    @OnSpectra Our internet has been down for several days despite repeated complaints. There’s been no response, and the installer(Sanjeev) is also unresponsive. This is unacceptable and is affecting our work.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
