    @OnSpectra I paid inr 3536/- and was told that installation will be done within 24 hrs, so far 3 days passed and nothing happened, so please cancel my request and return my money #patheticservice #shutitdown

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : Seems getting a connection is fine, but a request to uninstall will get a ghosting. Not sure how and where to connect. REAL BAD @OnSpectra u also joined others in this league

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
