  @ViCustomerCare Assurance me for my inconvenience, you will do something I recharged Rs. 398 and within the service validity almost 3 days I faced the trouble. Got it? Say it publically not in DM. One thing yesterday night the service is up.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
