Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

@airtelindia cant change the ownership of tatadocomo series number of airtel if the person is hospitalised n paralysed... Forcing user to switched to postpaid... Pathetic service.. if this the scenario...in any case asking user to switch to postpaid for ur profit is bad service

@tatadocomo you guys are pathetic. Your website does not work. Your app sucks. For 8mbps i pay 1.7k. your call center is awful. Wh n I tell them to upgrade to 16mbos and noreply for 3 mths. I have paid thrice amd there is no process for refund. PATHETIC
