    Hi @ViCustomerCare It’s truly shameful that even after reporting such a serious network issue, no action has been taken from your end yet. Ever since porting my number, the network has been completely useless, and I can't even make or receive calls.

    @ViCustomerCare when your customer has some health issue (shows poor aftersales service), specially when the issue exists because Vi has not provided a Store in the mentioned PIN code. Kindly take accountability and If u dont, will port all 4 vi numbers in my family, mentioning it as the reason

    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

    @vodafone @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare We have had no network for the last 4 days. Location: Dahanu, Palghar – 401601 No calls, no mobile internet—completely disconnected. Kindly restore the network immediately and compensate/extend the service for the 4-day outage.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.

    @ViCustomerCare highly pathetic service booked new number more than 48hours passed by still number delivery pending. Called on 8141018180 they r saying delivery partner will call but no call yet.On 198 Mr.Abhinav also responded unpolished & his supervisor deny coming on call.

    Really frustrated with (VI) 😡 Internet barely works, no proper support, and yet the recharge plans are getting more expensive every time. Paying more for worse service is just not acceptable! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
