I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@zsameer023 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue over the last one month. They resolve complaints within 48 hours without anyone addressing it. I get a feedback call and they open a new request ID which is again resolved after 48 hours without any solution. Their engineers are the worst of the lot.

Getting Jiofiber installed was the worst decision.The customser service is pathetic.Waiting since morning for engineers to come and fix.Don't they understand it hampers our office work.@reliancejio @JioCare
