    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Switched from Postpaid to Prepaid, all due payments including first recharge cost given at vodafone store. NEW SIM activated almost an hour back but yet to have core calling services resumed. No support from customer care team. Kindly assist on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare In my location VI have a 13 Year Old existing 2G Mobile network , If You will Upgrade it to 4G I will definitely use your service. Are you interested to Upgrade your service ? In Our area you have a better market, Jio & Airtel Taking benifit of it by providing 4G.

    Im using vi sim from past 1 years but now i am facing too many connections issues. After 7 pm internet speed drops frequently. I turn off and on flight mode but no benefit. Speed becomes normal and then suddenly drops to zero. Please fix this problem asap. @ViCustomerCare
