    @ViCustomerCare I shared my mobile number 2 days ago in inbox. Still no calls. And no internet in my vi network for 3 days. Good customer service and network. Looting my money like anything frauds.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you but I suggest your team takes some action by calling them & asking them to do their KYC as they are posing to be vodafone customer care, and get their number blocked due to fraud scam ( please refer to the screen shot & take the number for your reference)

    @ViCustomerCare I am living at bidgaon -440035 , nagpur, maharastra . From 6-7 days i got worst experience of vi .

    @ViCustomerCare I am not satisfied with Vi , I thought that Vi has fastest Speed with good network without any problem but I am wrong It is worst network

    @ViCustomerCare I also tried to select network to 4g but after registration of network bars are blank and sometime its converted to emergency call only.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharge my number from vi app payment using card and it is successfull but not showing plan and in history also not showing recharge details and your customers service is also busy and my time also waste recharge time and date is 7:30 07/06/2021

    because of internet problem Morning I had talked with vi customer care they told me they will resolve within 12 jun sir I will not able to talk my 3 days class I will lose my classes I request sir please resolve this problem @ViCustomerCare
