  @OnSpectra you are worst. Customer id- 187664. SLA was 48 hours as it was internal shifting and still you guys are making fool and not sending guy. I would like to close my all the four connection if you can’t do shifting today.

  @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I faced similar issue many times in the past and facing now. No information about the actual issue and always resolution deadline not met. It leads either loss in my work or more cost for alternate arrangement. No where near to best experience ..
