    @tatadocomo The worst customer care! They make you interact with an automated bot which disconnects the call as per its convenience.. Consistently! I called to discontinue my internet connection and there seems to be no easy way to do so! But I keep getting charged monthly still!

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help
