@OnSpectra It’s been a month. We requested and put several mails to disconnect our Internet Services. Expect Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.

@OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

.@OnSpectra I'm so disappointed with your #Internet Customer Service. I have been told for 2 days straight that I will get a "call" from you guys regarding a mere internal shift of #Wifi router and haven't heard from the technical team.
