    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi specifically for better internet speed. But right now, the speed is extremely slow. If Vi also fails to provide good speed, what was the point of switching? Please fix this network issue ASAP. ​#Vi #NetworkIssue #InternetSpeed

    Facing a serious network issue in Pune. Despite having an active recharge, I’m unable to make or receive calls or even use mobile internet on my SIM. This is causing major inconvenience. Please look into the network issue in Pune and resolve it ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    Horrible service by VI store. First they didn't tell me prepaid is available and then plan is of 249 in postpaid. After sim got activated, they want 1120rs for 4 months advance without my consent and didn't give me sim without paying 1120.@ViCustomerCare. Kindl

    @ViCustomerCare So clearly, the issue is NOT simply “low balance.” I have an active ₹2249 annual plan valid until May 2027, plus additional talktime balance. I have been using the same type of annual recharge for the last 3 years and have consistently received OTPs and incoming SMS while abroad

    @ViCustomerCare My incoming and outgoing calls are STILL not enabled despite repeated follow-ups. How many more times do I need to raise the same issue? This is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately and restore my calling services asap.#VodafoneIdea #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Yo since when ******** does incoming call also stop after the service validity gets done???. What ******** is this bullshit ??? There are a **** ton of people I know who can't keep refilling and depend on at least incoming calls. What's wrong with you people now days ?

    @imohammedtalha @ViCustomerCare Sad to see this, Even I recently did yearly active recharges for 2 Numbers and today both of them went to bin (~4000). Not getting SMS and VI Chat help is not really helping.
