Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

@tatadocomo broadband connection was down during lockdown last year. Due to constant phonecalls I paid though amount was not owed. I still get reminder calls for payment... feeling harassed and cheated. Not expected from a TATA company.

@Puttu_MaaNi @tatadocomo Once I was issued a post paid bill of 10000 for consuming additional 100mb of data. Policy stated my max credit post paid bill was 1000Rs. I didn't pay for months, Tata Docomo in turn threatened by calling all the people in my call list. Never buy @tatadocomo
