My sim was verified and it was working but your guys shut it off and now I have to bear the consequences of it, while your executives can bring up the most random excuses to escape the blame when I visit the store for support.

However, today's speed test still shows only 0.5 Mbps download, 122 ms ping, and 132 ms jitter. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a permanent solution or a clear timeline. #Vi
