    @ViCustomerCare Just now made a payment of that your desired pending due . Because of you only suffered a lot for non receipt of OTPs. That too just for Rs.17.2 and everytime you say i am a valuable customer because I am associated with VI past 6.5 years . Stop all these nonsense words.

    So basically since 10 am or so, I have had to set aside everything else to chase @ViCustomerCare to respond. They have responded, of course, but evaded resolving the problem. That's the kind of day it has been.

    @ViCustomerCare Still resolution provided. Cmon Guys, just receiving calls from Social Media team, but no respite. Why do you forcibly impose plans to post paid customers which are not needed & not keep ur commitments. Pre-paid plans are much cheaper

    @ViCustomerCare worsr ervice, and "chor company". Everytime deduct most of balance and when I called and asking for refund in customer care, they always say it has been deducted for data browsing. If this time you will not refund the balance, I will complain in grivence departm.

    @ViCustomerCare I just visited vi store for sim replacement In Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh I live in siwan bihar where there is no Vi store my sim didn't got activated I called customer care they are asking me to visit store again which is not possible such a pathetic service fromVI
