    @ViCustomerCare #ScamAlert My #Vi sim stopped working last week. It shows full network but there is no internet connectivity. Being asked at the @ViCustomerCare store i was told that the sim is old and needs to be changed, but my dad needs to be present as the sim is in his name

    @ViCustomerCare Got a call again to say that call will be transferred to postpaid team and they will call to resolve the issue . History repeat. Hopefully postpaid team comes with resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to inform u that I'm getting calls from vi customer care since many days. My postpaid num was 9760007378. I want to close this number. Please send me bill so that I can submit it. Note : But I will have one condition that I should never get a call from vi.

    @ViCustomerCare so far no resolution. Can you pls ask your team not to follow-up with me on call. Again they disconnected the call without stating any answer. Not emailing me the same. Pathetic customer care and service
