    @trai also after placing a request for immediate termination of service the duration as provided by @OnSpectra is 15 days. Why does the customer need to pay for 15 days of the services is poor and immediate termination is requested.

    @trai absolutely pathetic service by @OnSpectra. Multiple long outages in last one month. Only on complaint does one get waiver on rental and then false commitments are made for service restoration. Please advise the process for formal complaint.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Last 30 minutes, could not get hold of anyone from customer care. This feels so helpless. Worst customer care and that will be the reason for me to disconnect @OnSpectra.

No information about the actual issue and always resolution deadline not met. It leads either loss in my work or more cost for alternate arrangement. No where near to best experience ..

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Spectra becoming a totally unreliable broadband connection. Connectivity issues now continued for DAYS! and there is no information in customer care about the actual status of the issue other than just 'work in progress' for the escalated one!!

    @OnSpectraCare @uditm @OnSpectra Sent you a DM. Really disappointing guys. Great speeds, but really really patchy service. Impossible to make this a primary connection at this rate. Even Sify in the early 2000s wasn’t this bad (downtime wise).

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Guys I don’t like to do this, but the internet’s down for like the ninth time this month. Can’t get any work done if the internet’s down more often than up. Servicd restoration times keep changing, and support guys call me up with incorrect info.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Yes got that...but the speeds that were being observed before the inspection were less than 10mbps that’s why the complaint was made
