@OnSpectra account id 227964 — need to pause my account or cancel it for good.. office is shut for corona for at least 2 months.. I have 5 connections in total and your customer care says no provision for pausing subscription

@OnSpectra I am frustrated after talking to customer care, I called on 27th feb asking about the process to cancel the subscription and I have been tod that since I have prepaid plan so don't need to do anything and don't pay in next billing cycle. My account no 169608.

@OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Pathetic response while trying to get the deposit refunded. Calling spectra does not help at all. Trying for the past 3 months and everytime they reply that we are working on it. They just raise a service request and resolve it with no action whatsoever

@OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare #UditMehrotra One of the worst ISP in Bangalore just got new broadband connection by choosing quarterly prepaid plan and paid the charges up front now with in 10 days broadband connection has been barred due to non payment no transparency in the billing.
