I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

@VodaIdea_NEWS Hello, do you have coverege here in Rayagada, not getting the network since 24hrs whereas @reliancejio in the same phone working absolutely fine in this area, your customer care is not replying through twitter, can you please help.

@JioCare Well as simple as that there is no customer care to help the customers out. My jio STB has been creating so much trouble where the picture is too big and does not fit the TV. The Jio engg who visited had no clue about the resolution and the buck was passed without resolution

Hey @JioCare before few days i made a mistake I ported from Jio to @Airtel_Presence That was my biggest mistake. Now 90 days are completed in airtel network and i can switch to jio again. My query is- is it necessary to visit jio store for port in b/c partial lockdown in my city.
