Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

Vibha Agarwala (@VibhaAgarwala) reported@JioCare Jio up to its usual tricks. Fibre out, complaint lodged on 17/07/26. Not resolved till 20/7. Engineer visits cancelled 3 times. Today I scheduled for 5 p.m. Rescheduled by Jio to 3 p.m. I waste my working day for them? Every month at least 3 days lost without service!
