    As i already paid for your top up for 80 mbps atleast provide me 40mbos na so that i can do my office work bcz of @Settl_living @OnSpectra @SpectraLife_Inc your worst services I am not suppose to do my office work. As i am in sells department company will mange 1day not everyday.

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

    Never trust of @OnSpectra customer support they will say 1 hour and will take a week..

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare All are same. Using ACT fiber for some time. Nothing exciting about performance. Had DEN earlier. Good initially. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra why does it take 3 plus days to resolve a network error. Your service has been degrading quite bad lately.

    @awwgustbabe Naah I have worst internet provider which is @OnSpectra in hsr who don't allow you to connect internet

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra
