    @DrSaif57372275 @ViCustomerCare Few years back I too had money deducted for some kind of fake games. I had to call the customer care multiple time and told that it was their fault for deducting money without me making any OTP approval for such deduction. Later I got my full refund. You too will get surely

    @ViCustomerCare I am using your services for a past 4 days ,but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. I do not receive any incoming call while VoLTE is turned on whenever it is turn off i does receive calls, and the internet barely works at a good speed.

    @ViCustomerCare worst network ever. I'm using your vodafone connection around last three year but from the last 4 to 5 months I'm facing lot of network problem I'm not able to run internet and making a call. Network issue is so high, its onlygetting worse

    @ViCustomerCare I am getting this same response since the day I have lodged the complaint. There's no one helping from @VodaIdea_NEWS. I am requesting you again to either deliver me the number or refund the amount. This is so unfortunate experience.
