  @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

  @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

  @OnSpectra very terrible service. From last 20 days i am raising SR request for internal shifting from one room to another. You already took like 20 days and still my issue didn’t resolved your engineer already charged me money but. sr22073514158
