  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!
