    @ViCustomerCare What solution have you provided? No improvement in network. Data service worst. No. Of call drips have increased. An getting 2-3 calls everyday that we are working to improve but no improvement. Every time a new person calls and ask what is your problem.

    @ViCustomerCare please learn to respect the wishes of your customers. If I have said I want to change to prepaid, it means I want to change. Can you please not increase our work and waste our time by waiting for retention calls? Or You won’t retain me as a. Vodafone customer.

    I am a loyal @vodafone @ViCustomerCare for past 13 years. @TRAI I have raised a complaint regarding false call charges on 16th Feb, yet it is not resolved. Highly disappointed the way Vi handles customer complaint/issues. No respect for customers.#VodafoneIdea

    Hey @ViCustomerCare your network is literally terrible. Important calls are not coming to my phone, everytime I have to restart the phone for calls to go and come. This cannot be tolerated. Either you improve your services, else I am porting out.
