    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Terrible experience at your VI Store near IMC Chamber, Churchgate. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Maine network coverage issue ke liye complaint (Ref No: UPE-V02112738575) register ki thi. SMS ke anusar complaint ko 06 Jun 2026, 06:00 PM tak resolve hona tha, lekin abhi tak koi solution nahi mila hai. Poor network coverage ki wajah se calls aur

    @ViCustomerCare Hey you garbage telecom company how is my plan change a day ago of expiry I bought unlimited data nd calling for 399/- last time I recharged now it's unlimited calling only and one gb date for a day 🤬🤬 You want me to recharge early I'll port to @JioCare now 🖕

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare fraud network . I recharged for 299Rs nonstophero offer that is unlimited data for 28 days . That offer valid for my mobile number . But after I recharge it shows only 1GB/day . Such a worst behaviour from #VI. #ChorVI 😡
