On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

Except Telecaller’s assurance we are not getting anything.Very pathetic customer support. No TAT commitment.We really feel cheated. Sr. leadership pls extend your support on it.
