@OnSpectra We have been facing service down since last four days. It is difficult to justify at office. With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!

Dear @OnSpectra. Can you please let me know what the hell is happening with my connection. I purchased a connection 2 weeks ago and since then the goes down once a day for 4-5 hours. This is insane as we have paid you guys one year amount. Please let me know if we can solve it.

@OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡

@OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

I have experienced their poor service & their customer care service like Ritika is pathetic and even their heads like Manish.

@OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Support line is not working (line is busy). The complaint is raised from myspectra app but same is not showing up on website. The email is sent at care@ but not getting responded too. Internet is down from yesterday and no way to raise the issue.

@OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider
