@ViCustomerCare I have two postpaid connections with VI and the service is become pathetic , hence I want to move out of Vodafone , have taken the upc code and now vi is calling me to retain me , pathetic experience with VI ,if u really want to retain customer give good service

@ViCustomerCare day by day the service is getting worse , raised numerous complaint but no one was bothered to resolve , after taking upc code they are calling day and night just to ensure that I don't leave Vi #vodafoneidea sucks
