    @TataCompanies @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo over a yr we r proud Tata FTTH users of Tata Teleservices but the service is in complete shambles for past 2 mnths. Frustrating no-one is able to identify the root problem for our entire apt. Flappy inet , wrong utilisation are main problem

    @tatadocomo the internet services offered in my area in Pune continue to be down for last 5 days. It's ironical that you have custom reps. who start harassing customers for payments 1 week prior to the due date and yet no customer rep is calling me to solve the issue #tatadocomo

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help
