    @OnSpectra We had applied for our connection few days back. Your engineers haven't showed up after multiple promises. Neither of your team member has any track or clue about the installation status. If you can't keep up to your timelines, never promise a customer.

    @OnSpectra You guys give connection within 2 days, but when there is a need of disconnection, you take months and still charge to customer. Is it not unethical and crime from consumer point of view? @ConsumerCom

    @OnSpectra There are two societies in my area which is facing this same issue, and you guys have assigned just one technician. Can you please fix this urgently. Or let me know how much time or days this will continue, so that I can look for alternative.

    @OnSpectra very irresponsible customer care, for the last 3 days resolution not there. SR's are closed without taking customer onboard. (SR 21022901448, 21022901776,21022901988). Need faster execution. taking to social media looked like only possible route now.

    @OnSpectra Hello Management, I would like to bring to your notice that you have pathetic customer service team just like internet services which you offer. I have raised service request multiple times but no solution and on contrary teams is closing it unresolved.
