    @ViCustomerCare Since the service is no longer usable due to the porting, I request Vi to process a refund of the subscription amount, including the applicable GST, to my original payment method.

    @ViCustomerCare To check Balance DATA, why USSD of VODA subscribers doesn't work? Is it compulsory to download 'VODA' apk for each & every silly query? I am not at all interested in VODA apk, it's heavy & useless I'hv taken up all my network & connectivity issues several times but in vain

    That's Not solution that i want from @ViCustomerCare , yesterday night retailer called me & told to take back my complain from @nch1915 & VI, But I want Unlimited Data instead 299 Plan, Vi Forcing Retailer & He Just Say Sorry To Me and Told he can't do anything @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Today, my phone didn't work from 3:15 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    Fed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I’ve been a Vodafone/Vi postpaid customer for the last 2.5 years. I’ve been charged late payment fees for the past 2 months. Kindly reimburse these charges so I can clear my bill and continue using the service smoothly. Please assist. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.

    @ViCustomerCare you got the worst 5G network even in the metropolitan cities, iam so frustrated with it, it literally feels like 2G or 3G, iam going to change it now enough of loyalty

    Horrible network in berhampore (pin 742101). Its like an wasting money every month . You sare providing **** in the name of 5g . If it doesn't improve me and my family members going to change to other network next month @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare has started functioning like a government department. It feels as though many of its employees believe that whether they provide service or not, their salary will arrive anyway. That’s exactly why people hesitate to join the Vi family.
