    Hey @ViCustomerCare , will my Indian Vi prepaid sim get network in Sweden. Am going to be there for over a year and need Vi network inorder to receive bank OTPs only and no other service. I have gone to many Vi stores but nobody gave a satisfying reply, hope u can suggest on this

    @ViCustomerCare Apparently Vi offers fluctuate like the share market. The offer benefits that show for a month apparently vanish right at the time of recharge according to Vi CC and yet mysteriously they are restored after the recharge. Garbage customer service as usual.

    @ViCustomerCare Just TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! at VI care store in Surat. Employee from VI gave me sim card with another person's Id proof and photos.He even didn't Notice or See on his computer or in VI system that sim card is on another name. So please take action against him.

    Vodafone now says phone service will be resumed by 5th July. I made the payment on 27 June. This is how India's leading mobile company works. They will restore service 8 days after payment. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Call drops. Call doesn't go through. Either party cannot hear voice. Data doesn't connect for a long time. When it connects, it's very slow.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I just got SMS messages saying that you have requested for caller tune, and we have started the service, But I want to let you know that I DIDN'T request the activation of caller tune in the first place. Please deactivate it asap and GIVE ME MY MONEY back.
