    Thanks @ViCustomerCare for giving me 12kb/s worst speed in this lockdown situation, now I am going to break vi sim and join @Airtel_Presence better than you in my area pin 242220 , I just fed up with vi internet speed

    @ViCustomerCare 9830195226. I use an iPhone. Just now took my wife’s android phone and recharged my mobile. Does VI not support iPhone or what. Even in Android last night I could not recharge but somehow could do it now.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare,Today I got an SMS "Hello! Thank you for choosing for access mydala powered deal, You have been charged with Rs 48". I've never opted for any such deal & clicked any link. I DMed u my number.Plz refund my money ASAP. Otherwise, I will have to quit Vi.
