  @KotakCares @udaykotak When can i use credit card? I'm not able to do any transactions as nor getting otp on email and @VodafoneIN network is pathetic so it is never on even when sim is active. Or if i should go for another credit card instead of Kotak?

  @ViCustomerCare As perVI rep Miss karishma, my info is not available in VI database and i have to go to vodafone store. Seriously!!. It is who VI terminated my membership. If VI team cannot help what will vodafone store guy do. Request VI to activate my Amazon membership or refund me Rs. 1499.

  @ViCustomerCare worst service ever, till yesterday my sim was working fine, i tried to surf the internet last night it was showing VI under maintenance, check after 7AM 15Aug. Since then I am not getting a network on my sim. There are no nearby stores What should I do now?

  @ViCustomerCare When I call on toll free numbers like 18001207777 which belongs to ICICI customer care using Vi connection I listen the message that number is invalid. From other connections it gets connected.
