    @OnSpectra It’s been1.5month. We requested and put several mails to disconnect our Internet Services. Except Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare The internet is not working and there is no other way to connect with you other than tweeting about it! On the customer care number the call disconnects abruptly and the #MySpectra app sucks

    @OnSpectra This is not the correct marketing technique if a consumer is having some issues with its service provider. Adding @consumerforum_ to have a protocol and restraint firms to peep into consumer tweets.
