    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.

    @OnSpectra please let me know the resolution time on SR22073509570. At the drop of water the link goes down. Helpline disconnects you without being able to speak to anyone. 2nd time in 3days that link is down for hours. Are we in a primitive age?

    I want @airtelindia to either solve the problem or publically acknowledge that they cannot provide the similar services as @reliancejio and @OnSpectra I am tired of having to call the technicians or Airtel customer care just for them to come and switch on and off the router.

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
