    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : The incompetent Internet service Provider. My internet is not working for last 3 days. And I haven't seen such a pathetic & fraudulent team. Just to get your service numbers right, you are deliberating closing my requests & I have to complain again.

    @OnSpectra A very lousy thing about your network is customer cannot change his/her WiFi password. For doing that customer has to share existing password with you. Not a very desirable thing.

    @OnSpectra very irresponsible customer care, for the last 3 days resolution not there. SR's are closed without taking customer onboard. (SR 21022901448, 21022901776,21022901988). Need faster execution. taking to social media looked like only possible route now.

    @OnSpectra one of the worst service provider by a distance, from the past 5 days I hav been struggling to get my connection moved to my new address which is in the next building and after 5 calls and 4 mails still don't hav the resolution 😡😡😡

    @balli_singh516 @OnSpectra It's a practice from Spectra where they close request without customer confirmation. They put the call on hold never bother. Floor supervisor Avdesh doesn't know the phonetics and working in Support. Better move to ACT

    @OnSpectra Regret to a customer of yours. Never felt so happy to disassociate with one of the biggest fraud internet services provider whos only focus is to cheat customers by extremely bad services and slowest ever internet speed. @OnSpectra is built with extremely bad ethics

    @OnSpectra Please update on SR 21022907048 Account 178998 Again reasserting.  You did not have to make false promises of upgrading wifi modems to have customers shift to higher plans. Please admit it was a gimmick and close the issue.
