    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India So the concerned Vi store called me (just him and me on call) and he told that Charges for getting duplicate sim is now increased to 150 from 50 Rs. He also said since last week only and even Vi customer care is not aware about it. Kindly verify this

    @ViCustomerCare Vi can not survive with strategy to loot their customers. If I have to leave Vi then will leave but sorry to say, would be happy to see Vi to get penalise for non-customer friendly. Govt. gave you a lease of life. Atleast support your customers. Help them and not Loot them.

    @ViCustomerCare Idea(vi) is worst network provider. I live in Pune and there are lot of hoardings claiming that Vi is fastest network. In reality it is worst network provider

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using vi from many months there was some problems in browsing as well as network issues till now the prblm doesn't solve and frm 20 days some new problems also generated Right now frm day after tomorrow I'm trying 2 use internet but didn't working.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.
