    @ViCustomerCare I want to pay half Amount now. But your customer care says you cannot pay half amount you have to pay full amount now. Otherwise wait for 30 days. We will send recovery guy at your Address and recovery guy will let me know after 30days with notice.

    While I had visited Jio store only once in my lifetime during its initial launch, I have visited VI store more often after getting a Jio sim or connected to @ViCustomerCare more than Jio care. Unsatisfied with the service. Might soon think of porting to a new provider.

    What the hell is going on? 😡 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am so much tired of receiving unwanted/spam calls from VI. If this happens like this I will throw my Vodafone SIM card. Don't bother me like this, otherwise i will lodge a complaint against VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Why the hell are you lot still calling me?! i have spoken to 4 ppl from your social media team, 5 from normal customer care. How the hell do you lot run this biz. good that the Jio brand is rendering you useless. absolutely deserve it all. I am sending a complaint to TRAI now.
