    Pathetic, lethargic customer care of Vodafone, wake up. I did a recharge on 07-Nov for INR 379/- on 9424626897 & it was unsuccessful, money was deducted but not yet refunded. Sent mail on 13-Nov & 18-Nov, no doubt why the customers are unhappy @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare VI has a very poor customer service. It’s been a month my number is still not activated. When I was in India a month ago my postpaid number got deactivated but the prepaid sim was still deactivated hence I was not able to complete my tele-verification. Shifted to abroad now.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare your service is very pathetic in Varanasi (221001). Signal is 4G but of no use. It even fails to load simple web pages. I had used Idea number before here and it used to be superb but seems after merger, your network has gone pathetic. Please improve network.
