    I have been having problem with SPECTRA Billing for last 4 months. @OnSpectra is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would suggest the New Customer should avoid them.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare #UditMehrotra One of the worst ISP in Bangalore just got new broadband connection by choosing quarterly prepaid plan and paid the charges up front now with in 10 days broadband connection has been barred due to non payment no transparency in the billing.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Deposit Not Refunded I had disconnected my connection in December and returned my devices by end of Jan 28th. But I have not received my refundable deposit yet despite calling and emailing the Customer Support n number of times.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Please come home after 20th April and collect your modem. You may keep the 3 months amount you've taken. I hope you get rich with it. Kindly dont confuse & irritate me with one assurance on phone & the opposite stance over email. Nightmarish customer service. Unethical company.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare One of the worst internet providers in Bangalore. Freq service disruptions and customer service needs at least 15 days for resolution and it wont even happen in that time. save urself look for other providers.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Pathetic response while trying to get the deposit refunded. Calling spectra does not help at all. Trying for the past 3 months and everytime they reply that we are working on it. They just raise a service request and resolve it with no action whatsoever
