    @ViCustomerCare Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, yet no any person came my location for checking my network problems....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare i ported my family connections from Airtel and Jio to Vodafone postpaid. Number is ported but there is no network showing in both connecting after 12 hours yet. What is going on. Need resolution.

    Extremely poor onboarding experience with @ViCustomerCare! Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is stuck since Aug 26. Made 4 calls to customer care, no update on delivery. Resolve this delay immediately or process a full refund of ₹365 so I can get a SIM from another provider.

    @ViCustomerCare What exactly are customers paying for? A month ago, I reported your terrible internet service—still no improvement. Now even calls are dropping and failing. Internet gone, calling gone… only the bill arrives on time. Absolutely pathetic service! Fix it NOW.

    @ViCustomerCare hello team previously i was using Airtel postpaid, due to bad service, I decided to switch to vodafone Postpaid and it's 15th day.i am facing the same issue of internet not working. You people assured me that your network bandwidth is everywhere,so why I m facing.
