    @ViCustomerCare Your Vodafone Idea does not have Kovid 19 helpline till 1075. What are you people doing, the data does not run or the network does not exist even when the network is received, even in 1075 calls are not made.

    @ViCustomerCare This is traumatic as it undermines trust & a prepaid customer's ability (& right) to maintain sufficient balance for emergencies. I am an ersrwhile postpaid customer FORCED to move to prepaid becoz this Nation's damn system gave me no other option to delink adhaar

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday there was a call from V Anas from Vi, he assured of resolution by 30th and today there is sms from Vi of resolution as 3rd May

    @ViCustomerCare The worst internet experience I have ever seen on VI. ****** ping, it takes a minutes to connect websites. Dhakka dena parta hai tb jakar connect hota. Bakwash service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Sir, let's focus on Maharashtra (Nanded). If you complain for 2 months, no one pays attention. Now, if we talk to the customer officer, we have in mind to wait for April 30. What should we do till then, sir?
