    I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 2 months & still Surat-jio team hasn't solved our query, they're just extending new dates for winding up the problem. How can jio be so careless for our problem.Our company includes 300 employees who are facing this , it's again a request to solve.

    Very dissatisfied,working from home with no internet, felt harassed by jio team from technical to customer care advisor,want to discontinue jiohope they will refund my remaining days recharge because its their fault they r failed to solve issue. @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017YVDP for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number , your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 21-12-2021 : 16:15:00. Again you fooled me no one came again !

    @reliancejio Please improve your services like ur tariff rates,i am suffering slow speed since connection purchase,focusing only increasing revenues is not a long term gain,please also spent some on networks improvement,@TRAI is also not taken any action for poor services

    @JioCare your executive doesn't have any knowledge and keep the call on waiting and no solution. Even though after multiple calls no solution yet. Horrible service

    I'm getting calls from @reliancejio since morning that the XYZ number I requested to be imported to Jio has been done successfully. Only problem, that is not my number and I made no such request. Should I be worried someone is using my name to get a number? @JioCare
