    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @VodafoneGroup in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare complimentary 6-month trial ended, the subscription was automatically without any prior notification, explicit consent, or authorization. I strongly object to this practice. At no point did I approve or authorize this amount to be billed to my Vi account. #fail

    @ViCustomerCare I will not reply In DM whatever the issue I have mentioned clearly in the post with address, kindly send your technical team team to check the issue at mentioned location and when they come there ask any VI subscriber and find the issue, from my side it is very clear, no network

    I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending. Kindly verify and resolve the issue at the earliest." @ViCustomerCare
