    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : Seems getting a connection is fine, but a request to uninstall will get a ghosting. Not sure how and where to connect. REAL BAD @OnSpectra u also joined others in this league

    @OnSpectra Our internet has been down for several days despite repeated complaints. There’s been no response, and the installer(Sanjeev) is also unresponsive. This is unacceptable and is affecting our work.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
