    @DoT_India @TRAI My experience with @ViCustomerCare has been the worst in the last 2 years. I have been charged for calls which I never attended to & still had to pay for the fraud by #vodafoneidea to port it to another TSP. The bottom line is this TSP is indulging in defrauding it’s customers.

    what @ViCustomerCare(she) said to do ..just following instructions. But when they told me about the situation , I came to know that she made the request CANCEL wrongly . She used their illiteracy as a tool and made the port request CANCEL unethically. It is wrong and unethical.

    Dear @VodaIdea_NEWS , Day before yesterday, My father requested to port his number into @airtelindia but yesterday @ViCustomerCare called him and told that send a message to complete the port request asap. He is illiterate but with help a little child , he did, 1/2
