  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @tatadocomo It’s been 5 days since your broadband phone lines have been down in Newtown Kolkata area. Your tech staff informs that they do not hv govt permission for repairs!! Getting pushed to consider new kid on the block..
