    @ViCustomerCare after activating IR Services for which you charge extra 149+18% GST I am not able to use the numbers, no service still coming, you dumb agent did troubleshooting and raised ticket and resolution time is 7 August. I have to pay TDS by tomorrow if I fail wll u pay?

    @ViCustomerCare TWEET (3/6) Most of the time, my phone shows only 2G (E) signal. Calls fail, call drops are frequent, and mobile internet is practically unusable. Sometimes, I don't even have enough network to contact customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP
