    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I spoke to the manager Mr. Pramod Kumar he told me that I'll get a call for resolution. I've been coordinating with him for last 3 days. . . no one called. He told me my complained has been closed. How os that even possible?

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown
