    Hey @ViCustomerCare why offer options you can't deliver? Tried buying a VIP prepaid number on your site, but the page crashes at payment. Worse, Jabalpur stores say prepaid choice numbers don't exist & warn NOT to order online. Why show fake options? Fix this. #Vi #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM is completely out of service and unable to receive calls. The SIM shows no network even when inserted in another handset. Kindly contact me via DM/email or provide an alternate way to coordinate and resolve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I recently got my number ported from Vi Karnataka prepaid (eSIM) to Vi TamilNadu prepaid (physical SIM). Porting is fully over but I can't call 198 or find available plans by dialing *199#. Please help, I'm stranded and on WiFi
