Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

@tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!

Very poor service of Tata Tele, our grievance for landline number 022 66313138 is not resolved inspite of our complaint filed with them from last more than two weeks on their portal and intimating to higher authorities of the company.@tatadocomo
