@OnSpectra Your customer support is really pathetic. This is really worst customer service which I am getting from you. I raised a refund ticket on 26th Dec 2020 and it's not completed yet. I called to customer care many time, Everytime they are saying ticket is in progress.

@OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

@OnSpectra We have been facing service down since last four days. It is difficult to justify at office. With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!
