    @OnSpectra 2 days back we raised request for shifting connection to our new place. Since then we haven’t heard back, neither is the customer care responding. We need the connection to be shifted today. We have office from tomorrow.

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.
