    @ViCustomerCare Hi there, I need help urgently regarding one of my issues. I've tried all other ways to get that done. It has never been addressed. Such a poor service it is. I regret using the Idea service provider. Please help me & get my concern resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare hello vi I'm unable to connect network. Network signal is very poor on my location. Data connectivity is very bad 😞. Speed is just nothing better than 2g network. Please upgrade network connectivity. Network signal is just for only names

    @ViCustomerCare It’s a harassment mobile service provider. Poorest network entire India, highest charges and most 3rd class customer care. Many people calls for the bill payment which has been paid last week, asked to customer care to stop the connection but that is too not done.

    @ViCustomerCare Looks like @vodafone just tweets but does nothing. Its 16+ hrs since sim taken, not yet activated. No help from #vodafone. Uselessly they r forcing me to again go to their store. Yesterday I have already gone to the store & done the needful, yet required action not taken by them

    @ViCustomerCare after using hutch to Vodafone to vi.....it's around 15+ years Now facing too much calls for postpaid bill and fraud calls Now switching to my first operator when I bought first phone of life @airtelindia Thank you vi for the good service in past....
