    @OnSpectra I have recently installed spectra, about 2 weeks. From the day I installed, there have been 3 mass outages (each time internet goes off for atleast 10 hours). I cannot follow up with you everytime. You guys sucks really. Disconnect and give me refund. My id 214323.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I think the company policy also says that a good working internet connection will be provided because you are paying for it, that was never adhered to as the internet kept going off every hour for a week thus forcing me to deactivate. Stop fooling people!!!!

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Meenu it was not a first month free plan, I am really not sure what the confusion is. We spoke and was very clearly confirmed that the entire amount will be refunded irrespective because of all the service issues, I am not ok with all these lame excuses now!!

    @uditm @OnSpectra The problem is not in the router its in the your server, which you are not able to fix so you guys are just giving excuses. 10k for spectra with 500 mbps(Fibre optic) and 1k for airtel which gives 30mbps. Sad to say Airtel is much better with such low speed.

    @uditm @OnSpectra Its not like i ruined the brand new router and also it was the spectra salesman who recommended me that dynamic ip plan is the Best for you. He never told me that this would be so unreliable, the technical team person told that dynamic plan is unreliable.

    @uditm @OnSpectra Yesterday technical team's senior said, you have 2 options either upgrade plan to static ip or upgrade the router and for both i have to pay some money. Tell me 1 thing Why should i pay anything when there is an issue on spectra's end.

    @uditm @OnSpectra Im streaming online daily and for that i need 2 systems working with internet,1 to stream and 1 to monitor, so this option is not good for me because ONT connection means i can only connect 1 pc to the net. Earlier there was no such problem with the router

    @uditm @OnSpectra but whenever I connect Spectra the net doesn't work properly at all.That's where even he understood that yes there is some problem with Spectra service and not game server issue,he went away,later I got a message that your issue was resolved, when it wasn't

    @uditm @OnSpectra The next day the same issue started again, that's when they sent an agent to my place, I told him while playing a game I see packet losses,he told me we do not take responsibility for games,that's when I showed him that whenever I use Airtel my net works fine.

    @uditm @OnSpectra I raised a complaint and in return your technical team called and supported me by saying it was some wire issue in your area which has now been fixed. Unfortunately that problem came back the next day. Again the same process happened and it was fixed again.

    @OnSpectra Took new connection 11 days back, and it is down for last 6 days. Effective downtime on spectra is >50%. Escalated to appeal also.. as there is no resolution, finally applied for cancellation. Exceptionally poor service.
