    @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

    @ViCustomerCare Wifi calling not working of Vi in our area pin code 400061. Vi is the top rated cellular network company but I am highly disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.
