@tatadocomo @TataDocomotseva @TataTelCustCare @tatatelebb by bill payment date us missed by a few days and I get “Service Interruption Caution”. What about the open Complaints ,of Phone not working and Internet not getting commuted speed, unresolved since December.

@kulpersonality @tatadocomo this a same story with every service provider these days. whether it's telecom or bank. when you want a connection or account they'll come to your house but when you want it to be disconnected then they're least availble and ask you to pay for the services you didn't use.

@TataDocomotseva @tatadocomo your customer care is disconnecting / not receiving the call for the solve my problem . Not expected at all and I am suffering from that issue. Resolve the my doubts asap.
