    Vodafone Idea is the most RIDICULOUS internet service I have ever used. It doesn't work as a hotspot, or sometimes even with your phone. To sum it up, you are as good as without internet if you're using @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare and don't have a wifi connection. #India

    @ViCustomerCare @pratik901 You just give assurances. I have posted messages on DM for resumption of services. Its ten days since I made the payment. Yet there are only promises and no action. Your's is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I have decided to port. Go to hell Vi !!!

    @ViCustomerCare when #volte service will be enabled in new vi sim in #Bihar&Jharkhand. All indian states getting volte service except Bihar & Jharkhand region.

    @ViCustomerCare Actually, I Recharge My VI Number In Emergency From Amazon But Recharge Goes In Pending, So I Have To Recharge From Phone pe Again, but After Half hour, Other Recharge was also Sussed, So My Number Recharged Twice, with 479 Pack, What to Do now ?? Please help
