    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your derrogatory network engineer ignited his bike and went away despite me asking him to fix my issue. What an illiterate and irresponsible employee of your company. Take strict action against him ASAP, else expect all culprit's numbers to be exposed.

    @ViCustomerCare Just when I was getting everything ready to movd on, my issue got resolved. This wasn't about my having a problem. But the effort and expertise your staff had to guide me with it. It was they who let me down. Anyway am happy that I didn't have to go.
