    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Dear Network providers whats the issue, whenever their is power cut in our Village Rampur ( pin code-802127)Your Network completely disappeares. Multiple time I have complaint it, but No result. It's disgusting, don't u provide oil to towers?

    @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?
