    @Indianinfoguide Surprised to see low #VodafoneIdea speed. They must work on strengthening the 4G/5G network & internet speed. You can't compete with Jio & Airtel if you don't improve on services. Consumers will only shift to #VI if they get better speed & services #ChangeToVi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my 5 numbers from Jio to VI postpaid. I am in Pune and the network is very bad, unable to talk properly, not easy to connect with C Care, I was expecting good service than Jio but it's more worst. 100 towers is only advertising.

    @ViCustomerCare No help from customer care after raising concern on network problem. Doing advertising that we are installing 100 tower's every hour and no proper network in metro cities. @TRAI Please help to get proper network in Metro city like Pune.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare today early morning I ordered vip number and I needed to urgently today but at EOD I got sms saying order was cancelled by me, even toh i never did as such nor i received any call for delivery. Such a waste of time and money

    Living in a village shouldnt mean living without internet. @ViCustomerCare,data in my village feels like traveling back to the 90s. the network conectivity here has been absolutely terrible for weeks now. We pay for data we can't use. look into rural network coverage and fix.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?
