Wh n I tell them to upgrade to 16mbos and noreply for 3 mths. I have paid thrice amd there is no process for refund. PATHETIC

Back month you disconnected my landline phone without prior intimation. Now I am getting more than 10-15 call per day about bill payment. You should apologize for mental torture and clear all dues
