@ViCustomerCare I am facing a persistent internet connectivity issue for the past 2–3 days. The mobile internet stops working every 2–3 minutes, and I am forced to turn on Flight Mode repeatedly just to restore the connection.This problem is causing serious inconvenience, as normal browsing.

@Ssameer6657 @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Today , I spoke to #vi customer care, the lady who talked to me, asked me to port, for asking about 5G. I explained to her,Madam you are not providing free service, talk politely, she repeatedly asked me to port. It seems #vi is not going to improve any service.

Jio: Lowest unresolved issues (37%), strong coverage, market leader. Airtel: Mid-range complaints (49%), good urban service. IndiGo (airline): Frequent delays per reports. Switch if unhappy?
