    @salonimalhotra @OnSpectra I guess you are right. Maybe it’s the area. They aren’t even acknowledging and keep pushing the resolution time. Extremely inconvenient.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra My internet is not working, your helpline is not reachable, and your app is stuck in a loop where it refuses to let me submit a ticket and just keeps cycling between "Troubleshoot" and an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.
