    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.

    @OnSpectra now a days there are so many problems are coming with emails sending by 3rd party client and speed also too much poor. Spectra needs to improvement their services. Very embarrassing.

    @OnSpectra what the helpline for wifiscp service? Internet is down a you wifiscp portal does not even have a ticket raising system

    @OnSpectra pathetic service by u. In last 10 days this is 2nd times wen ur link is down nd now tat is also increased from 2hrs to 12 hrs.😢

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.
