    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare when your customer has some health issue (shows poor aftersales service), specially when the issue exists because Vi has not provided a Store in the mentioned PIN code. Kindly take accountability and If u dont, will port all 4 vi numbers in my family, mentioning it as the reason

    @ViCustomerCare highly pathetic service booked new number more than 48hours passed by still number delivery pending. Called on 8141018180 they r saying delivery partner will call but no call yet.On 198 Mr.Abhinav also responded unpolished & his supervisor deny coming on call.

    My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

    I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending. Kindly verify and resolve the issue at the earliest." @ViCustomerCare
