    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare I have Visited your Park Street office Thrice and Not Able To Shift My Post Paid To Pre Paid. The Person In The Counter always Say I need to Come Tomorrow. What is This. Why Cant u Change a Post Paid To Pre Paid in Single Visit ? Why dnt u hav Digital Solution ?
