@tatadocomo my mom's number Tata docomo Mumbai +91-7208559477 never works in Surat. Only universal answer they tell is to switch off the phone and restart. They don't the reason.

@tatadocomo Tata docomo customers care said they would not able to help you to reactive your number. They doest even suggest anyway to reactive my number. My number is 8984219546. This is block since 22 June. Kindly suggest me a way to reactive my number.
