    I bet nobody can connect to @ViCustomerCare. All i want is change my plan but it has been over a year now and I haven't been able to change it. Nobody can imagine the kind of torture their service is. I will give up my number, to hell with you.

    I and my entire family Vodafone prepaid for long. Of late I find data network not working. I told local VI shop but nothing done. I always keep the number recharged. Now am I to keep Vodafone or shift to more popular Jio? @ViCustomerCare solve it quick as I travel

    Very poor and unexpected service from @Airtel_Presence I have port my sim from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel but my Sim is deactivated since 8-9 months. I have cleared all dues pending with VI. I contacted Airtel many times, but no solution.
