    @airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

    @OnSpectra My internet is not working, your helpline is not reachable, and your app is stuck in a loop where it refuses to let me submit a ticket and just keeps cycling between "Troubleshoot" and an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

    @OnSpectra Hi, UNCR-62dcf317a76ef6000129cca2 net often disconnects from the connected device. Often asked to sign in so worrying.

    @awwgustbabe Naah I have worst internet provider which is @OnSpectra in hsr who don't allow you to connect internet

    @OnSpectra Hi, we have received payment of Rs 2828, Spectra A/C No. 2323381.... I changed my mind and need refund for this connection, reason 4 posting here as ur customer care not helping me.

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare All are same. Using ACT fiber for some time. Nothing exciting about performance. Had DEN earlier. Good initially. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    When working from home if @OnSpectra internet service becomes such a moving target it’s real harassment for the customer.

    Internet still down, @OnSpectra SR at 11.58. Technician lead Delhi says he had no idea so he never checked online for the request took my call made excuses - SR22073488614. Problem not resolved or addressed. Not the first time work from home interrupted by internet lapse

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.

    Worst customer torcher from @OnSpectra. First they generate a quarter bill and then they send a barred service message. Service team has no clue,utter mismanagement. Fastest internet claim is also absolute hoax. Then service people arrogantly say first make payment then well talk

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.
