    My disappointing @ViCustomerCare service: 1. Rep calls back a day later despite citing an urgency that my senior citizen mum's Vi number is unavailable. 2. Rep tells he will follow-up. Never happened. 3. I am investing 530/month for postpaid when @JioCare is cheaper.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged 399 rupees now, but my internet is not working. I tried to reach 191 and 121, but I couldn't connect with the agent, there's no problem with my mobile, problem VI network, Please solve issues

    @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm @CMOMaharashtra Gavan Pada, Chembur-74 has been without a Vi network since 7:00 AM. Thousands of users are unable to make calls, use mobile data, or receive OTPs. This is unacceptable. Restore the network immediately and provide an official update.

    @ViCustomerCare Again, the entire Gavan Pada, Chembur-74 is facing a Vi network outage since 4:00 PM today. Calls, mobile data, and OTP services are disrupted. Repeated outages are causing serious inconvenience. Restore the network immediately and provide an official update. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia,I am facing severe network issues at Jolly. My device is unable to connect or run on the 4G+ network, which is causing huge disruptions in daily work. Despite having coverage, the internet speed is very poor.

    @ViCustomerCare , no network in Vasai Virar arrea, even your Vodafone mini shutdown. Can't login as not getting OTP on rmail or mobile (as services are down)

    Very disappointing experience with Vi. The Store guys keep pushing postpaid when customers come for porting, instead of respecting what the customer wants. I also ordered a SIM online on 3rd July and still have no update. Is this how customer service works? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Until you resolve my problem, the screenshot and number will stay on my timeline. People deserve to know about this Vi App error and how Vi treats customers. This is about transparency, not privacy. Resolve: Either refund ₹199 or activate the promised plan.
