    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra what the helpline for wifiscp service? Internet is down a you wifiscp portal does not even have a ticket raising system

    Desr @OnSpectra, Really disappointed with your pathetic and constantly interrupted services. Thanks for spoiling my Sunday for not allowing me to watch this big match because of total shut down of services. Very disappointing. This's became a daily affair.  SR22083546449

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own
