    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!
