    @OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

    Dear @OnSpectra. Can you please let me know what the hell is happening with my connection. I purchased a connection 2 weeks ago and since then the goes down once a day for 4-5 hours. This is insane as we have paid you guys one year amount. Please let me know if we can solve it.

    Seems like we are still living in 90's. Trying to search for a faster broadband service in my area (PIN 281006). But there's none :/ C'mon it's not in middle of a Jungle.. @airtelindia @reliancejio @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider

    @OnSpectraCare Please dont keep responding a template. I have had enough from you without any solution. If the issue is not solved and the new bill is not generated by tomorrow morning, I will be switching to a new service. Enquired ACT broadband & they do have a good service @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡

    @OnSpectra @uditm What kind of process do you have at Spectra ? What is TAT for refunding customer deposit after cancellation of services? I have been following up for more than 20 days with customer car & have called 5 times and yet no sight of any refund.

    @OnSpectraCare What a poor customer service and arrogance. You have suspended my internet and asking me to pay though I have not used. All am asking is adjust bill so that I will be pay. You don't seem to be interested. Bye bye @OnSpectra. Am fed up. So moving to a different service provider.

    @antiitcell @OnSpectra Bro don't purchase spectranet's connection they will make you beg for every problem like internet down, router change, security deposit refund everything. I have experienced their poor service & their customer care service like Ritika is pathetic and even their heads like Manish.

    @OnSpectra Internet going down on daily basis for almost entire day since 20th Jan. Please resolve it on perm basis. Most are working from home. If you can't resolve, stop being service provider

    @OnSpectra We have been facing service down since last four days. It is difficult to justify at office. With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!

    @OnSpectra so much for high speed connection, customer experience & blah! Your customer care is not very helpful...I reported a connection outage and there seems to be inclination or urgency to resolve the issue!!
