    @ViCustomerCare 2/2) jan, 21 ur ms. kalyani said refund wl done in 200 dys. May, 21 ur Lijo John tels my acc is nt closed. I went 2 gallery 4 times bt they dnt help. In Apr, 21 vi tld me by 18.5 issue wl b sorted ref 4- 115234268020. Result zero.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM has problems since around 11 am this morning. I had raised a complaint at 2 pm. Later by 4 pm, SIM showed network for brief time of around 20 odd mins and again it has conked off. Disgusting indeed. Number is dead.

    @ViCustomerCare facing issues for past 10 days (no service) and each time the customer care either keeps me on hold indefinitely or claim the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Haven’t received a single call to address the issue and yet they claim they try to call. #Visucks
