    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Because of this lack of billing transparency, I have decided to port my existing Vi number to Airtel and switch to Airtel Prepaid. I hope Airtel can provide me with transparent pricing, reliable service, and affordable prepaid plans without unexpected charges.

    @ViCustomerCare My phone has 5G support, but I'm only getting 3G or 4G speeds. Why is this happening, and when will this problem be fixed? I've been having this problem for a while, and it's still showing 3G speeds. Am I using a free SIM card? And you guys say it's a 30-day recharge,

    @JioCare Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired today. Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare

    Very bad service,bad internet speed too slow. Repeatedly the 4G signal becomes 2G, E. After regular complaint no improvement. You should give importance to your customer grievance @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I actually authorized. Complaint Ref: 4-189834810908 I have already obtained my UPC to port this number to Airtel because of this repeated billing experience.

    @ViCustomerCare I hope this improvement is permanent and that I won’t have to raise the same complaint again. I’m willing to continue with Vi as long as the service remains reliable. Thank you to the Vi team for finally taking the matter seriously.

    @ViCustomerCare The 72-hour TAT expired today at 2:20 PM, yet NO SIM DELIVERED! Called 8141018180 and again spoke to Javed today at 2:04 PM, only to get another hollow promise. Your 72 hrs promise is broken. Stop making fool of customers & deliver my SIM now! @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
