    Pathetic Service @ViCustomerCare Internet Gets Disconnected Automatically very frequently. Not possible to do any real time task with this internet connection. Any banking transaction may take hours , which can be finished in minutes.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is so sucks that even 4G is not stable in my area it will continuosly change from 3g to 4g and after that i will get 3g for like 10minutes and again 3g to 4g ad it will get 4g for like 50sec than again it will be 3g again useless 4g and here you say fasttest 4g net.

    @ViCustomerCare I was planning to port out yesterday from Vi to other network providing better deals,but you customer retention team gave some promises about freebies and a new plan but no updates on it post that call.. very bad customer mgmt Lying to a 10year loyal customer!

    Raised complaint 4 times.still not any solution from @ViCustomerCare They r saying that complaint has solved.But all they said r lie.Willing toPort to Airtel@TRAI look into this matter.They r solving complaint since last 6 month. Now i know how GIGANET works by making people fool

    @ViCustomerCare is not able to resolve issue of 4G becoming 2G frequently. Every time I raise complaint, after 2-3 days complaint is resolved but issue of 4G becoming 2G remains. Pathetic !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Past five days without signal for my sim. No proper actions taken so far from Vodafone. just simply stating "working on your issue". It is my primary sim. stuck with many transactions because of this issue. bad service from VI
