  Dear @OnSpectra , from last one year I amusing your 100 Mbps connection, but now I get the info that router provided by you does not support 100 Mbps speed, only upto 40 Mbps. So basicalky you charged me for services you can not render. Care to explain please.

  @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I see you guys are closing old service requests as resolved and opening new requests. Ultimately customer's issue is not resolved but you have 6 tickets as resolved in your service performance stats.
