    @ViCustomerCare You have the worst customer care team over the call, they don't understand anything and behave as if they are paying for my recharge and services. Extremely pathetic. Can't expect any proper solution from them.

    @SejalShrotri @ViCustomerCare Vodafone have previous on data breaches and errors. They misspelt my name in an application long time ago, and I started getting spam calls / sms from other sources with that same misspelling. Very easy to identify source of the data leak. They deny selling my data till date.

    @ViCustomerCare +91 95825 34111 Asking me for bill when I have already ported paid dues , harassing me by saying tera no band kar rahay hai , when I ask kindly explain me , call disconnects and they never pickup, they abuse like anything, is this how things work.

    @ViCustomerCare continuous poor service in Magarpatta, Pune. No resolution after multiple complains. Network is pathetic and frequent call drops !! Vodafone-Idea you stay at top in non-responsive attitude towards customers !!!

    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic service. It's been a month I have requested for address change. The store asked for gas receipt n now after a month #customercare person is saying gas receipt is not a valid proof!! Do you give training to your staff? #pathetic @consumerforum_

    I ported my jio number to Vodafone. The message says in 2 working days.The sim will be activated. Today 3rd day whether you activate the sim today or I cancel the port and continue with jio. @ViCustomerCare
