    @ViCustomerCare To say that u have non-existent customer service&concern is evident from the fact that it's been 1 week&my issue remains unresolved. technical team calls&has no courtesy to call back when call drops.u have any answers?

    @ViCustomerCare, I'm the Vi postpaid user and now I want to move back to prepaid . I tried to connect with my retailer since a month but he's not responding my call or message . Even try to customer care executive but they know nothing . And amount keep increasing day by day.

    @ViCustomerCare I think not proper still 3 days may pack ends on 31 aug i have extra 4 GB Data but internet not connect I have call you're center call was connect your customer representative but call end by company end what should I do i think u r network not grow is working this manner

    @ViCustomerCare You people are advertizing for 5G but no consistency in present set up.Your network is so weak in high rise buildings that not a single call can be attended from inside of the room. Sometimes no ring for incoming call.Frequent call interruption very common.

    @ViCustomerCare i cant access the vi support chat ... currently am in usa and i need to activate international roaming plan but Vic bot isn't transfering me to agent and i cant purchase it directly in app... showing error...its frustratng...i need the service
