    @NetworkVi @akshayamoondra @ViCustomerCare "It’s a complete fraud! Promised 5G, but it doesn't even connect. Now, I'm stuck with 4G, and that too has zero internet speed. Paying full money for no service is pure harassment. Stop cheating customers and fix this connectivity mess.

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    Power shutdown = only E (2G) network. Even normal days 4G barely works. Many complaints raised, still no permanent solution. Doing anything or just “we are working on it”? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 😑

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare it has been over 24 hours and my issue is still unresolved. Your negligence and lack of response despite repeated calls is unacceptable. Vodafone has made my holidays miserable. Is this how you treat a loyal customer of 25 years? #Vi #VodafoneIdea

    @kushgrwl @ViCustomerCare Have had same issue with Airtel but mostly during day time, and wasting work hours is just not possible
