    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare You should change your name back to Idea it's better name and also @vodafone is not contributing anything fo the joint venture so they should leave. Also please improve your network more specially 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment as instructed, my postpaid to prepaid request is still unresolved. Constantly being redirected with no solution. Losing trust—moving to another network now. #CustomerExperience
