Worst speed @ViCustomerCare in Kalyan West area. Last 30 days this problem is there. Specially for Vi Maharashtra n Goa sims which roam in Mumbai circle. 4G speed is pathetic and below 2 Mbps. Improve your network or I will port out for sure.

@ViCustomerCare What a bad service. Apparently I have to recharge min. Rs.128 just to send 1 SMS. I have more than sufficient amount in main balance to send a single SMS. Very bad experience.. #Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare Well past the due date and no improvement. In fact, now we have to go and stand at the window to be able to speak. Works as a normal network between 0100hrs ist and 0830hrs ist approximately though, maybe because others are asleep.

What scam are you guys pulling @ViCustomerCare ?? Every time I raise a request for esim conversion, the barcode is shared to your back end teams own email id and your customer care team is trying to downplay it. No responsibility whatsoever ever. @TRAI please look into this.
