    @OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.

    @OnSpectra its been more than 48 hours your services have been down in Gurgaon. I have been reaching out to your customer care and they have been just closing my service requests to keep resolution TAT in check. What a pathetic service. Looks like need to switch to @airtelindia

    @OnSpectra need 1 week to correct your complain and 2 week to cancel connection … just informed by a @OnSpectra customer support person
