    @ViCustomerCare Your 4G speed is great and unmatched. Feels great to be on VI but there is an issue, once I get a call or I call someone at that time internet got disconnected. Please help me with this

    @ViCustomerCare Just to approve on mail Vodafone people are saying that they are having off and can not do any work on off day . In fact from 36 hours mobile is inactive and it will start tomorrow . Where is customer care it’s only their own care

    I recharge my packs by paying @ViCustomerCare pack rates. I have my right to consumed my full pack daily.I think it is not possible because your authority not provide interrupted net connection. I think totally worst service provider is @ViCustomerCare.Totally disappointed.(3/4)

    Look my issue if possible. If not possible to improve your service then i complaint against ur authority to Department of Information Technology. I know @ViCustomerCare knows new terms and conditions properly. Solve my issue ASAP. Very poor service provide in our locality.(4/4)

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in Kolkata..I think worst network in India ..Net issue calling issue.. you have to provide good service like gio and Airtel.. Specially net problem in Sunday .. Don't provide data rollover in weekend
