    @OnSpectra hey guys ... Without internet we can't work from home, and the kids can't do homework. Can you please fix it ASAP? Also your service engineer isn't reachable. Everything comes to a standstill.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra already cancelled my connection. Returned modem and all dues were cleared. Why am I still getting email and sms about service request. SR22063438371. I didn't raise it. Is this fraud from Spectra. @jagograhakjago
