    @airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

    @OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

    @OnSpectra when willl the internet get restored in the green park area? 24 hours and no engineer visit or work towards resolution? Support centre keeps giving an ETA that keeps moving forward. No other fibre provider is down in the area till now after yesterday's storm.

    @OnSpectra our fortinet devices adapter is not working from 25/3 and as on today we have not got a replaced adapter .Your team is still searching for it . This is the silliest reason we have heard from any service provider. Our local service provider give better services than you

    @OnSpectra Hi, we have received payment of Rs 2828, Spectra A/C No. 2323381.... I changed my mind and need refund for this connection, reason 4 posting here as ur customer care not helping me.
