I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

Nationalist (@rationalist65) reported@anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.
