    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

    @OnSpectra Spectra net is the worst connection you could get for gaming. The ping goes beyond 1000 and 200+ is normal even for 200 Mbps connections. Stay away

    @OnSpectra Horrible Services ,Pathetic customer care Why do you take immediate action for a new connection and 20 days for a disconnection ? Why should 1 pay extra for that 20 days ? Where are your ethics on customer support??

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra what the helpline for wifiscp service? Internet is down a you wifiscp portal does not even have a ticket raising system
