    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI pls intervene. They are putting international roaming customers at gun point wanting money. The Sim card does not connect to any network

    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

    @ViCustomerCare 72 hours over as per your discussion and repetitive statement confirmation yesterday. Forget about delivery but not yet received call also from local team to confirm & I was asking for the same yesterday. Is this VI service standard?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I expect this matter to be treated as a priority and resolved at the earliest. If this unauthorized charge is not reversed promptly, I will have no option but to initiate the process of porting all my family’s Vi mobile connections to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

    @ViCustomerCare i changed my sim frm prepaid to postpaid my both number 9953167449 and 9953477449 then vi team called me to add 1 more num in postpaid as recharge value is less etc to i converted one of sim into postpaid 9953151917 now last num Sim is not working & has stopped
