    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @salonimalhotra @OnSpectra I guess you are right. Maybe it’s the area. They aren’t even acknowledging and keep pushing the resolution time. Extremely inconvenient.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra my office Internet isn’t working for a few days. Your app runs closes while troubleshooting, CC no doesn’t help. Wrote an email but no response. This isn’t the first time, it happens almost every month. I’m paying 24k annually. Pls sort this out.

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
