    There is a local internet service provider who has charged rs1500 for only 30mbs P/M. It is a humble request that all broadband servicers extent their services in our area Pincode "110072" we have a huge need for internet for job work and studies. @OnSpectra @airtelindia

    @OnSpectra my reactivation request is pending since last 6 days and nobody is able to resolve nor give a proper response. The only response I have got is that you need more time. Sad state of affairs and now it's time for me to change my service provider.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare @uditm Customer Account Number 227238 A complete fraud company, not refunding security for the last 2 months. Customer care doesn't help, no response on email. Don't know what to do. Never getting a connection from Spectra again in my whole life.🤬

    @OnSpectra hi team, I guess you were the best one time and now you don't even bother to take a single request seriously from customer and delay them for 14 days. Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.
