Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice

Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.
