    @OnSpectra whatever may your reasons acquiring a customer with a false promise is incorrect and unethical. I have resigned on the three month amount paid to Spectra. And I'm future will exercise caution with such companies and go for something more standard such as airtel.

    @OnSpectra Worst services I have ever faced...you guys always claimed that you are best internet service provider but I did not feel like that I am using your services too long....but whenever I have to communicate your customer care....it feel like......worse experience ever

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare One of the worst internet providers in Bangalore. Freq service disruptions and customer service needs at least 15 days for resolution and it wont even happen in that time. save urself look for other providers.

    @uditm @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare No resolution provided yet.. This feels like cheated when paying for a 100 MBPS plan and the technology support (sterlite) is only providing 50 MBPS speed from last 4 months..

    There is a local internet service provider who has charged rs1500 for only 30mbs P/M. It is a humble request that all broadband servicers extent their services in our area Pincode "110072" we have a huge need for internet for job work and studies. @OnSpectra @airtelindia

    @reliancejio Fiber! Pathetic Service! Angad from your team (in Sushant Lok 1, Block C, Gurgaon) has promised me to complete the installation by Tuesday (i.e. 16th March). I told him that if you can't do it by Tuesday, let me know I will book @airtelindia @OnSpectra (1/2)

    @OnSpectra closed our accounts in November- CAN ID - 171346, still waiting to get our refunds for security. getting stupid mails from customer care. worst I have seen from Spectra. why would you hold on to our money?

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Is something wrong with your customer service personnel. They say something on phone, follow up with the opposite on email. I'll keep it simple. You promised safe custody before I took the connection. You failed to provide that. I feel cheated. Period.
