    @OnSpectra It's a frad company guys please don't go for it and even don't think about it. Even after 1 year my security deposit not refunded and they collected router also. Worst experience ever...

    @OnSpectra Such a hassle in retrieving the security deposit.Called customer care multiple times but I get no definite answer.If you charge penalty for payments made after due date, for sure customers should be provided the extra amount for delay in providing the security amount.

    @OnSpectra Hello Management, I would like to bring to your notice that you have pathetic customer service team just like internet services which you offer. I have raised service request multiple times but no solution and on contrary teams is closing it unresolved.

    @OnSpectra We had applied for our connection few days back. Your engineers haven't showed up after multiple promises. Neither of your team member has any track or clue about the installation status. If you can't keep up to your timelines, never promise a customer.

    @OnSpectra Thieves of customer money. Waiting for security deposit refund even after 5 months of disconnection and many followups.a/c ID:179363. Also it was disconnected before completion of full advance rent period, and they refuses to refund balance amount. Chor! @OnSpectraCare

    @OnSpectra Hello this has been going since yesterday. Whole night service was down and tonight as well. It's happening almost every week. Please let me know if I should continue with spectra or move to another wifi service provider.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Still no resolution to this issue despite calling the customer care numerous times. There's no progress. Stop harassing your customers. Wonder how many other customers like me are harassed like this. Spectra sitting on top of all that money they ought to release.

    @uditm @OnSpectra Same issue again. Wifi not working. Why a temporary solution is provided every time? How many times should we raise a complaint. Tell us clearly if you guys will be able to provide the service or not. Because this is not tolerable.

    @OnSpectra Please update on SR 21022907048 Account 178998 Again reasserting.  You did not have to make false promises of upgrading wifi modems to have customers shift to higher plans. Please admit it was a gimmick and close the issue.

    @OnSpectra very irresponsible customer care, for the last 3 days resolution not there. SR's are closed without taking customer onboard. (SR 21022901448, 21022901776,21022901988). Need faster execution. taking to social media looked like only possible route now.

    @OnSpectra I paid amount on 19th Feb and they committed to install the internet on 20th Feb morning. Still installation not done and ur local executive not picking the call. Request you to cancel the order and initiate the refund. I have multiple options to choose.
