    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
