    @ViCustomerCare Hi am from Wardha district their is a singnal issue in bangadapur pin code no 442106 before thier was no issue in connectivity but now we are facing thee issue pls call me on 8408041117 or 9310805842 or elce i need to shift to some ather service provider

    @ViCustomerCare I am being repeatedly charged for video calls on roaming 700 Rs. that I have not made. The reason my data is off. I shared the screen shot of SMS vi last month as well. I do not use my phone on roaming. I am a very old customer and donot expect this repeatedly

    Actually this is going from bad to worse. Anyone wanting Intl Roaming please switch to @airtelindia because @ViCustomerCare Intl Roaming doesn’t work in almost any country properly. Guess they don’t pay their partners!

    Such a ****** response to the multiple complaints raised with @ViCustomerCare . They don’t even know how to fix issue and have raised like 7 complaints so far and closed them just to meet their ticket SLA. Never expected this from Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I have complaint about internet sms calls not working and i have raised complaints 3 times. Today also i called to raise a complaint. The rep on customer service refused to say his name and said supervisor is late today so he is not on floor.

    @ViCustomerCare Please resolve network, call drop and call connection problems in Ahmedabad. This is old complaint and you have not resolved. You keep on asking and do precisely nothing about this for many years.
