    On the call with the senior executive yesterday, I was promised a callback within 4 hours by her superior. It's nearly 24 hours. Not a single attempt has been made to reach me/provide resolution to me. @ViCustomerCare

    It's not even ten days & I'm facing d same issue again. @ViCustomerCare . Rather than making ur customer care assistant ask me d same questions again & again why don't you push for a permanent solution. Wasn't infrastructure improvement ur main motive behind d recent tariff hike?

    @VodafoneIN such a terrific service That on international roaming, person can call himself and pick & talk to himself for 34 seconds and that call record does not show in call history. And best part is you are deducted 70 ₹ to save this company from bankruptcy. Terrific!

    @ViCustomerCare Sim card stopped working, Put in a change of name request 15 days ago, still not processed. Unable to do any banking transactions or tax returns coz unable to receive OTP. No help from the VI store too. Get back ASAP
