@ViCustomerCare I ported from Jio to VI expecting a better speed but so far the experience has been very unsatisfactory. I am hardly able to consume the daily data for which I pay cuz of the pathetic speed of the network. Can this be resolved or should I look for other options?

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare On 14.08.2021 Rs.125 has been deducted by Vi without my any permission.I thought it was the renewal charge of my caller tune service.But I was wrong when I saw that again Vi has been charged Rs.21 today (15.08.21) for my caller tune.Pls return my Rs.125 to my a/c.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is so cheap, they are blocking sms services of customers so they cannot port out to other operators. Even if you have all outgoing services validity they are asking to recharge for for sms service. Shame on Vi @reliancejio #jio @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare Vi stopped outgoing sms on basic plans. Reduced validity period too. Min. recharge to send an sms is now Rs129 even when I hv balance of Rs200+. @TRAI must act to control tarrif hikes by mobile service providers.

@ViCustomerCare The fact is VI has become a hopeless company. For last 1.5 months I am not able to use my postpaid number due to sim crash issue. I visited two of your stores at Berhampore and NSC Bose Road in west bengal but till now my number is on dead mode. I want to close the connection.

@ViCustomerCare I will initiate legal proceddings against VI if the issue not resolve within next 24 hours. I have already raised another complaint with DOT (DOTEL/E/2021/28326) and I will move to the Consumer court on Tuesday if no resolution received till that time. @DoT_India
