    @ViCustomerCare I had informed your executive two months ago to deactivate my number. He asked me to clear the pending payment, which I did. The same issue happened last month, and now again this month a bill has been generated. Is this a fraud or what?

    @ViCustomerCare I am a student and I have to take love classes, but because of this stupid company, I am not able to take a single class. Sorry, just somehow let this one month pass. I am going to port to JIO. JIO people at least listen to the problem. I have been telling them this for 4 months

    @ViCustomerCare I think you have not understand my issue.I want to activate name callertune but as per check new name addition caller tune requested same not done if name updated i will recharge callertune recharge plan immedietly

    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    I am @ViCustomerCare user but it's network service is so poor that it can't be shared on net because to do so you need a working net connection and it will not provide it so can go for a complaint.
