from my deposit. I need those 750 back. Did you get the issue now? Please update me or raise more question 3/3

    @JioCare @Chirag18_ Same here, my plan is likely to expire by mid of August. I am planning to move with another service provider. Probably @JioCare is promoting their air fiber by interrupting and lowering the speed.
