    @onspectracare @onspectra you guys seriously have pathetic service. What type of customer service are you providing? Why there are no action taken on complaint? When will you guys refund security amount. It has been long time. I'm still waiting for security. #poorcustomerservice

    @OnSpectra It’s been1.5month. We requested and put several mails to disconnect our Internet Services. Except Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.

    Hey @OnSpectra, we've got deactivated from your services and on being asked for the refund of security deposit, your customer care says some stories. If you don't wanna refund, do not make false promises while purchasing the connection. A.c no: 175854 (1/2)

    Hi @OnSpectra , 202090 - A/C Internet is not working from last 10 days. I've raised a ticket on 11th but without resolution ticket has been resolved & no update has given to me. I'm going to stop using your services Hi @JioCare, @airtelindia Can you provide me internet service?

    @OnSpectra Outage for the past 48 hrs in NIBM area of #Pune . A real shame if simple glitches can’t be rectified - speaks a lot about the competency of the engineers you employ. Furthermore, despite raising a complaint, absolutely no feedback? 48 hrs! Disappointing!
