    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Very very poor internet with too many service disruptions. I have to raise a service request every few days. Absolutely pathetic. Will consider shifting to another provider if this continues.

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

    @OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.

    @OnSpectra worst service by the spectra, everytime link down problem. No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. We will disconnecting soon
