    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vodafone, 11-year-old number (8876615584) now needs KYC but no access to retailer. This number is linked to everything important. Please provide a simple solution. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare How USELESS ARE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE 3 NUMBERS. THERE IS ONE NUMBER SUSPENDED WHICH IS THE ONE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED ON. I HAVE TO CALL 02071718181 FOR THAT. THE NUMBER FOR WHICH COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED IS SUSPENDED AND FROM ANOTHER NUMBER I CANT CALL!

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid SIM via the Vi app for Wagholi, Pune. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    They are pathetic dont use them never seen before chor like them. @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra …………………after multiple discussion also they are not able to feel the pain of cutomer and trying to explain the wrong patern chor khi ke i will throw this sim in dustbin soon ..

    @ViCustomerCare From last 4days BTS name Aherbelia Bazar does not working properly. Poor coverage, Internet not working,call not matured nither indoor nor Outdoor...Simply rediqulious। Please contact @ 9732615818

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.
