    @ViCustomerCare My first SIM was Idea, but I had to port out because of signal issues. Hopefully, with your new network upgrades, I’ll be back to Idea again! 🤞

    Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.

    I made a prepaid recharge yesterday through Google Pay. The payment was successfully completed, and Google Pay shows “Recharge processed”, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Vi prepaid account. And im getting poor response from customercare. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Are you the first brand on Universe to collab with SRK? Is @iamsrk an alien that you advertise him that much? And why you force the users to watch his name? Focus on your network & on your curroupt system rather than wasting investors money.

    @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

    @ViCustomerCare Shifted fo Jio to Vi last month .I got full network in my house but whenever i go tho other place it diminishes the network totally zero .Nalbari ,Assam ,781369 and nearest area.

    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.
