    I made a big mistake by getting International roaming recharge by @ViCustomerCare . I got no signals and no data and they are not ready to refund. I spent Rs 4695/ all gone down the drain.

    @ViCustomerCare Using Vi service since 2011. Facing sms service issue since one month. Not able to send or receive sms. I hv done combo recharge already and changed SIM card mobile memory also empty as solution provided by customer care and vi centre. Worst experienc.9920238047

    After the long bad service of @ViCustomerCare waited there response from 1st September but no result i am thinking for porty connection from @VodafoneGroup to @reliancejio postpaid because #VI don't have good support team who have time to talk with customer AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS

    @ViCustomerCare My data decreases so quickly in Vodafone. Where I run the same app in my jio as well, but jio's data is much better than yours. is this your technic of cheating your customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I doubt wheather I have been living in the world of digital revolution. I recharge VI sim card but rarely there is network and forget about 4G it can't provide me 2G also it just wastes my money for making recharge. Is VI going return my money for not utilising it

    Fighting every moment hard for network is reality even in this 5G era for @ViCustomerCare. And then you have the guts to call the customer and request them umpteen number of times not to port out. Worst service ever! Worst Network ever. #ViSucks

    @ViCustomerCare Not a good service by @ViCustomerCare . Outside of Delhi, phone is not connecting to the network. Can't make or receive calls. You asked to change the SIM, done twice. You asked to try in another phone, didn't work. We have tried other network sim and that is working. Frustrated.
