    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Internet link down. Complaint registered over 3 hours ago. Yet to be restored. Trying in vain to talk to call centre. UNACCEPTABLE.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra worst service by the spectra, everytime link down problem. No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. We will disconnecting soon

    I want @airtelindia to either solve the problem or publically acknowledge that they cannot provide the similar services as @reliancejio and @OnSpectra I am tired of having to call the technicians or Airtel customer care just for them to come and switch on and off the router.
