    Someone snatched my phone for which I filed a complaint. Today my father visited the store for the sim as the SIM is in his name. The team informed them that they have to buy a postpaid sim then only they will be able to give them the SIM. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my out going n net is still barred on 21st I was told it will start in 4 hrs on 28th I was told in 2 days. Have some shame. Once it starts the first thing I will do is mnp. Enough is enough.. u are happy to harras the customer.. #airtel is better option

    @9085242993S @ViCustomerCare 4 tickets, 2 DMs, still no resolution to my issue. Am unable to claim 7 days international roaming as part of REDX plan, Travelling on 1st, either help resolve or enable it through the backend.
