    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare If anyone planning to get spectra please donot try think about it they have worest service . they will take your money and will not provide and serive thereafter . they have frequent dissconnection . please trust me donot get this isp attleast

    @OnSpectra Getting a new connection takes a day or two. Disconnecting TAKES A MONTH!! SUCH POOR SERVICE. WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS. JUST RULES TO MINT MONEY. PATHETIC!!!!!!

    @OnSpectra account id 227964 — need to pause my account or cancel it for good.. office is shut for corona for at least 2 months.. I have 5 connections in total and your customer care says no provision for pausing subscription

    @OnSpectra closed our accounts in November- CAN ID - 171346, still waiting to get our refunds for security. getting stupid mails from customer care. worst I have seen from Spectra. why would you hold on to our money?

    @OnSpectra - Pathetic service in HSR layout Bangalore. I have raised over 5-6 tickets for frequently disconnection in a week and still not received a solution. Latest ticket raised today is SR# SR21043001035. Looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband .

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Save urself and dont fall for them, BIG CHEAT. Customer care will give option and then later on last day deny .Making fool of customers

    @OnSpectra for the past 1-2 weeks your connection is never up for major part of the day ( Mumbai Whispering Palms area ). You have already taken the annual payment , hence please see that you make things right or compensate for this loss @TRAI

    @OnSpectra @uditm CAN#221135.. False services provided.. Paying for 100 MBPS plan from last 4 months and getting 50 MBPS service as confirmed by the engineer (associated group: sterlite) Had a recorded con call with customer service and the engineer. Chasing from last 2 days now.

    @OnSpectra Are the Spectra owners and management even aware that one whole society in Mumbai is completely out of service for last many days and the helpdesk is just extending restart time daily? Why this type of insensitive treatment of customers?? Why r u testing our patience?

    @OnSpectra hi team, I guess you were the best one time and now you don't even bother to take a single request seriously from customer and delay them for 14 days. Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.

    @OnSpectra Reminder to pay bill started from the day bill raised, 3-4 times a day, SMS/emails, got three calls even after making payment. #Disgusting If this promptness was shown for SR Solution, better. #IrritatingBillingService

    There is a local internet service provider who has charged rs1500 for only 30mbs P/M. It is a humble request that all broadband servicers extent their services in our area Pincode "110072" we have a huge need for internet for job work and studies. @OnSpectra @airtelindia

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare No resolution provided yet.. This feels like cheated when paying for a 100 MBPS plan and the technology support (sterlite) is only providing 50 MBPS speed from last 4 months..
