    Dear @ViCustomerCare Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with my recent Vi SIM card order. ​The SIM card has been delivered to me, but it is currently not working. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the Vi website, it does not reflect that it has been delivered.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I recently ported my number from Airtel to Vi. but my new Vi physical SIM is not working on my HONOR 400. The phone detects the SIM, but I am unable to enable SIM 1, and there is no network.

    @ViCustomerCare kuchh kijiye bhai hamara….dm karke 24 hours k liye gayab ho jaate hain. Vi se support lene se pehle amrit peena zaruri hai, coz it takes lifetime to get something from them @TRAI .3rd July till this time, only info exchange.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    Hello @ViCustomerCare - I bought a 3799 roaming pack for USA; got mobile data for first 2 days in the US (Jul 1-2), but not since then. Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.
