    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    hy @ViCustomerCare No update on my 4 network complaint yet?I already shared all the details with your engineer, including the Speedtest results and GTrack Lite screenshots, 4 days ago. Since then, there has been no update from either Vi or the engineer. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare You should change your name back to Idea it's better name and also @vodafone is not contributing anything fo the joint venture so they should leave. Also please improve your network more specially 4G.
