    Got to experience the worst of @vodafoneIN_Fdtn network before getting the sim.I have ordered a Vi sim online and not yet delivered. Wow @ViCustomerCare simply say I can't help will raise ticket wait until solved They say I can't cancel my order, if you want to cancel go to store

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice

    I, ordered a Vi eSIM yesterday paid ₹365, activated my sim as well still I was unable to make or receive calls. Thought this may be resolved by the morning. This morning I see that there is no network in my device. Called @ViCustomerCare didn't receive any satisfactory (1/2)

    @Boss_10122 @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN Bro they have doing business with sim first they have using online booking showing for all pincodes of India but they don't have any raiders and also limited cities only Vi stores before vi my town also vodafone stores but no Vi stores the Management also not working properly
