    @ViCustomerCare sorry state of affairs. to convert postpaid to prepaid..went to service centre at pune. after putting online request and waiting 40 min was told mumbai number can b done prepaid only in mumbai. Are we in digital Era? Same work was done at airtel number in 30 min

    @ViCustomerCare charged rs 4950 for 9 minute call and no explanation is given to me uptil now and I am forced to make payment to continue services.due date for resolution has passed and my services are affected.Worst support team ever as they only give fake assurances daily.
