Chandan Mukherjee (@ChandanMasai) reported@onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

amit khare (@amitkha26204585) reported@OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?

This is utterly disappointing.

Kunal (@kunal_lalvani) reported@OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.
