  @ViCustomerCare My Vi sim has no internet andno signal at the exact spot where it always worked before, although moving a few feet away restores the signal. Please check if there's a tower or network issue in my area. Turning out to be worst experience, faced too much issues.

  @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare I tried to remove my number from family plan. My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.

  @ViCustomerCare TWEET (3/6) Most of the time, my phone shows only 2G (E) signal. Calls fail, call drops are frequent, and mobile internet is practically unusable. Sometimes, I don't even have enough network to contact customer care.

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing a very unpleasant experience regarding a new sim connection which is not delivered since days. Customer care is really unprofessional and they can’t communicate in English, instead disconnecting my call several times without providing solution.

  @ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

  @ViCustomerCare Very much disappointed with the services... Bad network and internet stopped working... Even tried to reach out customer care over the call but it stopped as couldn't arrange the call happened more than 5 times

  @ChatterjeeKc @ViCustomerCare My father used to use Vi during his abroad trips and it was hell. He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍
