Rohit Tirkey (@rohit_ty) reported@OnSpectra We had applied for our connection few days back. Your engineers haven't showed up after multiple promises. Neither of your team member has any track or clue about the installation status. If you can't keep up to your timelines, never promise a customer.

With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!

With people working from home, internet has become necessary but you do not seem to be bothered about providing it uninterrupted. Please close business you can't fix.
