    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I’ve been your customer from last so many years, I went to your Vodafone store to get my sim upgraded. I completed all required verifications. I was assured that new sim would be activated in next one hour. It’s still pending since Sunday ??

    @ViCustomerCare finally got the sim after so much struggle and now even after 24 hrs it is not working. No signal showing even though message for activation has been received. Vodafone and idea both still suck even coll3ctively.

    @ViCustomerCare I enquired for dongle but was asked for visit store as customer care has no details. What non sense... Why should I need to go to store? I have option of other operators ... Bad reply and response by your team.

    @ViCustomerCare I hv given request for making my SIM to prepaid bt they don't even care abt customer like they don't want a customer at all. As I have given request 2 week ago bt till today my request nt fulfill nd today when I ask that time they say ur request is deleted
