    @ViCustomerCare is the worst telecom network in the history of telecoms. They do not value the time of their customers. Would keep you on hold for more than half an hour and wouldn’t connect you to their senior managers.

    @ViCustomerCare Only 3G connection is available here, 4G connection does not speed up at all and this happens frequently in our area, we complained many times but no squeezing solution is found so please solve our problem quickly.

    @ViCustomerCare @Swamy39 Very bad service in term of 4G network. I was complain may time but problem is not solve. Regular in my family 5 Customer recharge 4g pack (Value -Rs2500) but network is not come at my house. My location - At+Po - Vishnupur tididha,Ps- Rajapakar, Bihar. .

    @ViCustomerCare We have been having internet connection problems since 7 days,Only 3G connection is available here, 4G connection does not speed up at all and this happens frequently in our area, we complain from time to time but no squeezing solution is found. #slowinternert

    @ViCustomerCare Network Coverage with reference number KAR-V00665142730 is registered. Earlier complaint was taken in wrong address hence above ticket is raised today with required updated address kindly resolve at earliest!!

    @ViCustomerCare very very very unprofessional people. Do not recommend using their services. They discontinue your calling and data services in regards to a non payment of “unbilled” amount. Never use their services. Highly condemn it!

    @ViCustomerCare Let me clarify: it was NOT resolved as I still do not have data access despite having recharged my plan on 2nd Oct. 2. I have to wait till 18th Oct (that's 8 days in all AFTER the complaint was raised from my end & 12 full days since I started facing the issue)

    @ViCustomerCare I've been trying to reach your customer care executive but it's just don't get connect! I've been facing issue with the VI sim. I've to restart frequently to get incoming calls and do outgoing calls while it still shows good coverage.

    @DoT_India Thanks for your response. Please take action against the @ViCustomerCare and their worst services. I'm waiting for the resolution of recharge benefits issues since long time and I've been assured for the benefits. I've already raised several complaints but no resolution yet.
