    @OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

    @OnSpectra i am getting worst customer care from your end, reactivated from front end CC is saying but backend technician is saying they haven’t received any order number yet n i paid 72 hours back n not yet getting services, pathetic

    @OnSpectra will my internet resume.. 6 days and still no resolution. Your field team is pathetic. They never bother to come and repair. I have been told, wire is cut but no one to repair it. PEOPLE DONT TAKE SPECTRA. HORRIBLE SERVICE

    @OnSpectra It’s been1.5month. We requested and put several mails to disconnect our Internet Services. Except Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.
