    @ViCustomerCare I am mentally exhausted by following up with you over the issue where my phone got stolen (19th Sept) and all I asked is to deactivate the SIM card and map my number to the new blank SIM that is provided to me from the VI store at Omaxe mall in Gurgaon on 20 sept
