  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @tatadocomo Pathetic service provider. I raised a shifting request over a week ago. As my new place is rented, I gave my aadhar card as ID and address proof. Then I was told my address proof should match new place but ID proof accepted. So I gave my rental agreement.

  @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 @TataTeleBiz was a loyal customer to TATA services for nearly 2 yrs without payment delays. Without proper analysis and response, notice was sent to attend Pune court. Unnecessarily creating mental pressure on me for Rs 2700/- for unused service.

  @tatadocomo Then I got a mail that rent agreement accepted but ID proof not provided. Then I sent ID proof again, to which ibgot a mail address don't match. This has been going on for over a week. How will my permanent address match my rent address?worst service provider.

  @tatadocomo Your customer executive Mr Rajesh says that we do not disturb our seniors from 10am to 7pm for any customer queries, amazing how "supportive" your team is - especially during this difficult times! Highly disappointed

  @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo @TataCompanies Don't know what happened to Tata service from April 2021 I am getting full of problem with landline & Their is no good response from co. side while calling they just say mail us mail us that's y I came here 9885701240
