    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many times will you agents call the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 is a Vi number blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly and disconnect it instead of copy-pasting the same reply.

    My SIM was first wrongly activated as postpaid, then switched to prepaid, and it still isn’t working. This issue is causing unnecessary inconvenience and delay. @ViCustomerCare (3/3)

    @ViCustomerCare I will escalate it through the Vi Appellate Authority, Department of Telecommunications/CPGRAMS and appropriate consumer grievance authorities, along with all bills, screenshots, complaint references and your responses as evidence.

    14 days since my complaint about slow internet, and all I get from @ViCustomerCare is a phone call saying "sorry". Apologies don’t fix bad service. We pay for internet, not for excuses. Stop apologizing and fix the problem immediately! 🛑 #Vi #BadService #InternetSpeed

    Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!
