  Absolutely true. I think @Airtel_Presence should step back like #TataDocomo and #Aircel did. #AirTel shouldn't exist with such slow and bas services. Their MAIN FOCUS is #ARPU only with as such poor services

  @Airtel_Presence : My TataDocomo/ Airtel sim 1. Internet Stopped after ustopped 3G 2. Sim signal intermittent 3. We pay bills for lot more And you cannot even provide a home delivery of proper SIM. If @narendramodi ji’s digital revolution fails for such telecom services 🤔

  @tatadocomo Pathetic service provider. I raised a shifting request over a week ago. As my new place is rented, I gave my aadhar card as ID and address proof. Then I was told my address proof should match new place but ID proof accepted. So I gave my rental agreement.

  @tatadocomo you guys are pathetic. Your website does not work. Your app sucks. For 8mbps i pay 1.7k. your call center is awful. Wh n I tell them to upgrade to 16mbos and noreply for 3 mths. I have paid thrice amd there is no process for refund. PATHETIC
