    @OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.

    @OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?

    @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.
