It shd be automated & smooth process for customer as they claim service exp. Bt they dont value customer & believe to cheat not retain.

No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. We will disconnecting soon

Chandan Mukherjee (@ChandanMasai) reported@onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.
