  @ViCustomerCare Till when internet service will be down in kota rest other operators are able to use it .Now i am felling very regretted by choosing Vi .I should have opted for any other operators..

  Absolutely incompetent service by @ViCustomerCare. A number which has not been activated has been billed and Salt Lake Kolkata store tells me a request was put in for my number in April which has NOT been done by me! Because of this my present no. stands disconnected!!
