    @OnSpectra Hi Team, I am your customer from last 7 yrs but raised connection deactivation request last month(CIN -185235), since then following for refund sent more than 20 mails and 10+ calls no solution. every time get standard reply and ur customer executives are not in sync

    @OnSpectra Hi, we have received payment of Rs 2828, Spectra A/C No. 2323381.... I changed my mind and need refund for this connection, reason 4 posting here as ur customer care not helping me.

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Just don't go with excitel. They are the worst. I used excitel for some time because there was no other choice but now I switched to JioFiber and now I am finally relaxed. My advice would be to go with Airtel or Jio

    @onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

    @OnSpectra the issue number SR23023741274 was never resolved and you on your website have marked it as RESOLVED...why do companies like you even exist ....because you fool customers by providing BOT activated services which are PATHETIC as is the internet connection

    Spectra internet service is the worst in Bangalore. Never pay advance to them for a new connection. They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare hey my internet is not working. Self troubleshooting via app is not working. Not able to raise a SR ticket even thru IVR and support number. What is happening ?Can u expedite handling this incident. Can 197051. And please enable atleast option to raiseSR

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare All are same. Using ACT fiber for some time. Nothing exciting about performance. Had DEN earlier. Good initially. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.

    @airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

    @OnSpectra we enquired and agreed for connections only if we get demo,this guy agreed and now when we are not fine with the service and want it not to be continued he is pressurising us to make payment (2)

    @OnSpectra its been more than 48 hours your services have been down in Gurgaon. I have been reaching out to your customer care and they have been just closing my service requests to keep resolution TAT in check. What a pathetic service. Looks like need to switch to @airtelindia
