    @ViCustomerCare Naaaaa! I'll just get a phone call with a very looooonnng conversation and in the end you will never solve my issue. Better to MNP. Im done with Vi for always making surprise deduction from balance. Maybe You guys r too broke while other carriers flourish. Good bye

    @ViCustomerCare The cyclone came in Vasai- virar area on Monday, 17th May and left us on Tues,19th May. Although everything was normal by Wed, only VI network is missing; seems to have gone along with the cyclone & not returned yet. Please run a search operation & oblige.

    @ViCustomerCare No able to do outgoing calls and not receiving incoming calls. 2-3 signal bars. No such sign 2g or 4g. Facing since 18th May Morning 8am onwards.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for your very late response, just for your information I have ported out of Vodafone stopping a prepaid no of mine coz of postpaid bill not paid that too of someone else no telecom co in d world does that, Vi is the worst...

    My vi number which I am using from last 7 years has been disconnected on 16 May 2021 by @DoT_India without my concern. I am not able to call or SMS to any number and also not able to receive a call or SMS. Please help @ViCustomerCare
