    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @OnSpectra hi, You have discontinued your services in the area Pimple Saudagar, Pune - 411027 since dated 15th May 2021. That time, I had paid for my half yearly plan from Feb'2021 to Sept'2021. It was told that we will get refund for unused service. I had raise an issue ...1/2

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
