    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra Hi Team, I am your customer from last 7 yrs but raised connection deactivation request last month(CIN -185235), since then following for refund sent more than 20 mails and 10+ calls no solution. every time get standard reply and ur customer executives are not in sync

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
