    @TataCompanies @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo over a yr we r proud Tata FTTH users of Tata Teleservices but the service is in complete shambles for past 2 mnths. Frustrating no-one is able to identify the root problem for our entire apt. Flappy inet , wrong utilisation are main problem

    @tatadocomo @TataTeleBiz Really disappointed and frustrated pls check ur mail records I was clearly told that after paying last invoice of Rs 1061 on 23 July that this will be the last bill then why are u again asking me to pay 342. I have been asking you all to cancel my service

    @tatadocomo Inspite closing our internet connection u guys are raising invoice & demanding to pay. I have made lot of complain to your Customer Care & also the appellate tribunal but no resolution from your side. i have paid all dues & then only closed the connection (1)

    @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 : Experience with docomo internet is worst since last 8 days called several times to service centre. Hope less service we are getting. Either enhance service or close down #docomo. We just love Ratan Tata Sir so we kept going with docomo. @
