    @ViCustomerCare my number is showing “no service” since last two days. It happened last week and started on its own. Not again same thing. Work n personal life is getting disrupted because of this.

    @ViCustomerCare I submitted a port-out request days ago to move my Vi postpaid number to Airtel postpaid. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.

    I made a prepaid recharge yesterday through Google Pay. The payment was successfully completed, and Google Pay shows “Recharge processed”, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Vi prepaid account. And im getting poor response from customercare. @ViCustomerCare

    now. Very bed experience please don't use the VI network very bed work, they promised give a good network but it is completed fake promises so don't use this network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare what is the VI policy that postpaid can't be converted during the month and going round and round at VI Prabhadevi center, is this way VI treat customers, why should I pay for 20 days bills to VI due to their internal policy
