    @OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

    @VeenaChanchani @OnSpectra @reliancejio What a poor Internet Service Provider Spectra (A/c No.139851) who is not bothered to reply either mail or tweets whereas Reliance Jio quickly responded our tweets

    @OnSpectra most horrible service. Don’t take even if they give it for free. With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

    @OnSpectra @minister of communication.Spectranet should be ASHAMED to send reminders daily to a Customer(A/cNo.139851) pay Rs8066/ yearly charges when Customer requested them for Quarterly payment of Rs2020/ but even Cos top management is silent
