    @OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

    @OnSpectra what is going on with your service? Every small storm disrupts your internet services for weeks. It’s damn urgent that your service team replies asap.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
