    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
