    @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneIN Something wrong guys? Was moving thru Prabhat Rd Pune area, hopeless connection in lanes 14 15 Law Coll Rd Balbharati till Symbiosis. Bad service in these areas, really? Folding up are we?

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. My postpaid connection is not working since 16th and in return what I get is false commitments and fake promises on mail, on telephone and what not.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Naseem, “delete the numbers for privacy” is just damage control. Those numbers belong to Vi and are making marketing calls. Privacy for the spammer is not your job. Action is.

    A key sign of this scam network is that they will repeatedly call you to recharge once your plan expires; however, after you do recharge, the service fails to work, and calls to customer care simply do not go through.#Vi @ViCustomerCare

    Extremely poor onboarding exp. with @ViCustomerCare Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is stuck since Aug 26. Made 4 calls to customer care, no update on delivery. Resolve this delay immediately or process a full refund of ₹365 so I can get a SIM from another provider. @VodafoneIdeaIN

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare

    Terrible experience with @ViCustomerCare Order ID: DCHD26082610651 | Paid | Chandigarh 72+ hrs passed & 5 calls later—0% action, only template replies. No delivery attempt made. Cancel my order & refund

    @KumarMBirla sir I am vi customer but my postpaid connection is barred from 16th of this month along with 5g. I am an investment banker and i am without a phone connection and Internet connection. Vodafone Idea isn’t helping me @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio I am also willing to port out to Vi once they launch 5G in Umargam Gujarat 396165 / 396171/ 396170 as jio 5g have now become very slow and irresponsive to any complaint. currently Vi 4g is far better than Jio 5g, Vi 4g speed test on ookla DL- 152 Mbps UL- 27 Mbps @ViCustomerCare
