Eeshan Khan (@khan_eeshan) reported@OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.

Why not in 1day?

Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel
