    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.
