    @salonimalhotra @OnSpectra I guess you are right. Maybe it’s the area. They aren’t even acknowledging and keep pushing the resolution time. Extremely inconvenient.

    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.
