    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today after evening your speed is becoming pathetic and poor. I am using jio router. I tried to resolve it by restart my phone and router several times. But equally the same or worse network speed. This is unacceptable... !!!

    @JioCare Since yesterday our Internet is not working as Tpddl disconnected hanging internet wires now more than 15 hrs passed but no action Er visit was scheduled yesterday two times but no one came our land line No is 01135983164 i will rate 0 to jio as without internet our TV

    2 DAYS and my JioFiber is STILL not working! No proper response, no resolution, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve already faced a 10-day delay just 2 months ago. How many days are customers expected to wait? @reliancejio Fix this NOW! @JioCare

    @JioCare Just check your chats and see the number of opportunities that have been allowed to no ownership or resolve. It has just be illicit one way communication with no urgency of getting the customer issues resolve... How many more times do I need to do this

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI improve the network connection what's the point of recharging a hefty amount if you can't provide services your 5g is just a scam. Jio is just creating a blunder improve the network connection or you will lose your loyal customer.
