    I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

    @JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Hello, do you have coverege here in Rayagada, not getting the network since 24hrs whereas @reliancejio in the same phone working absolutely fine in this area, your customer care is not replying through twitter, can you please help.

    @JioCare Has anyone received invite for Jio 5G on their iPhone using esim? My 5G stand-alone is enabled since more than a week yet no invite despite strong #Jio 5G signal in my area. Have expressed interest for 5G in app more than a dozen times.

    @JioCare who is your local officer on ground we can speak with? Your helpline is a joke with them having no information on why this outage has happened and also don’t have any escalation matrix. Please have someone get in touch with me when you see this msg.
