    Why is @ViCustomerCare looting us with such unfair roaming charges? We Gulf workers are here to earn a living, not billionaires! @airtelindia ₹4000 = 5GB + 100 calls + 100 SMS VI ₹2997 = ONLY 25 calls Unless you fix this, I’ll switch networks on my next India visit. @TRAI

    @TelecomTalk 4G/2G dominates, Jio 4G okay but Vi is not capable of providing adequate 4G yet. Indoor 4G coverage Zero. After many complaints issue not resolved . What's going on ...! @ViCustomerCare

    @Siddharth150887 @ViCustomerCare One thing I like about @ViCustomerCare they are quick with response they make sure they call customer and take feed back . They need to improve with network issue rest all is good.

    @ViCustomerCare I have vi postpaid and want to port to others. Still the customer care executive is not listening to me. Please just close my SIM from vi and I already requested another network. I already paid an advance for this month's bill.

    I need to raise a serious complaint to Vi regarding a privacy & data leak issue. Even a college student has managed to access my old Vi records. If such sensitive data can reach scammers, it poses a huge risk. Vi must investigate this urgently. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI
