    @nabiullahsyed2 @ViCustomerCare Fully agree, Even I am using Vi service from last 9 months, speed is good but not for location. If you roam out side you will observed as they don't have good coverage accross all location

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, this is regarding my idea mobile no. (sent Via DM), I had acc. balance Rs.179 on 22.11.21 but received sms at 10:36am mentioning activation of GAMES WORLD service for Rs.22, for which I haven't requested. Kindly look into d matter & refund the amount deducted

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not at all against your price hike policy. But if u increase tariff you must render services accordingly. Customer get attracted bcz of economical plans and benefits. You r giving benefits i agree but its of no use if ur service/network is so weak.

    @ViCustomerCare Net speed was good for a week when I purchased Vi Sim about 3-4 months ago. But after that it got worst. Complained many times, but every time your team just push the matter forward by saying that we will get it right. No improvements has made so far.

    @Tamal0401 @ViCustomerCare I'm an ex-employee of Vodafone Customer care. But Modi's Autocratic behavior damaging Vodafone Idea BSNL MTNL many other companies.. Only two companies are there Adani & Ambani.

    @Tamal0401 @ViCustomerCare That's why I switched to Airtel, after being a loyal customer of @ViCustomerCare for more than a decade. I was kind of forced to make this decision, Due to Vodafone's absolutely abominable network.

    @ViCustomerCare My number is 7800403726 and complain no 110765907130 I am not getting any SMS nor I can send to anyone, we all knows that we need SMS service for banking OTP and other work. My all the transaction has been stopped due to this issue. can you help me out

    @ViCustomerCare I can't understand what's going on with VI?? I had never experienced such a pathetic service from VI, frequent call drops,network issue,slow internet, etc. Everything was fine before announcement of price hike. Service should be better but going opposite with VI.
