    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare hey my internet is not working. Self troubleshooting via app is not working. Not able to raise a SR ticket even thru IVR and support number. What is happening ?Can u expedite handling this incident. Can 197051. And please enable atleast option to raiseSR
