@OnSpectra will my internet resume.. 6 days and still no resolution. Your field team is pathetic. They never bother to come and repair. I have been told, wire is cut but no one to repair it. PEOPLE DONT TAKE SPECTRA. HORRIBLE SERVICE

@OnSpectra It’s been a month. We requested and put several mails to disconnect our Internet Services. Expect Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.

@hailschumi @OnSpectra Agree. I was supposed to get a new connection last Saturday and paid up promptly. On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

@OnSpectra most horrible service. Don’t take even if they give it for free. With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

@OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.
