    @ViCustomerCare Worst worst network. You gys have literally no Shane and no responsibility towards the customers. I have called the complaint number so many times, emailed and yet the problem persists.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia,I am facing severe network issues at Jolly. My device is unable to connect or run on the 4G+ network, which is causing huge disruptions in daily work. Despite having coverage, the internet speed is very poor.

    When will I get #5g in @ViCustomerCare in bangalore pincode 560100 which is an IT hub residential area. Inspite of 5g service launched more than a year ago in #bangalore ,#vi5g isn't avalable everywhere.

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.`

    Dear @ViCustomerCare You are missing out to capture entire town in Pune. #Ravet is cursed with one of the worst network service. Only @airtelindia works but as soon as electricity is gone airtel to bids farewell. Enough opportunity for you establish a good user base. #airtel #jio

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare If you only want to justify YOUR mistake again and again, then please STOP calling me regarding this issue.I have explained everything. I have proof. Either refund ₹199 or activate the correct plan. Don't waste my time with calls that lead to "we can't help".

    @ViCustomerCare I recently recharged with the ₹719 plan, which clearly mentions Unlimited 5G. However, the Unlimited 5G benefit is not working. Earlier, I was able to use Unlimited 5G without any issue at the same location using my previous recharge. @ViCustomerCare
