    @ViCustomerCare Just got call from your custer care team Most rude & arrogant people i have ever spoken to Instead of understanding problem & finding solution they r blaming me for recharge issue They say i dont have VI app on my phone and they know my phone better than me thru their system

    Do not sim off because JIO never sim off even sim not have recharge but incoming call receiving and also sms received. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You guys at #ViIndia just keep making notes of complaints and put it in thrash after 24 Hours. Each day I'm getting call from your customer care assuring me with fake claims of having resolved the 'No Signal' & '2G' issue but as usual it turns out to he a lie. @DoT_India help out

    As per #TRAi orders you can't stop the SMS service of a customer @ViCustomerCare. But, you already blocked my SMS service. Why? To use one text SMS I don't want to recharge. Why would I do Rs 179 recharge? Open my SMS service. I don't want to port. I need text service for UPI.

    @DoT_India They aren't taking any action. They are simply playing with words. I am not able to use 4G @ViCustomerCare asked me to use 2G. That is also not working. #NoEsim_support_for _prepaid.To what extend @ViCustomerCare exploit us
