    Today, my phone didn't work from 4:04 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Everytime We order the Sim online you Vi making us wait for more than a week and finally without any responsibility saying that our Order was cancelled and for refund have to wait for another 10 working days. So better stop online sim service providing system😡😡

    My wife's phone number stopped working all of a sudden. No incoming/outgoing calls, data and sms work. @ViCustomerCare - this is probably the worst service experience. Planning to switch to a different provider, doesn't seem to have any value in continuing with Vi

    @airtelindia low-key you suck as a brand and a service provider I ported to @ViCustomerCare yeah you guys suck as well They cut my services for a 35 rupees bill. The instructions aren’t upfront at all. Now that I have the paid the bill I’m not allowed to upload it.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am from Indas, Bankura, 722205. Need to know is your team working or in vacation? In my area neither we can do call nor use internet almost three days continuously. My ongoing pack is Rs. 398 can you extend the validity till the days you out of service?

    @ViCustomerCare How many more complaint numbers do I need before you actually fix the problem? Since 22 June 2026, all I have received are excuses and new waiting dates My recharge is being wasted while the network remains unusable. Stop delaying and resolve the issue immediately
