    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @OnSpectra 2/2 it is nt suprising tht u r prompt in asking 4 renewals bt reluctant 2 even help the customer with an escalation id. The latest customer service associate asked me 2 go 2 ur website & figure out the escalation matrix Nt evn 1 support team has reached out @DoT_India

    @OnSpectra Horrible Services ,Pathetic customer care Why do you take immediate action for a new connection and 20 days for a disconnection ? Why should 1 pay extra for that 20 days ? Where are your ethics on customer support??

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra terribly slow speed since yesterday in addition to frequent disconnection....no response from the service team ...planning to disconnect the services if no resolution..

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Just don't go with excitel. They are the worst. I used excitel for some time because there was no other choice but now I switched to JioFiber and now I am finally relaxed. My advice would be to go with Airtel or Jio

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.

    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.

    Worst customer torcher from @OnSpectra. First they generate a quarter bill and then they send a barred service message. Service team has no clue,utter mismanagement. Fastest internet claim is also absolute hoax. Then service people arrogantly say first make payment then well talk

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

    @OnSpectra today I called spectra for a leased line. Some gentleman named Hasan answered. He knew little English and had a listening problem, asking me to repeat. So I hung up. He called back, I said let it be. Can you guys please hire more professional people? Its a charged call
