    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? This is either pure carelessness or deliberate. +918691859317 belongs to Vi and is used for marketing calls. Read the complaint properly for once.

    Despite repeated complaints since months regarding poor indoor coverage in SHAKTINAGAR,gandhidham. No improvement in network by vi. No option left other than porting to jio or airtel @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare why do u have such a worst customer service?. Ur customer care agent is so rude , harsh and unethical. Please teach them proper way to speak their customers. I would never recommend any new customer to VI . This is reason u are being dead company.

    @imohammedtalha @ViCustomerCare Sad to see this, Even I recently did yearly active recharges for 2 Numbers and today both of them went to bin (~4000). Not getting SMS and VI Chat help is not really helping.

    A key sign of this scam network is that they will repeatedly call you to recharge once your plan expires; however, after you do recharge, the service fails to work, and calls to customer care simply do not go through.#Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i am writing to log an urgent complaint regarding the sudden disruption of incoming OTP services on my long-standing Vodafone number 9825699452. I am currently outside India. Since yesterday, I am not receiving any OTPs and critical banking SMS messages.

    @ViCustomerCare My Missed Call Alert service is already active as confirmed by your 199 customer care team. However, the Vi App is still showing 'Not Subscribed' and asking for ₹30 again. The phone support executive also refused to log my complaint. Kindly look into this technic
