    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
