    @ViCustomerCare i have realme narzo 50a smartphone. but when i am on VI network most of the apps like paytm, twitter, shopee, flipkart etc are not connecting even if the speed is fast and when switch to airtel network all the apps works fine. what is wrong with you all tell me

    @ViCustomerCare hey! I’ve been trying to port my number to another network but am unable to send the PORT message to 1900 to generate a UPC code! There is an issue with my outgoing sms service which hasn’t been resolved after multiple complaints. Need help since Vi has bad signal

    Hi @ViCustomerCare What is the min amount to be paid for port in to vi? I was told at vi store rajpur road, Dehradun that it is 299.00. I paid the amount 299 though I wanted 179 plan. My sim is active now but no recharge is received. Contacted customer care but prob not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare @WowSushant Your 4G network is off in my area for last 2 hours. I just ported out from Jio to Vi and today is the first day. Your 3G data service is not consistent(Speed is good but there is a lag in loading) . Please provide consistent 4G services in my area. Mobile no. shared through DM.
