@TheOfficialSBI Why did you choose 1860xxxxxx series numbers for Customer Care Services? Because these numbers are not contactable on most of the telecom network (ex. @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare), if we have UNLIMITED recharge pack on our mobile phone.

@ViCustomerCare Emergency call since 4 hours this is happening since 2 years on a regular basis. In every week there will be 3 days where there will be completely zero network in the entire city, plus indoor coverage is pathetic not even 100kbps.
