    @ViCustomerCare Is there any way to escalate the complaint because your call centre refuses to say anything beyond 'we are sorry, charges are valid' and cuts the call.

    @ViCustomerCare We recharged with rs 479 by your vi app recommend recharge option and it shows 2gb/day for 56 days but got only 1.5gb/day data plan..this is not the right way to treat your customer @reliancejio is far better then you

    @ViCustomerCare what is wrong guys? Some or other VAS are getting activated and even calling customer care balance is not refunded. This is horrible.. Seems time to switch to other service provider 😤😤😑😑

    @ViCustomerCare I had extra payment in my postpaid acct when I moved to prepaid. Extra payment was refunded to my prepaid acct. But, I am not able to use that balance for recharge and they will not refund to my bank. So I have almost Rs.300 sitting in account. Help @TRAI
