    @OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

    @antiitcell @OnSpectra Bro don't purchase spectranet's connection they will make you beg for every problem like internet down, router change, security deposit refund everything. I have experienced their poor service & their customer care service like Ritika is pathetic and even their heads like Manish.

    @OnSpectra @uditm What kind of process do you have at Spectra ? What is TAT for refunding customer deposit after cancellation of services? I have been following up for more than 20 days with customer car & have called 5 times and yet no sight of any refund.

    @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?
