    @OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider

    @OnSpectra -I am frustated with the kind of customer service I am getting from your team. They are not able to resolve simple billing issue and I spoke to more then 50+ ppl in last two months and more than 12 SR being created. Even corporate team is not able to help. 😡😡😡😡

    @OnSpectra Hi Team, My security amount is pending from last 4 months , everytime I hear that will contact u in 24hrs. Frm lst 4 mnths ur 24 hrs yet not over??? Plz look into the issue on pirority. @uditm

    @OnSpectra @uditm What kind of process do you have at Spectra ? What is TAT for refunding customer deposit after cancellation of services? I have been following up for more than 20 days with customer car & have called 5 times and yet no sight of any refund.
