    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Any ideas how a customer can get his security deposit refund. Sending mails and calling the customer care phone for last 2 years has not helped.

    Then i got mail that i am not suppose to use my personal wifi nd you are using @OnSpectra @life_spectra wifi they are providing worst wifi services you property manger told me yesterday ma'am please top up your plan so i paid for that yesterday i paid for 80mbps.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
