  I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

  @JioCare such useless network.. kuch nehi chal raha he... network bar bar cut ho raha he. One of the best city in odisha but jio network is zero performance... kuch tho karo @reliancejio @reliancejio

  There has been issue with Jio Users across our locality interms of call dropping and low 5G speeds. @TRAI This outage has been more than 2months. @reliancejio is taking customers for a ride. As per ur regulation, the outage if lasts >24hours customers have to compensated.

  @FibreJio Worst service ever! Earlier I was issue with Airtel, so switched to Jio Fiber. Now I regret it—Airtel was far better. 😡 Both Jio Fiber & Jio no have issues, and support is just “reboot/restart” with no real resolution. Zero accountability, zero proper support. @reliancejio

  each time your local technician not came and reschedule service ,ye service nhi dena chahte hai to mera paisa wapas kr do to airltel me switch kr loo.Koi banda nhi aaya,ab visit rechedule kr diya MC.24 ghante baad ka time diya h,Uske baad fir wahi drama . @JioCare

  @jio_fiber @JioCare I have called to your customer care multiple times and they are saying my issues will be resolved within 24 hours. Now 24 hours has been passed but none of your engineers called me. Could you please look into this.

  Their response actually strengthens your complaint. They are now saying “there are no confirmed slots available”, even though you already had two confirmed appointment windows, both of which were missed. I would reply publicly to @JioCare with this: @JioCare don’t address issue

  Unacceptable service from @JioCare! My service request SR00003ES0J9 was closed by your vendor without any visit or notice. Nobody is coming to uninstall the STB, and I want my plan changed to Fiber-only immediately. Fix this fraud closure. @reliancejio #JioFiber
