    Called the Neo Call Center as instructed by @ViCustomerCare , and agent Priyanka says they CANNOT cancel the order either! Neither team is taking responsibility

    @ViCustomerCare ************ internet absolutely down in uttarpradesh west District pilibhit Town puranpur 262122 5 days and Unable to use internet properly slow as 🐌 Complaining not works with @ViCustomerCare they don't take action. Having complaint numbers but not solution!!

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Stop asking customers to erase evidence. The numbers are Vi numbers used for recorded marketing calls. TRAI and DoT, this is why the spam never stops. Force action.
