Namrata (@NamrataDixit19) reported@tatadocomo Pathetic service provider. I raised a shifting request over a week ago. As my new place is rented, I gave my aadhar card as ID and address proof. Then I was told my address proof should match new place but ID proof accepted. So I gave my rental agreement.
