    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare If anyone planning to get spectra please donot try think about it they have worest service . they will take your money and will not provide and serive thereafter . they have frequent dissconnection . please trust me donot get this isp attleast

    @OnSpectra for the past 1-2 weeks your connection is never up for major part of the day ( Mumbai Whispering Palms area ). You have already taken the annual payment , hence please see that you make things right or compensate for this loss @TRAI

    @OnSpectra we are in kandivali east .there is no response to our complaints..i call up call service and they say issues are with BMC..dude then y am i paying ur service bill?

    @OnSpectra Getting a new connection takes a day or two. Disconnecting TAKES A MONTH!! SUCH POOR SERVICE. WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS. JUST RULES TO MINT MONEY. PATHETIC!!!!!!

    @OnSpectra Reminder to pay bill started from the day bill raised, 3-4 times a day, SMS/emails, got three calls even after making payment. #Disgusting If this promptness was shown for SR Solution, better. #IrritatingBillingService

    @OnSpectra hi team, I guess you were the best one time and now you don't even bother to take a single request seriously from customer and delay them for 14 days. Please do the needful or else take back your device and don't ask for any payment and any return from your side.

    Poor internet service provider and frequent disconnection and services are realy poor . Its better to use your own mobile network @OnSpectra @GetSpectrum @IIMC_India
