    After facing endless problem for last 2 weeks and making god knows how many complaints, Our issue is still not resolved. @OnSpectra, we would like discontinue our connection. Please explain the process to do so.

    @OnSpectra Slowly becoming from the best to the worst service provider .. Downtime has been 18 days out of 24 Days in November.

    @OnSpectra you guys fail to fix issues , charge on higher side and take prepaid charges . Your customer representative don't call back and on prepaid connection you want 15 days of notice period for disconnection ??
