    @ViCustomerCare I have responded but makes no sense of giving causes when #Vi doesn’t care to add to infrastructure- just taking rentals with such poor network which fluctuates with time

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone. Be cautious... Dont use vi network.its a hopelessly worst uslesss thirdclass. Its my 20 days experience.12 complaints.but all closed without network improvement. So no one use it.its a bakawas hopeless cheater network

    @anusehgal Customer for 10 years I am sick and tired of this yatra. I recently bought two numbers thinking they will improve but @VodafoneIN proved me wrong. Will port out soon.

    @ViCustomerCare I visited the store yesterday. They said it may take 4 months for the Vi Mifi dongle to be in stock. Vi's service is drastically deteriorated.

    @ViCustomerCare I raised a complaint regarding network issue in the month of Jan. Till date there is no improvement in the network. This VI merger has spoilt the affected connectivity. Switching to another service provider in a week's time, Goodbye!

    @ViCustomerCare I've paid my postpaid bill on 5th March, the bill keeps doubling every month, despite not using the service. Now SMS and call facilities have also been disabled. Unable to reach the executive either, its high time I port to another service provider #VIsucks
