    @ViCustomerCare Hello I had paid the outstanding amount for reactivating my account. This was done somoyer 2 weeks back as per a confirmation email from VI. Now the number is still not activated. Please support urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare My international roaming is activated and I have subscribed for q 14-day international roaming pack. Still there is no network. I am in a foreign country and unable to receive OTPs on SMS. Have not received any solution from chat service. Please rectify this!

    @ViCustomerCare More mental torture. As if having spoken at length to so many telly callers and hoping for improvement, was not all. The fact of the matter appears that all those call center guys and gals promise to register complaint actually r lying. Company only cares abt due date & payment.

    @ViCustomerCare placed request for number disconnection, it’s been 10 days now but customer care and VI store people not responding. This is so unethical and unprofessional behaviour of Vodafone. First request placed got cancelled. Again I placed the request, yet no response.
