    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra 2 days back we raised request for shifting connection to our new place. Since then we haven’t heard back, neither is the customer care responding. We need the connection to be shifted today. We have office from tomorrow.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
