    @OnSpectra @uditm CAN#221135.. False services provided.. Paying for 100 MBPS plan from last 4 months and getting 50 MBPS service as confirmed by the engineer (associated group: sterlite) Had a recorded con call with customer service and the engineer. Chasing from last 2 days now.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare #UditMehrotra One of the worst ISP in Bangalore just got new broadband connection by choosing quarterly prepaid plan and paid the charges up front now with in 10 days broadband connection has been barred due to non payment no transparency in the billing.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Spectra Account ID 019455, raised atleast 20 tickets for issues. All tickets closed,without resolution. Third class and super unprofessional. You should be ashamed to even have an handle named Onspectracare, as its useless. Worst.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Customer service representative supervisor said on telephonic conversation that he is CEO of company, but he is not able to take decision. Company thinks Customer money is free money for them to use.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare @uditm Will you be able to provide uninterrupted service for at least one day? Frequent interruptions or network downs have become so common these days. This has been happening since last many weeks and al we see is CRM message of mass outage in my area!

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare : The incompetent Internet service Provider. My internet is not working for last 3 days. And I haven't seen such a pathetic & fraudulent team. Just to get your service numbers right, you are deliberating closing my requests & I have to complain again.

    @OnSpectra Getting a new connection takes a day or two. Disconnecting TAKES A MONTH!! SUCH POOR SERVICE. WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS. JUST RULES TO MINT MONEY. PATHETIC!!!!!!

    @OnSpectra Worst services I have ever faced...you guys always claimed that you are best internet service provider but I did not feel like that I am using your services too long....but whenever I have to communicate your customer care....it feel like......worse experience ever

    @OnSpectra whatever may your reasons acquiring a customer with a false promise is incorrect and unethical. I have resigned on the three month amount paid to Spectra. And I'm future will exercise caution with such companies and go for something more standard such as airtel.
