    @OnSpectra I've have faced frequent outages of connectivity, 4 times in the last 24hrs! I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

    @OnSpectra Outage for the past 48 hrs in NIBM area of #Pune . A real shame if simple glitches can’t be rectified - speaks a lot about the competency of the engineers you employ. Furthermore, despite raising a complaint, absolutely no feedback? 48 hrs! Disappointing!

    @OnSpectra @hitzii don't, Spectranet only upsells. No customer care, bad service, frequent disconnections. Maybe worst ISP in Delhi NCR

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Worst customer service! I have open request for refund since Oct with NO ACTION. My email gets a standard response that we are working with no resolution time. Give back my money, you cheats. Account ID - 205926 | Service Request - SR20102775269.

    @OnSpectra i am getting worst customer care from your end, reactivated from front end CC is saying but backend technician is saying they haven’t received any order number yet n i paid 72 hours back n not yet getting services, pathetic
