    @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    Vodafone scammed me 854 rupees I applied for porting my Airtel sim to vodafone paid 854 online no delivery and their care denying for refund saying sir hmare hath me nhi h how to deal with this ?? Someone help please @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

    @ViCustomerCare @Drnandu_deepu Worst kind of service. No signal and no or very very slow data speed most of the time. Network team is closing complaints with fictitious resolution.

    I feel Very Bad after 3 Days Past VI not take action after complaint that Network poor in Vapi ,Gujarat Area. They just pass the time by asking details nothing else. After received details just Silent. You should accept that Not able to restore the service @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence Nah not anymore, it's painfully bad, I don't have any hopes 😭 My recharge is ending soon, I'm going to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare if they give good offer I think 😭
