    I am sorry @ViCustomerCare i have to convert my newly 5 postpaid connections to prepaid and later I will definitely port switch to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence coz your pathetic signal and network are like hell. Whole family plan is not working properly.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I was using vodafone before but due to call drop and network issues I have ported my no. into airtel. Now please don't harras with your emails, before porting on the other network I have paid my dues. But still getting your emails. Pls look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare when I enquired to your customer care helpline 198 they were unable to solve my query and gave a very unprofessional response stating they don't know what is happening with my sim.

    @ViCustomerCare your sim was not working in my phone and when I visited service center I was charged for sim exchange. Whereas It should be FOC, right ? Also payment was deducted from balance without informing me. Is that fair practice ?
