    @ViCustomerCare iam staying in Navi Mumbai, it's not a remote area, but your internet is too slow it feels like iam using 3G, i tried to be ur loyal customer i didn't change my SIM to Airtel or Jio, but I can't defend you now your network is filled with so many glitches

    @ViCustomerCare My VI SIM order (DCHD31072627170)placed on July 30 still hasn’t been delivered despite the promised 24-hour delivery timeline. This is a clear deficiency in service. If this isn’t resolved and my SIM isn’t delivered today, I’ll be filing a complaint with NCH,

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. Despite having an active plan, the service is seriously disappointing. Fix this network/data issue immediately.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare there is absolutely zero Vi network inside Fortis hospital Mulund Mumbai today. Kindly rectify ASAP. So many doctors have this network and can't go without network flr so many hours

I’ve used it for 11 years, and it’s linked to countless important accounts. Please give me my number back—I could lose access to everything. Plz understand.

    @ViCustomerCare when your customer has some health issue (shows poor aftersales service), specially when the issue exists because Vi has not provided a Store in the mentioned PIN code. Kindly take accountability and If u dont, will port all 4 vi numbers in my family, mentioning it as the reason

    @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2
