Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

Eeshan Khan (@khan_eeshan) reported@OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.
