    @OnSpectra it's been more than 3 day, my internet not working. Every time when I call for SR update,get new resolution time. SR has been escalated many times by customer service, although no one bother to resolve our issue.

    @OnSpectraCare This disconnection was initiated by @OnSpectra. Horrible company preying on customer's hard earned money. You have definitely lost a customer for life for a petty amount, and I will broadcast this as much as possible so that others don't fall prey. Shame on you!

    @OnSpectra the worst ISP option in Delhi NCR. And the forced monopoly by Radius Infratech must be illegal! These are moments when I wish I had a legal background. Scamming 1000s of ill-informed residents.

    @OnSpectra Outage for the past 48 hrs in NIBM area of #Pune . A real shame if simple glitches can’t be rectified - speaks a lot about the competency of the engineers you employ. Furthermore, despite raising a complaint, absolutely no feedback? 48 hrs! Disappointing!

    @OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

    You're all talk, and no work @OnSpectra I am considering letting your service go.. worst is, I had this thought within the first month of taking your service, which made me think of the big mistake it was to get you as an internet provider. Something needs to be done quick.
