    @ektazshah @ViCustomerCare Vi service is like 2G nowadays,, and. best part is their network. anywhere you go, u dont get proper network and call drops..Move to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare I haven't been receiving/able to send sms from the last 7days. 3times I've registered a complaint and it's marked resolved at your end without any solution. What's wrong with your service! I just did a recharge and it's a total waste.(0.5/5 stars on customer ser.)

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint regarding incorrect deduction even after having IR pack activated on 4 September. Despite escalating the issue multiple times by several representative over the weeks, I haven't received any resolution. Disappointing! @VodafoneGroup
