  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @tatadocomo broadband connection was down during lockdown last year. Due to constant phonecalls I paid though amount was not owed. I still get reminder calls for payment... feeling harassed and cheated. Not expected from a TATA company.

  @tatadocomo @TRAI I have been you customer for more than 15 yrs. Back month you disconnected my landline phone without prior intimation. Now I am getting more than 10-15 call per day about bill payment. You should apologize for mental torture and clear all dues

  @FinMinIndia when Tatadocomo was taken over by Airtel Airtel insisted on new number. Tata number was Aadhar seeded, now without the aadhar linked number PF office has rejected transfer of PF or pension. Is this how you office treat kin of decreased
