    @ViCustomerCare hey vi i purchased vi mifi in September its was not working from past 1 month, as I was out of town, on 4th December I gave it to sakinaka service centre for servicing till now updates, please resolve issue. @JioCare @airtelindia

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.
