    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI 100 towers/hour? 72K/month? Also, claim installed 1 lakh in 6 months… Is it True?? Then why no proper 4G in Vadodara-390009? 5G is a joke here. Stop misleading Customers & false claims…..improve actual service. #Vi #PoorNetwork

    It’s been a day since concern was highlighted but no one from @ViCustomerCare bothered to look into this. This shows why people avoid vi network. It’s pathetic and useless customer care services.

    @ViCustomerCare Hopeless customer care service. In spite of providing resolution everyone is calling and asking to wait though sim delivery is pending since 20th.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network at my house. I was promised the issue would be resolved by the 22nd, but nothing has been done yet. This kind of delay shows a lack of concern for customer problems. Expected much better from such a reputed company. #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare worthless. Come to my location and prove that your network is indeed as good as you claimed in DM. I can use 1.5 GB of data very smoothly every day, the rest is wasted. Thank you for that. Please don't copy and paste the text in the DM.

    I really regret to everyone for asking them to try @ViCustomerCare, by saying they improved the network No. Dogs tail never bend. Don't do any long validity recharge. They are deactivating ur number and forcing to change to Postpaid Kindly portout ur number at the earliest.
