    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

    @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

    @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236
