    I have been trying to port my @ViCustomerCare number for last 3 months. I have texted at least 20 times. Last PORT request was yesterday and the customer care is telling me that I will request port code only on 04 October. Such pathetic service. @TRAI please look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been just a week since I changed from jio to Vi. Since the signal is so so poor. Whenever I make a call the voice is broken The receiver can't hear my voice. Even I tried to make a call to customer care but I can't hear their voices. This is really poor

    @ViCustomerCare Even if customer recharged for 90 days pack u people barred outgoing call stating no recharge in last 60 days … y shud i recharge first case when i left another 30 days validity ? Secondly i have done recharge rs 10 within 60 days but still bared, im out of town wit no service

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I have recently switched to postpaid online with my 17 years old number and it was deactivated without any prior notice. Now VI store not able to help saying the address was wrongly put by the customer care. Mailed you, no reply yet.
