Gaurav Chand (@gauravchand) reported@ViCustomerCare Had also called customer care. Just got a call from the Engineer 98198 18147. Told him the issue again. Asked him two to three times what has happened in the last week. He just disconnected the call. Next time Vi calls I too will not answer. Please e-mail me if you need anything

Then 5G shows but data doesn’t work until I repeat the same process. Why is the network so unstable? Extremely frustrating service....
