    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Your number 9953015328 is making sales calls. TRAI clearly prohibits this. Operators are supposed to disconnect such numbers. Why is Vi still allowing it? Fix this or lose trust. #SpamCalls

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .

    Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare

    10+ year-old mobile number. Dues cleared. Ported from Vodafone Idea to Airtel. Still no OTP or banking SMS due to an unresolved MNRL issue. Customers shouldn’t suffer for telecom backend failures. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India #MNRL #Airtel #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Anyway, if this issue is not resolved within the next two days, I will be forced to take legal action and request that the number be blocked/frozen so that it cannot be used further.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi sim has no internet andno signal at the exact spot where it always worked before, although moving a few feet away restores the signal. Please check if there's a tower or network issue in my area. Turning out to be worst experience, faced too much issues.

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't get any help from your team, I really feel ashamed of using the VI sim for more than 15 years, this is how to treat with your renowned customer. Airtel is far better than VI. @airtelindia

    @MyIndusIndBank what is your app’s problem? Till now I had no issues using your app while on @ViCustomerCare mobile data. Suddenly after updating app (which you hounded me to do), I’m getting error “caution network threat”. I can’t even take a screenshot because of dumb policies.

    @ViCustomerCare This is pathetic, instead of resolving my issue and delivering my new SIM, you keep on calling me and telling me that I need to wait another 24 Hrs i.e 72 Hrs from the time of booking and guess what you will make me wait till 71 Hrs. This is laughable. @KumarMBirla
