    @OnSpectra horrible after service from your bangalore team . Requesting to solve the issue past 1day still they are not able to solve . Disappointing .

    Spectra internet service is the worst in Bangalore. Never pay advance to them for a new connection. They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice

    @OnSpectra please let me know the resolution time on SR22073509570. At the drop of water the link goes down. Helpline disconnects you without being able to speak to anyone. 2nd time in 3days that link is down for hours. Are we in a primitive age?

    @OnSpectra we enquired and agreed for connections only if we get demo,this guy agreed and now when we are not fine with the service and want it not to be continued he is pressurising us to make payment (2)

    @OnSpectra why does it take 3 plus days to resolve a network error. Your service has been degrading quite bad lately.

    @OnSpectra Hi team, very disappointed at your service. Local representative promised to provide new connection in 24 hours. It's 48 hours now still no news. Please help else it is better to take @ACTFibernet
