    I have been speaking to Dinesh who is responsible for the Chittaranjan Park area @OnSpectra and have shared details of my internet challenges and screenshots of the router. His team said the issue is a power surge on the Spectra line that they have to address.

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.
