    Switching my isp from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to @OnSpectra because of 130 ping on fortnite tried calling, put 8 requests leading to there technician saying bhaiya kuch nahi karsakte aap isp change Kara do. Customer service so bad even after being a customer for 16 years

    Just let go off @OnSpectra because of the rates you were offering @reliancejio, such a scam jio. Never faced a long outage like this with Spectra.

    @OnSpectra .. Don't you have a customer resolution team? Pathetic service, very poor response & why do your teams close service requests without even contacting the customer.. Spectra is spectacularly providing hopeless service

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra Promoting yourself to be the robust internet line doesn’t help. When the users are not even informed about the mass outage which occurred 2 hours back. Raised the ticket only to find my concern will be resolved max by 1 pm tomorrow.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare can you please give me the latest on SR# SR22023317459 raised for connectivity issues? I have called your support multiple times but as always they are useless in providing any information. The expected resolution time has already passed.

    @OnSpectra Absolutely pathetic! People please don't be fooled. I reported an issue with slow speed almost a week back and all I keep hearing is some internal team is working on it. 100Mbps plan turned into 100kbps. If you are a working guy then please don't opt this. Will be slow for days.

    Close to 16hrs ~ no internet~ no calls ~ no visit from the service provider. Not sure what to do except raise tickets. Dealing with a bunch of dolts in the name of customer care. #internetdown #WFH #CustomerExperience @OnSpectra sucks

    @OnSpectra My connection disconnected on 25th Jan 2022. My deposit yet to be refunded despite numerous followup. Customer service at its worst. Looks like there is no intention to refund.

    @OnSpectra a very poor service, without resolving actual issue tickets were always closed. I’ve never seen such from other service providers. Is this a right way??? #SPECTRA
