@OnSpectra Hi my internet is not working properly since 2 days. I stay in pimple Saudagar area Pune. Tried contacting the customer care but due to the current scenario the waiting time is too long. Please look into the matter asap.

@OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra What 8s the update, I can't see this happening today, now am going to raise a complain in consumer forum portal very soon..you have not updated me as I said if you can't do today - process my refund..you are torturing customer mentally....

@OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra one of the worst service providers. Every month there has to be something or other. It’s been almost 6 months or more I guess. Never ever received 100 Mbps speed. It’s not even 70. Is tod what we subscribed for.

@anupam_sriv @OnSpectra Hi Anupam please help sort this issue, really juggling with your team, such a poor customer service, after paying the money feel like customer was used for just booking connection and no service after that... installation not done...

@OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra I just received a reminder call for payment of bill. I just realised that my Bill for quarter is 1549+tax and till last quarter it was 1199+tax. I the checked my mail and did not find any communication. I then called Call Center, it was not working
