    @TataTeleBiz @TataTelCustCare @tatadocomo I was today informed that the copper wire has been eaten by a rat and hence I am not having internet for three days! Company like Tata does not even take into consideration of such issues??? I am unable to work because of a stupid rat?

    @TataTeleBiz, @TataCompanies @tatadocomo landline not working again. 3rd time in the week. Tata teleservices seems to be beating bsnl in terms of 3rd class services and frustrating customer care

    @tatadocomo Impossible to get thru customer care . Need to reactivate broadband . Account no 991663319. Need to speak to someone from customer care . Already paid the bill amount twice but getting calls for unpaid bills .
