  @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.

  @ViCustomerCare As requested, I have already shared all the required details, payment proofs, screenshots, and every document you asked for through your private inbox. However, I still have not received any meaningful resolution. I have only received three calls from your team, but my issue remains unresolved. The SIM has been activated, but it has been activated with a different number. The premium/fancy number that I specifically paid for has not been provided. My phone displays the fancy number I selected, but whenever I make a call, the person receiving the call sees a completely different number. The fancy number I paid for is neither functioning correctly nor being displayed to others. I request Vi to urgently investigate this matter, provide the fancy number I paid for, or offer an appropriate resolution. I hope this issue will be resolved without any further delay.

  Horrible network in berhampore (pin 742101). Its like an wasting money every month . You sare providing **** in the name of 5g . If it doesn't improve me and my family members going to change to other network next month @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Please not waste the Time . I told you many times internet speed not more then 10 kbps . I have shared complete address . My internet not support to send many unecessary details. First restore coverage then i can share .

  Hello @ViCustomerCare It's been 4 months since I reported serious network issues, but there's still no resolution despite multiple complaints. I keep getting assurances while the problem continues. Please provide a permanent fix instead of repeatedly closing complaints.

  @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

  @ViCustomerCare It has now been more than 2 months, yet nothing has changed. When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected. Now I have again received a message saying my complaint has been closed
