    @ViCustomerCare When your executive called for follow up regarding this issue, he was not able to hear my voice( network issue). Service support is just as pathetic as the your network speeds. #scam #fraud

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, You tried your best, to fix the connectivity issue, but no network received, infact even the normal calls went blank after 1 week. Stop selling Cambodia while offering Roaming to the subscribers, cambodia does not support the Indian sim cards.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with a 1-year plan, yet I'm still not receiving incoming calls. I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare highly pathetic service booked new number more than 48hours passed by still number delivery pending. Called on 8141018180 they r saying delivery partner will call but no call yet.On 198 Mr.Abhinav also responded unpolished & his supervisor deny coming on call.

    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

    @Airtel_Presence Nah not anymore, it's painfully bad, I don't have any hopes 😭 My recharge is ending soon, I'm going to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare if they give good offer I think 😭

    Dear @ViCustomerCare My mobile number has been placed under Negative Verification, and despite making repeated calls to customer care, visiting the Vi Store multiple times, and sending emails, there has been no resolution.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare funny part is both the CS Representative & Supervisor were denied to give Vodafone X account. Told it’s against to their policy. This is a public information thing But they denied. Very bad Bottom line is Vodafone needs to change, otherwise We Do

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever service experienced in Kandivali east Thakur village store in Mumbai. No proper resolution of complaints. if we have to call ur customer care no then what is d use of opening customer care center offline. please do close this centers. y wasting money?
