    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

    @OnSpectra my internet is disconnected and you sent me a wrong bill for payment. On raising tickets, no response since 5 days. This is the level of your service

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    Never trust of @OnSpectra customer support they will say 1 hour and will take a week..

    @OnSpectra Spectra net is the worst connection you could get for gaming. The ping goes beyond 1000 and 200+ is normal even for 200 Mbps connections. Stay away
