  @ViCustomerCare It's about network issue. Even after complaint your executive says sorry there is network issue in my area for years but you won't resolve it. Also you close ticket mentioning you have resolved the issue. That's what is surprising behaviour. Plz resolve network issue

  @ViCustomerCare worst service. TRAI should ban VI for worst service. 23.8244892, 91.2915872 in this location VI 4g is slower than 2g service also. Call drops, no network. #banVI
