  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @tatadocomo the internet services offered in my area in Pune continue to be down for last 5 days. It's ironical that you have custom reps. who start harassing customers for payments 1 week prior to the due date and yet no customer rep is calling me to solve the issue #tatadocomo

  Stop harrassing customers! @TataTeleBiz @tatadocomo Have a broadband connection since 8+ years, payment is made thru a standing instruction on card acct well before due date but still your cust support guys repeatedly call asking for payment! Every mth! Even before the due date!
