    @ViCustomerCare Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare. My internet remains extremely slow despite reporting the issue yesterday. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. #Vi #NetworkIssue #PoorService

    @ViCustomerCare I recently recharged with the ₹349 plan because the Vi app showed that my device is 5G compatible and that 5G is available in my area. However, after the recharge, I’m only getting a 4G network. On checking further, I found that my town doesn’t actually have Vi

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    @vodafone @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare We have had no network for the last 4 days. Location: Dahanu, Palghar – 401601 No calls, no mobile internet—completely disconnected. Kindly restore the network immediately and compensate/extend the service for the 4-day outage.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't really understand the delay from your side. My sim was verified and it was working but your guys shut it off and now I have to bear the consequences of it, while your executives can bring up the most random excuses to escape the blame when I visit the store for support.
