I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@JioCare I have complained that 3 days back..we can't normal call to anyone...each time I got a notification that server z unreachable...but till now it's not solved & I also complain to network engineer..but till now it's not solved.. it's district headquarter..but it's shameles

@JioCare Do you have any update as I contacted nodal officer about this but they are also least bother about this issue. You can return my money back and take time to pick up your device.I expected jio will provide good services but It's very painful experience with jio for me.

@JioCare looks like no escalation also works 6 days and no response from the Jio customer care team and still no internet .Really disappointed :( . Better to switch to something better
