    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : The incompetent Internet service Provider. My internet is not working for last 3 days. And I haven't seen such a pathetic & fraudulent team. Just to get your service numbers right, you are deliberating closing my requests & I have to complain again.

    @OnSpectra You guys give connection within 2 days, but when there is a need of disconnection, you take months and still charge to customer. Is it not unethical and crime from consumer point of view? @ConsumerCom

    @OnSpectra Hello Management, I would like to bring to your notice that you have pathetic customer service team just like internet services which you offer. I have raised service request multiple times but no solution and on contrary teams is closing it unresolved.

    @balli_singh516 @OnSpectra It's a practice from Spectra where they close request without customer confirmation. They put the call on hold never bother. Floor supervisor Avdesh doesn't know the phonetics and working in Support. Better move to ACT

    @OnSpectra pathetic way to respond to customer. Weird process that even internet is not working spectra people asking to wait for another 15 days. Why????

    @OnSpectra A very lousy thing about your network is customer cannot change his/her WiFi password. For doing that customer has to share existing password with you. Not a very desirable thing.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare hope you have been noticing and taking some action on slow speed or daily degradation of internet services. Hope the repair on daily basis is not band aid work but permanent fixtures. This has been going since last few weeks. Pimple Saudagar wakad area

    @OnSpectra Hi Team, It's quite frustrating being a customer of your services, I have been following up continuously since 4 days,and in response your team has closed my request twice without any resolution . Please let me know according to your how many calendar days are there in 48 hours.
