    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

    @ViCustomerCare As shared on call, I won’t be deleting the post until I receive the sim that I paid for. You’ve advertised delivery in 24 hrs on your website and on call you said that it will take 72 hrs, which is false advertising. On top of that, your customer care executives only knows Hindi

    @ViCustomerCare i was facing issues with SMS. Someone from support asked me to get a new sim card. At the vi store in aundh pune i was asked to for kyc. I was carrying my aadhar and pan card. Later the executive told me since i have been a member for long time (20+ years),

    @ViCustomerCare you call me in private you text me in private can't you do why I should do I want the reason for it. no plans below 500 family plans ad on data but no network speed 100 Tower per day. I don't understand maybe the towers are from China

    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.

    @ViCustomerCare The residents of Paldi Rathod are completely cut off from your network. @ViCustomerCare your 382810 pincode map is misleading because it only tracks Charada & Bilodra. We have zero coverage and no 4G unless we stand outside under the open sky. We need a permanent solution fast.

    After 3 months of poor network, I finally recharged my Vi SIM. I avoided it because of the negative feedback, but I'm glad I tried it. Airtel and Jio didn't work well in my area. Now I'm getting 30 to 35 Mbps in Kolkata. Thank you, @ViCustomerCare! 💛
