  @tatadocomo V live in a gated society in DwarkaDelhi.Since last15 yrs v r ur Coustomer.V face frequent Internet disconnections. Today since morning der is no connectivity.Often othr srvice provider approach us2switch over2their service but v didn’t Plz check dis angle 2for frequent breakdown

  @TataTeleBiz @TataTelCustCare @tatadocomo I was today informed that the copper wire has been eaten by a rat and hence I am not having internet for three days! Company like Tata does not even take into consideration of such issues??? I am unable to work because of a stupid rat?

  @Ajinkya_Thombre @tatadocomo Yea man. "Soon" is too vague to be realized. Not knowing when our wait will end and especially when we can't do anything in that regard is the worst thing that can happen to anyone.
