    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

    @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.
