  @tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!

  @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 : Experience with docomo internet is worst since last 8 days called several times to service centre. Hope less service we are getting. Either enhance service or close down #docomo. We just love Ratan Tata Sir so we kept going with docomo. @

  @tatadocomo you guys are pathetic. Your website does not work. Your app sucks. For 8mbps i pay 1.7k. your call center is awful. Wh n I tell them to upgrade to 16mbos and noreply for 3 mths. I have paid thrice amd there is no process for refund. PATHETIC

  @TataTeleBiz @tatadocomo @WagholiHSA It's going to be 3 days ..you had assured me that this will be resolved today at 1pm. In fact got a call from the appelate person his name is Basant . Even he assured me...but still no resolution
