    Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

    Very poor service of Tata Tele, our grievance for landline number 022 66313138 is not resolved inspite of our complaint filed with them from last more than two weeks on their portal and intimating to higher authorities of the company.@tatadocomo @TataTeleBiz

    @TataTeleBiz @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo account closure request was raised back in January 2019.i am still receiving payment reminders and getting harassed by court notices for payment of 1328 (service which I did not use)

    @tatadocomo Then I got a mail that rent agreement accepted but ID proof not provided. Then I sent ID proof again, to which ibgot a mail address don't match. This has been going on for over a week. How will my permanent address match my rent address?worst service provider.

    @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 : Experience with docomo internet is worst since last 8 days called several times to service centre. Hope less service we are getting. Either enhance service or close down #docomo. We just love Ratan Tata Sir so we kept going with docomo. @

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help
