    I have been speaking to Dinesh who is responsible for the Chittaranjan Park area @OnSpectra and have shared details of my internet challenges and screenshots of the router. His team said the issue is a power surge on the Spectra line that they have to address.

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.

    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown

    @OnSpectra why your service has become so patheic now a days .. i have logged several complaints with slow and frequent disconnections. No resolution till now and your service guys tells its problem every where and he can not solve it ... Account number: 030850 @TRAI
