    Thank u @ViCustomerCare .I had a long relationship with Vi services and ur net speed was also good but U have "Worst" customer support forcing me to change my services now..Hope u improve ur services and don't let/ force other loyal customers to switch .

    @ViCustomerCare Signal Strength and 4G reception worst around @Thrissur & @Kuttanellur area in Kerala. Despite complaints, No improvements.Many here i know are moving to other network service provider. Would you do something to provide a better service, also retain customers ?

    Very disappointed with the service of @ViCustomerCare @TRAI even after complaint no variation in data speed. Unlimited binge watch with 2g speed very nice👏

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for providing the worst data speed ever. Even after several complaints the issue was not resolved. Infact the complaints were closed without resolving it. And the best part, they are ok with that I'm going to Port my no yo another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Today i received email from your team and they are saying there is no issue at their end. I have clearly shown to your network engineer that in my area there is no 4g network and your engineer told me to use 2g network only. how can you say that there is no issue

    @ViCustomerCare I became a Vodafone customer just before 10 days. Regret choosing Vodafone wrong deduction of balance without activating any service..Don't loot people..very worst experience..Refund it...
