There has been frequent disconnects since 9th April. The frequency has increased to daily. Not sure if the fixes applied are permanent or temporary band aid ones.

It’s been almost 6 months or more I guess. Never ever received 100 Mbps speed. It’s not even 70. Is tod what we subscribed for.

I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working
