    @ViCustomerCare Shifted fo Jio to Vi last month .I got full network in my house but whenever i go tho other place it diminishes the network totally zero .Nalbari ,Assam ,781369 and nearest area.

    Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, hope you're well. Your dept has declined to register a network coverage issue for a specific area, as I don't reside there. I visited that place & there was no data connectivity, hence I raised a concern. Please be fair & resolve this issue... Senseless!

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network the only reason for down is the network even call do not connect at once. And the network is only 2G

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Karan, “noted” is not a resolution. Vi numbers are still being used for marketing calls. Stop the template and disconnect them. TRAI and DoT, this is all your regulation has produced.

    @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare I am using current number since 9 years i have only one problem, ward,opd and emergency of Safdarjung Hospital has only availability of airtel network, just insure that network of vi will be available there, I’ll switch

    @viiikashere Exactly what happened with another client of @ViCustomerCare whose very old @VodafoneGroup phone was also blocked all of a sudden leaving him scrambling for Bank and Aadhaar acces . Shame on Vodafone and also the Regulators regulating but overlooking such a terrible fiasco.
