    @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

    @ViCustomerCare Some toll-free numbers still work on Vi, so this appears to be a routing/interconnect issue affecting specific numbers. Please investigate and resolve urgently. @ViCustomerCare

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to use VI but in our village there is 0 network at all. We want tower in our village. If you'll install tower then you'll cover 200+ users and 100+ can be potential users.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my 5 numbers from Jio to VI postpaid. I am in Pune and the network is very bad, unable to talk properly, not easy to connect with C Care, I was expecting good service than Jio but it's more worst. 100 towers is only advertising.

    @ViCustomerCare I am on unlimited 5g plan. How my data gets exhausted? This is first time happened to me. What kind of scam you have started. That someone is on unlimited plan and in middle of night data gets exhausted. Pls resolve this issue, or will switch to jio

    @ViCustomerCare False advertising. Odisha circle doesn't have eSIM support. This shows you are biased and partial to your customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Living in a village shouldn't mean being disconnected from the world. @ViCustomerCare , the internet speed in Usia, Dildar Nagar (Pincode: 232330) is absolutely crawling. We can't even load basic apps. Please fix the coverage in our area ASAP! 🛑📲 #Vodafoneidea #Usia #Ghazipur
