    I had bought a new VI SIM, I have not been able to service it even for a day because there is no signal here. When I lodged a complaint, I was told to call the company. My experience with VI is absolutely terrible. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .

    @ViCustomerCare I recently recharged with the ₹349 plan because the Vi app showed that my device is 5G compatible and that 5G is available in my area. However, after the recharge, I’m only getting a 4G network. On checking further, I found that my town doesn’t actually have Vi

    Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Frustrated. This is how you going to loose your user base.... unlimited data deke, speed itna kam ,kya hi data use karenge. Definitely gonna port to some other network once this pack ends

    @ViCustomerCare This is pathetic Customer Service, instead of focusing on resolving the issue and delivering my New SIM, your social media team calls me 3 times and tells me that I need to wait for another 24 Hrs as their TAT is 72 Hrs. @KumarMBirla

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial network site of Vi situated at AT- KHAJURIAKATA, PO- BALIMI,BLOCK-HINDOL,DIST-DHENKANAL, ODISHA, PIN-759020 is down since 2 days. Kindly get it recovered soon. Or else we have to port out from VI. Both 4g and 2g is down here. Mob- 7992848608

    Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. Despite having an active plan, the service is seriously disappointing. Fix this network/data issue immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?
