    @ViCustomerCare Do you provide Broadband service also ? I will be terminating the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband service also as that is also not working properly, facing lot of disconnection issue along with speed issue.

    @ViCustomerCare even after several updates to vi that i am in US eastern time zone, support guys give calls at around 3 - 4 am. Finding - only chat support works in indian night shift, all other support teams including twitter, works in Indian day shift.

    @ViCustomerCare I all ready deposit cheque payment on time now Vodafone send me message your didn’t receive premium customer executive her name is Akansha her said sir it’s your responsibility you can go Vodafone store and search your check is this the way premium customer trading? Tell me via India?

    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare kuchh kijiye bhai hamara….dm karke 24 hours k liye gayab ho jaate hain. Vi se support lene se pehle amrit peena zaruri hai, coz it takes lifetime to get something from them @TRAI .3rd July till this time, only info exchange.

    @ViCustomerCare I have joined VI . Why VI service centre giving only post paid option for port ? I have visited South Bopal branch and a lady VI representative confirm only post paid option by VI for port. I have to take. this is highly unprofessional Why such unethical product sell?
