@OnSpectra Hi my plan has been changed without my consent. I have been put on a monthly plan, when I used to pay every 6 months. I have even raised a service ticket but did not hear any thing - SR20062565910. My client id is 205139.

@OnSpectra @minister of communication.Spectranet should be ASHAMED to send reminders daily to a Customer(A/cNo.139851) pay Rs8066/ yearly charges when Customer requested them for Quarterly payment of Rs2020/ but even Cos top management is silent
