    @tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!

    @tatadocomo Pathetic service provider. I raised a shifting request over a week ago. As my new place is rented, I gave my aadhar card as ID and address proof. Then I was told my address proof should match new place but ID proof accepted. So I gave my rental agreement.
