    @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

    Paid for international roaming before traveling to India.Stranded in South India and my international roaming isn't working at all. No network,no data,Highly disappointing service from @CelcomDigi Please fix this ASAP. @ViCustomerCare your roaming partnership is a massive letdown

    @ViCustomerCare my num is out of service as I didn't rcg frm couple of months. But today I rchrgd my phn with 169 without knowing, and it didn't extend my validity. Can you pls help cancel th rcg and refund? So i can then use it to rcg whatever is valid amount of rcg?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my number from Jio to Vi just 1 day ago, but facing severe network issues in my area. I am not even able to make or receive calls! 📍 Location: Tandwa,(Jharkhand) - 825321 Kindly look into this network outage and resolve it ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.

    @ViCustomerCare you call me in private you text me in private can't you do why I should do I want the reason for it. no plans below 500 family plans ad on data but no network speed 100 Tower per day. I don't understand maybe the towers are from China

    @ChatterjeeKc @ViCustomerCare My father used to use Vi during his abroad trips and it was hell. He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍

    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

    @ViCustomerCare Every single call now interrupted by an IVR message (re:scam) before it connects. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Customers pay for a service, not forced announcements on every call. Please stop ruining the calling experience... tired #VodafoneIdea
