    @ViCustomerCare I recharged for 599 Mobile no. 9468941862 Vi is best 4G as per your campaign But I can't even download a 500mb file form last 5 hours. The worst service I have ever seen by any telecom. Please slove my query otherwise I will port to any other telecom provider

    Team @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Thanx alot for adding to my problems My Sms hs nt bn wrking since last 10dys wit no in/ out msgs incl no banking/CC n oter OTP's as well. Ve complaind on daily basis via email/callcentre, DM & nw this but no solution #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare No use, don't tell me to follow computerized steps. I am an IT professional and know all these steps. It's not just my phone problem. No one in village getting any network in there phone.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing pathetic network in both calling and internet on my both mobile nos. IVR and Chat services are designed in a way that only time can be wasted but complaint can not be made.

    @ViCustomerCare made a recharge of 2399 on the 3rd April 2021,which included a zee5 annualsubscription,not able2 activate.after calls to custcare to activate it no solution to it.rcvd a call today tht only rchrg after 8th is valid!!!y was the offer put up then?

    @ViCustomerCare I am raising network complaints from last 2 weeks but no solution is given. YouTube works fine but all other things are not working good. No one is looking the complaints. Many of the complaints are not even registered by them. Please look into it or porting out.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vodafone Idea please stop calling me repeatedly. Since morning i have received atleast 4 calls. Asking stupid questions and giving no solution. Is it wrong to expect a good network from you at this time of lockdown. Why is it taking so long?
