    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬
