  @tatadocomo the internet services offered in my area in Pune continue to be down for last 5 days. It's ironical that you have custom reps. who start harassing customers for payments 1 week prior to the due date and yet no customer rep is calling me to solve the issue #tatadocomo

  @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo @MoitOfficial - #Docomo call centre says if you connect 4 -5 mobile with broadband your internet speed will go down. Is it so true ???? Sirji - Really either technology is lagging or your people are with lack of knowledge. They're not concern abt customer

  @TataTeleBiz, @TataCompanies @tatadocomo landline not working again. 3rd time in the week. Tata teleservices seems to be beating bsnl in terms of 3rd class services and frustrating customer care
