    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    I want @airtelindia to either solve the problem or publically acknowledge that they cannot provide the similar services as @reliancejio and @OnSpectra I am tired of having to call the technicians or Airtel customer care just for them to come and switch on and off the router.

    @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Just don't go with excitel. They are the worst. I used excitel for some time because there was no other choice but now I switched to JioFiber and now I am finally relaxed. My advice would be to go with Airtel or Jio
