    What a company …. @ACTFibernet in today times when internet not working Airtel and @OnSpectra giving 3 hours service , @ACTFibernet says 24 hours ….. will never recommend

    @OnSpectra my reactivation request is pending since last 6 days and nobody is able to resolve nor give a proper response. The only response I have got is that you need more time. Sad state of affairs and now it's time for me to change my service provider.

    @OnSpectra Following with the service team for the last 2 months. But receive the exact same copy paste message from every time that Spectra is “actively working” on it. #shame #pathetic service

    Dear @OnSpectra , from last one year I amusing your 100 Mbps connection, but now I get the info that router provided by you does not support 100 Mbps speed, only upto 40 Mbps. So basicalky you charged me for services you can not render. Care to explain please.

    @OnSpectra As expected you are concerned whether my current problem is resolved or not. You want to settle that thro private messages. Yes problem is attended everyday but at the cost of my 8-10 working hours average. No action to prevent recurring failure

    @OnSpectra I'm trying to support Spectra for a connection transfer from a closed company who used to pay Adv pre-paid connection of Spectra Services to a new User. Spectra is keepon delaying it from morethan 2 weeks. Who's the right person to escalate it ?
