    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.

    Internet still down, @OnSpectra SR at 11.58. Technician lead Delhi says he had no idea so he never checked online for the request took my call made excuses - SR22073488614. Problem not resolved or addressed. Not the first time work from home interrupted by internet lapse

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
