    @ViCustomerCare Internet signal almost nil. Please confirm any bribe option for good internet as as suffering for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by Indian post. I will pay post card price. No need to reply. Need service, not assurance.

    @ViCustomerCare Using an old Idea SIM on Vi network. Facing call voice issues and VI Store is not giving clear guidance. Since the number is on my late father’s Government plan, I want to know whether the same number can be retained/converted to a normal connection. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare Replied, please don't ask me to check details shared by other support members, as already mentioned multiple times, false deduction is happening on my number, I am not getting any calls. So ask technical teams to check it carefully before replying or closing the ticket.
