    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra @jagograhakjago How will you revive demand in the country when there are such companies which operate on a loot model. Dupe customer for a 7 month plan and only provide services for 2 months.

    @OnSpectra Your service ethic is a sham. I have been trying to get my service account reactivated for the last 5 days and all I get is a fake assurance that the matter will be resolved soon. I'm not just a dissatisfied customer but someone who fails to understand how you work.

    @OnSpectra @hitzii don't, Spectranet only upsells. No customer care, bad service, frequent disconnections. Maybe worst ISP in Delhi NCR

    @OnSpectraCare This disconnection was initiated by @OnSpectra. Horrible company preying on customer's hard earned money. You have definitely lost a customer for life for a petty amount, and I will broadcast this as much as possible so that others don't fall prey. Shame on you!

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra How much time is ‘some time’? Typical Spectra things. I need a resolution!!! Either refund pro rata amount or provide me broadband connection.

    @OnSpectraCare pending service request remains unresolved. When a follow up call is made, a fresh complaint is registered. What kind of service resolution is this? @OnSpectra

    @OnSpectra Your services have deteriorated very fast .Your promised 1 Gbps promised speed is down to 2 Mbps with frequent disconnections.I have got @Airtel_Presence now.and it's so much better at half the price.

    @OnSpectra Outage for the past 48 hrs in NIBM area of #Pune . A real shame if simple glitches can’t be rectified - speaks a lot about the competency of the engineers you employ. Furthermore, despite raising a complaint, absolutely no feedback? 48 hrs! Disappointing!
