Ankush Ahuja (@kimianks) reported@ViCustomerCare your agent instead of activating an IR pack on my secondary number tried to activate the Pack on my primary which already had a pack activated. I was then charged as per the Always On Feature on my secondary number which I reported promptly to support. My due date is tomorrow & the case is still open. Please assist urgently @TRAI
