    @ViCustomerCare My data network hasn't been working since the past 4 days. Your customer care is absolutely useless and is of no help. My complaint ID is #4-133132913424. Pls sort this out ASAP and on priority otherwise i will have no choice but to switch.

    @ShivajiSethuna1 @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia You may be luckey by chance, but as a customer I am struggling since 46days, and VI care not able to activate the connection even after completion of all formalities and payment, from 9th may I am chasing with VI care for activation, but they don't care, please refund my money.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vodafone sim card isn't showing network since 3 days in Thane district, tried all the methods including change of sim card at ViStore. Please check so I can atleast 'Port' to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service by VI Rs 128 debited from main account balance. Without consent of customer, why VI debits amount? If you've balance, vi can auto debit? You not interested in customer service, only interested in debiting money It harms a lot, tired Mo. 9099376225
