    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

    I want to have a recharge for 180 days..few days back, vi app showed an offer of 1.5 gb/data with unlimited calling for 180 days for 859 Rs...but that time I had already recharged...Now I want to recharge that offer...but it's not showing anymore...Can u pls help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Since the time I have done MNP from jio to vi ....my internet has improved but voice call has drastically broken ....Sayad hi koi call ho jispe mai sahi dhang se baat kr pau

    @ViCustomerCare my num is out of service as I didn't rcg frm couple of months. But today I rchrgd my phn with 169 without knowing, and it didn't extend my validity. Can you pls help cancel th rcg and refund? So i can then use it to rcg whatever is valid amount of rcg?

    @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare Unexpectedly received a call from Amit (Vi)He assured me that my network issue would be resolved very soon. So, I'll recharge my number for one more month & see whether the problem is fixed.
