    @ViCustomerCare To check the availability of the number, request you to visit nearest Vi store along with valid Proof of Identity and Proof of Address. then what is the use of you being here to help? Customer Service is so bad!

    @ViCustomerCare Penchalakona.... No signal..... And. In gopavaram no 4g... Only h+signal... In gopavaram... 516233....need 4g + in gopavaram srinivasapuram village.... In house no proper signal. Indoor signal should increase.....

    @ViCustomerCare TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First suspended my number 9920304467 and then literally HARASSED me for the payment when it wasn’t even possible from the app. Even your staff doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Have to switch to another carrier ASAP.
