    What a poor internet provider you are @OnSpectra.Your internet connection doesn't work consecutively for even 4 days.. Why are we paying you such an hefty amount? For this nuisance? I want my internet re connected by today itself else I am changing it and throwing it away..

    @OnSpectra .. Don't you have a customer resolution team? Pathetic service, very poor response & why do your teams close service requests without even contacting the customer.. Spectra is spectacularly providing hopeless service

    @OnSpectra I have already requested for disconnection of services with you guys. I have also denied for change in ownership. I just want my services to be cancelled. I can’t keep responding to 100s of your calls. Can you cancel my services for gods sake.

    @OnSpectra I applied for a new internet connection (2320341) on 19 Dec. Was told that I will get it by 21 Dec. I still don't have the connection. No update from Spectra. Pathetic service. Please refund my money if you can't provide it. @jagograhakjago

    I guess the most painful torture one can inflict upon oneself is to subscribe to @OnSpectra . Most pathetic service provider of the millennium.

    @OnSpectra How do I cancel my service plan? There is no option within the app.

    @OnSpectra I have booked for new connection yesterday..and till now connection not installed. What a bad service CRN 2323135And Sales person Mr Shariff told me he can't install today...need one more day time...or else we can process the refund
