    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand why the verification team is marking negative. Are they under Jio or Airtel's payroll? That must be the reason for your customer churn.

    @ViCustomerCare What will you do for my disappointed about the VI issue, i told you guys I'm very frustrated your customer, because VI doesn't not provided good service. I'm daily facing network issue, i am not doing call , also do not recieve any calls, and internet very slow

    @ViCustomerCare 24hrs completed but there is no improvement in network speed. I'm not understanding What kind of support providing by VI.Also I shared secondary number but not received any call from VI.This is very very bad experience with VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I have enabled volte for my number. My phone supports volte. But I don't see the option to enable volte in my settings. Is the sim faulty? Or do you want me to move to a different network?
