    @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

    Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network the only reason for down is the network even call do not connect at once. And the network is only 2G
