    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I spoke to the manager Mr. Pramod Kumar he told me that I'll get a call for resolution. I've been coordinating with him for last 3 days. . . no one called. He told me my complained has been closed. How os that even possible?

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Internet link down. Complaint registered over 3 hours ago. Yet to be restored. Trying in vain to talk to call centre. UNACCEPTABLE.

    @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

    @OnSpectra why does it take 3 plus days to resolve a network error. Your service has been degrading quite bad lately.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
