    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare Very dissapponting that you have started to scam users on ISD roaming by fake call bills. And your team justifies the amount in inflated fake bills. I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum against this harassment now.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. So apart from me, my husband who is on Vi too, is facing the same issue. Can not get through any landline number. Same with my maid and cook who checked just now on my request. This needs to get sorted URGENTLY

    @ViCustomerCare You executive had visited my home and said that there is no chance for coverage improvement in my home and area, we have society of 900+ flats and coverage is very poor in my area, but still there is no response from VI, so what value addition are you going to do by my response?

    @ViCustomerCare never use Vi services. They have their own rules and do not bother about customer and their grievances at all.

    @ViCustomerCare I had ported out of Vodafone due to connectivity issues etc.. I personally visited Vi store to surrender the number.. even now they are sendinge the bill. I paid 1 bill assuming some dues might have been left. However again ur sending the bill..

    @ViCustomerCare How many members are not interested to part of VI? If you want to Port from Vodafoneidea to thick network it just clarification for VI to understand customer thinking and importance of subscribers
