    @OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    @TRAI @OnSpectra Please make sure not to cheat customer every day you have issues @TRAI please have a look for this service provider .Every often they do service interption without prior info .Which hampers for day to day routines.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I spoke to the manager Mr. Pramod Kumar he told me that I'll get a call for resolution. I've been coordinating with him for last 3 days. . . no one called. He told me my complained has been closed. How os that even possible?

    I have been speaking to Dinesh who is responsible for the Chittaranjan Park area @OnSpectra and have shared details of my internet challenges and screenshots of the router. His team said the issue is a power surge on the Spectra line that they have to address.

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.

    @OnSpectra 2/2 it is nt suprising tht u r prompt in asking 4 renewals bt reluctant 2 even help the customer with an escalation id. The latest customer service associate asked me 2 go 2 ur website & figure out the escalation matrix Nt evn 1 support team has reached out @DoT_India

    @OnSpectra @uditm discontinued service aft 7+yr of association wth Spectra as customer. Following to get security amt(4k) refund frm last 4 mth. It shd be automated & smooth process for customer as they claim service exp. Bt they dont value customer & believe to cheat not retain.

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own
