    @ViCustomerCare Poor Network Coverage Issue Hello Vi Team I am facing severe network issues with my Vi connection for the past 2-3 days. There are frequent call drops and the internet speed is extremely slow in my area. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare False advertising. Odisha circle doesn't have eSIM support. This shows you are biased and partial to your customers. Odisha is not your priority.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys still charges for caller tunes and missed call alerts in 2026 when the competition gives it away for free. Network expand karne ka paisa nai, agaye chuddiya todne. Airtel’s priority network is a step into the future.

    @ViCustomerCare it has been 7 years &your signal quality in Trans Gomti, Lucknow area is still pathetic. Whenever people call me directly, voice quality is so poor that conversations can barely be heard properly. On top of that, internet speed is extremely disappointing.1/2

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't have any alternate number and this is a complaint against a vodafone idea number, probably a span from Andhra Pradesh which keeps on calling the entire day for weeks and when you pick it up it keeps on paying music ..
