  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @Airtel_Presence cant change the ownership of tatadocomo series number of airtel if the person is hospitalised n paralysed..Forcing user to switched to postpaid..Pathetic service.. if this the scenario...in any case asking user to switch to postpaid for ur profit is bad service

  @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 @TataTeleBiz was a loyal customer to TATA services for nearly 2 yrs without payment delays. Without proper analysis and response, notice was sent to attend Pune court. Unnecessarily creating mental pressure on me for Rs 2700/- for unused service.
