    I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!

    @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare Bro vi is using NSA technology for 5G service which sometimes shows 5g but actually it was connected with 4g you can download netmonster app from playstore and you can see NSA disconnected is showing to you which means your phone is showing fake 5g symbol but actually connected4g

    @ViCustomerCare is there any network 🛜 problem in Jaipur, I am having 2 VI SIMs and both showing No Service. I have tried all troubleshooting tricks, still there is no any Signal.

    If paying higher for better signal strength and speed gives me just about the same (mostly) as to Jio offering me. Then I'm better of using Jio. @ViCustomerCare

    @TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    @ViCustomerCare What happened about network, hv u checked at that location. U asked le location where i don't get network. It is a huge Hospital. As usual u nothing done except westing my time. Fake assurance call repeated same question No solution no proper service. @TelephoneAuthorityOfIndia
