    @ViCustomerCare @1HEART2408 Vi is the worst network in India. Less than 2G speeds for the last 2 months with 4 signal bars. No resolution after so many complaints. Wl make sure that you lose min 20 customers before I port out. Your irresponsibility demands this.

    @ViCustomerCare want to change from postpaid to prepaid, your customer support people are saying to visit the store. On buying time of postpaid number your people used give door service and when we want to unsubscribe or change to prepaid, why I have to vist your store??

    Hello @ViCustomerCare vodafone-idea, your 4G internet connectivity is very slow today. It shows all 4 bars but the speed isn't exceeding 100 kbps. Please fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare surprisingly I got better offer than digital exclusive plans by local retailer. never trusting online scams by company. saved 299 rs.

    @ViCustomerCare ..still no response....also called 3times to Customer care..they told that they will send settings over sms but not got single msg...what a great VI service support.....moving to worst from bad...keep it up...
