    @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra I have been raising complaints regards to incoming messages. I'm unable to receive any of the text messages on my number except VI service sms. Its been 5 days but i still do not have any clue how SRs been closed without proving any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Every Vi customer care representative know only two lines, 1. Can we put your call on hold 2. Hum behad shama chahate hai ki aapko yeh samasya aa rhi hai They only know to put the call on hold and say the second line, they don't know the solution for your issue

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone, I want to add one more thing, Vi does tell that they will call you but they will not call you cause they are also having network issues, Customer only wait but they never take it seriously

    @ViCustomerCare Details has been shared in DM. Please look into this issue. Its been escalated since last 5 days. but no resolution has been provided till yet except closing the complaints without my prior knowledge.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm leaving your network soon, worst ever network I have seen. - Call Drops - No network in many areas - Have to make calls 4 times to make it through once - Internet speed issues - Telling other person the phone is switched off & my phone is on

    @veekas_p @ViCustomerCare Same issue unable to send sms or receive any otps the sim is active and recharge is done very poor servuce from VI and no resolution even after raising issue… when we try to complaint in VI app the number route to jio customer service… this is lame
