    Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

    @FinMinIndia when Tatadocomo was taken over by Airtel Airtel insisted on new number. Tata number was Aadhar seeded, now without the aadhar linked number PF office has rejected transfer of PF or pension. Is this how you office treat kin of decreased

    @Airtel_Presence cant change the ownership of tatadocomo series number of airtel if the person is hospitalised n paralysed..Forcing user to switched to postpaid..Pathetic service.. if this the scenario...in any case asking user to switch to postpaid for ur profit is bad service

    @Puttu_MaaNi @tatadocomo Once I was issued a post paid bill of 10000 for consuming additional 100mb of data. Policy stated my max credit post paid bill was 1000Rs. I didn't pay for months, Tata Docomo in turn threatened by calling all the people in my call list. Never buy @tatadocomo

    @tatadocomo Then I got a mail that rent agreement accepted but ID proof not provided. Then I sent ID proof again, to which ibgot a mail address don't match. This has been going on for over a week. How will my permanent address match my rent address?worst service provider.

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help

    @tatadocomo horrible service! internet has not worked even one day fully and I keep relying on my @airtelindia hotspot to even work from home! noone comes to see what the deal is. please get your act together its 2021 internet is a basic necessity.
