    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, i have experienced worst service by your team never recommend to anyone. My account has been suspended for no reason and reactivation is not happening. Worst customer service i have ever seen

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare funny part is both the CS Representative & Supervisor were denied to give Vodafone X account. Told it’s against to their policy. This is a public information thing But they denied. Very bad Bottom line is Vodafone needs to change, otherwise We Do

    Horrible network in berhampore (pin 742101). Its like an wasting money every month . You sare providing **** in the name of 5g . If it doesn't improve me and my family members going to change to other network next month @ViCustomerCare
