    You'd think the matter should end here but no. @airtelindia has basically cut outgoing despite the fact that the dues have been cleared and the last date for clearing the dues was on July 8. I know @ViCustomerCare is ridiculously poor in service but so is airtel

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged my number from 49 this morning but its incoming calls are blocked still i can know why this is happening,,, I have called customer care many times since morning, all are cutting jokes, do some shame VI @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare My Airtel number 7518556497 port to vi But Your agent also removed my number from other's Aadhar card and didn't even give me sim. And gave me another sim on which there is no number. Now that agent is saying that I cannot do anything. Please help vi My main number 6394700381

    @ViCustomerCare why vi? Why ?? Why you trouble your customers so much? I can't send a SMS since yesterday to verify and activate my UPI payments. I have to receive payments and it has got stuck because of a simple problem that is I'm unable to send a SMS.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia - On account of poor service from Vi, my mother had ported out of the network in March - Usually porting happens post clearance of all dues but here apparently there was still a pending amount
