    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am unable to use incoming and outgoing sms services on my Idea number on International Roaming. I raised a service request #MNG-V00654923500 too which was closed without any resolution. Please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, my location is,Vill+Post-Bhamuria,PS-Neturia,Dist-Purulia, State-West Bengal,Pin-723121. In my location we have full 4g network coverage both indoors and outdoors for all private operators except VI. Sir please do something so that i dont have to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Waste and worst network. Very poor indoor coverage without vowifi. No improvement in audio quality.

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare I am a old customer of VI, suddenly my number +91-9773469131 has been deactivated without any reason citing documents not submitted. Although submitted all documents in Dec 2018. Harrassing customer. Contact +91-9368593103

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Worst service provider in the country! Iam highly disappointed with your slow customer service. As if pathetic networks and internet connection issues weren't enough! Since past 2 days my outgoing services are entirely barred for no reason at all!!
