With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

Same here, looking to switch back to Airtel asa end of current cycle. Even more irritating is the SMSes that always keep increasing the ETA of fixes. Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.
