    @ViCustomerCare Don't force/lie your customer and push them to Postpaid. We are not that dump. I had an Idea sim and done Aadhar linking/verification but from yesterday my sim was not working raised SR in app none reached so went to vi store today. (1/5)

    @ViCustomerCare We have given up on you now. As after discussion going on for year long you cannot find an adapter to fix the repeater. So it's basically that the company is bankrupt and has we have no point staying with you anymore. Thanks but no thanks. Send us the final bill for porting out

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is doing the fraud with me stating that the prepaid balance is in -800 and they have stopped the service due to this and when asked they said there is no such records with us to prove why it is "-". Should I pay -800 without Bill? #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I raised an issue with u guys. Ur engineer came and experienced/agreed that the issue is in my area and ur "team" call/email me that the issue is indoor. Y r u trying to close this issue framing it as an indoor issue while this is something that needs attention?

    @ViCustomerCare If you take so much time to answer then does it make sense to be on social media? Your customer care service is also very poor. The customer care representative could not be contacted even after numerous calls.
