    @ViCustomerCare what a waste using this app? The OTP is so HARD to receive, frequently logged out, and loop continues NO OTP. It is such a pathetic, so slow of an app to use. 😡😡

    How can I extend my validity?? It's very disgusting vi app is useless and I don't know what to do! There is no option for contacting customer service and the app is not at all friendly. My sim services are barred and I want immediately to make a call. @ViCustomerCare
