    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare We are having connectivity issues in Sector#28, Gurgaon.Sushant Lok, A block. Many residents here are having the same issue. Can you please resolve it ASAP.We have online meetings, kids have online school- all are severely impacted. SR21093169545

    What a poor internet provider you are @OnSpectra.Your internet connection doesn't work consecutively for even 4 days.. Why are we paying you such an hefty amount? For this nuisance? I want my internet re connected by today itself else I am changing it and throwing it away..

    @OnSpectra Spectra guys have taken request to downgrade plan to 250mbps as they knew they can't justify this speed which they are giving.. Yes they made money for one year without customer knowing they are being cheated

    @OnSpectra Fraud company. Raised multiple complaints but didn’t get response from team & to my surprise marking complaints as solved & stating that customer is not picking technician’s calls since days. You guys should be gutted and close down your company. #CustomerService

    If anybody's considering taking @OnSpectra broadband in Bangalore for gaming please don't. The ping is horrible and frequent downtime.

    @OnSpectra a very dissatisfied customer. I intend to disconnect Spectra connection or downgrade as i am aware they can never provide 125Mbps download speed and just making money by selling high value plans

    @OnSpectra SR# SR21113234496 internet not working since yesterday. Customer service is of no good. They say the issue has been resolved when clearly it is not. Do u want to resolve the issue or u want me to take my business somewhere else???

    @JioCare this is ridiculous now again ur technician came and reset my router and then said the same verbiage, is this the way its going to be and not getting any solution, then I should properly switch to other network. #JioSucks #scammers Hey @airtelindia @OnSpectra.

    @4_ever_red @Airtel_Presence Do check if you have @OnSpectra available in your area. I'm having bad experience with airtel on all fronts. I'm living at the heart of my city and I don't even get mobile coverage of airtel. Ended up getting a jio sim

    @OnSpectra I applied for a new internet connection (2320341) on 19 Dec. Was told that I will get it by 21 Dec. I still don't have the connection. No update from Spectra. Pathetic service. Please refund my money if you can't provide it. @jagograhakjago

    Your rep called. Had no clue about issue. Had to explain the issue again. Asked me to wait 7 days without giving any update. Your sales person promised connection in 2 days. No update yet. Please refund my money @jagograhakjago @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra internet down on a Monday, two work from home adults and two e learning kids on standby. The adults can use the phone internet but the kids can't. Please fix asap.

    @OnSpectra Absolutely pathetic! People please don't be fooled. I reported an issue with slow speed almost a week back and all I keep hearing is some internal team is working on it. 100Mbps plan turned into 100kbps. If you are a working guy then please don't opt this. Will be slow for days.

    @OnSpectra Beware of all these broadband service providers, their service is pathetic. I have 1GBPS plan and i am getting a download speed of 15-20mbps which is equivalent to 300Mbps plan
