  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  Stop harrassing customers! @TataTeleBiz @tatadocomo Have a broadband connection since 8+ years, payment is made thru a standing instruction on card acct well before due date but still your cust support guys repeatedly call asking for payment! Every mth! Even before the due date!

  @FinMinIndia when Tatadocomo was taken over by Airtel Airtel insisted on new number. Tata number was Aadhar seeded, now without the aadhar linked number PF office has rejected transfer of PF or pension. Is this how you office treat kin of decreased

  @tatadocomo Your customer executive Mr Rajesh says that we do not disturb our seniors from 10am to 7pm for any customer queries, amazing how "supportive" your team is - especially during this difficult times! Highly disappointed
