    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare July bill issue is still not resolved. I have been billed for roaming data without using it. For 3 weeks I don’t have connection as the incorrect bill is over credit limit. Why I should pay the monthly charge for as I don’t even have service for no fault of mine

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @DARPG_GoI Hi can you pls explain the meaning of ' no service validity' -It is supposed to be 'lifetime' till the recharge value is exhausted. But it is MISLEADING DECEPTIVE ..After Recharge for Rs 50/- getting an SMS that the pack valid only for 14 days

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I tried a lot to keep your connection but it's not only bad it's worst. Everytime i try to make a call it drops after few seconds. Can you tell me why we use phone? If I can't make a call or browse internet then what's the purpose of using your connection?
