    @ViCustomerCare Don't call back asking for issue, keep the recharge amount as charity and buy sweetmeats for snacking as anyway you don't have any work to do except for providing silly reasons for your inefficiency. If someone says something second time, ill go and drown myself in some river.

    @ViCustomerCare The person told will send troubleshooting steps as the mobile data is not working Those steps are even available online n we are not lame people like you to pass the buck In spite of that no email is sent. Why do yu at all run a company when u have no competency to fix an issue

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN Unjustified SMS charges deducted even though I have 6889 free SMSs remaining. No communication about daily SMS limits. Poor support experience. Request immediate reversal of charges. Will share details via DM. #VI #BillingIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Connected the Vodafone Idea store and the local appellate on a call—both just passed the buck, asking me to call the other. Meanwhile the SIM is still dead. Everything is linked to this number. What kind of apathetic service is this, @ViCustomerCare?
