  @ViCustomerCare VAS is still a vonvern for your company...this is wrong approach to get the balance. I complaint for wellness pack which was activated and post confirmation of its deactivation a new pack subscription of Fight TV got activated. Stop doing this..!!!

  @ViCustomerCare 10 days ago I ported my airtel no. to Vi network, the employee named Kavita in Andheri east branch(8422988692) gave me a plan of 550 Rs in which she ws offering 100 gb internet my two numbers and including prime and Hotstar...but it was all fake. @ViBusinessIndia

  Since yesterday(25th August) I could connect with family and friends through the problem tower without a problem. According to @ViCustomerCare feedback (on 26th Aug) they have optimised the coverage. @DoT_India

  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare "VI" network provider is not allowing any outgoing SMSes in it's plans. it is not allowing users to even send chargeable SMSes,even if the user has sufficient balance. please look into this and give a heavy penalty to VI.
