    @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)

    @ViCustomerCare I was sent a bill of 14450 but later i was told it was indeed 18980. My services were barred so i had to pay the bill even though my case was under investigation. Worst service provider who is looting the customer

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

    @ViCustomerCare Today, my phone didn't work from 3:15 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare If Vi is unable to provide adequate network coverage in my area, please let me know clearly so that I can port my number to another operator. I cannot continue paying over ₹800 every month for a service that is not being delivered.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Please, you are requested to solve this problem immediately. The way people porting your SIM in Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh are charging money in a forced manner, this is not right at all.

    @ViCustomerCare Today again Your VI 4G Link is Fully down & No Mobile Network Tower & 4G Icon show.. several time Mobile switch Off & Onn but Results is Negative. Location:- Lat 25.994374° Long 92.84726°, pin- 782435. Please up the Link as soon as possible. @VodafoneGroup @TRAI
