Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. He knew little English and had a listening problem, asking me to repeat. So I hung up. He called back, I said let it be. Can you guys please hire more professional people? Its a charged call
