    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time.

    @ViCustomerCare i was asking about my invoice since 5 aug … called a multiple times though on twitter too .. got the replies to wait for the resolution still no resolve so far … are you going to send it or not ?? pathetic customer care experience..

    @imohammedtalha @ViCustomerCare Sad to see this, Even I recently did yearly active recharges for 2 Numbers and today both of them went to bin (~4000). Not getting SMS and VI Chat help is not really helping.

    Horrible service by VI store. First they didn't tell me prepaid is available and then plan is of 249 in postpaid. After sim got activated, they want 1120rs for 4 months advance without my consent and didn't give me sim without paying 1120.@ViCustomerCare. Kindl

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable service delay. Ordered SIM on 14th Aug (Order ID: DCHD14082610522). Promised delivery Tuesday evening, rescheduled to Wed morning, then told it's on "priority." Still not delivered. Need an immediate status update from the local executive.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare there is absolutely nil network coverage on Nagpur Umred Highway. Nearly 90% of Road doesn't connect to your network. Please depute your engineers and executives to check the network strength along the Highway. You will be ashamed of your poor network. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Dipika, for the tenth time — it is not my number. +918691859317 is a Vi number making marketing calls. Do your agents even read the complaint, or is the script more important than understanding the issue? Disconnect it.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Compare to other operator your plan are much higher and there is not a single plan on behalf of cusomer , and we are forced everytime to go for an service validity plan . It's our choice what we choose , you should give better option .Take note of it please .

    @ViCustomerCare I understand the privacy concern, but please send your network team to physically check the connectivity first. I will remove the location from the public timeline after your team verifies the issue on the ground. Please inspect the network inside homes, streets and rooms
