  @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

  @OnSpectra :Hello spectra ,how your customer support work?Without any resolution ,your people are closing tickets .Not acceptable atall .This is not the 1st time . No permanent solution provided till date .This is not how you should deal and run your business.SR23033794831
