I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@JioCare No communication from local Jio team, no engineer assigned or visited, no ETA to fix the issue, nothing but template lines pasted in a tweet. Customers need and trust action. Don't become a company that doesn't care @reliancejio.

@reliancejio @JioCare @anmol_ambani Its really wired to get Jio Sim on adhar card even if that is UID 4 d country…what is the logic behind if people want a sim need to travel his state..most people staying in another state..and my sim was stolen and i am nt there so needed help

@Airtel_Presence you guys are way behind when it comes to customer comfort and services compared to @JioCare, it shouldn't take 2 hours for my services to resume after payment has been made for my xstream fiber, never had this issue with @reliancejio fiber when i was using it.
