@ViCustomerCare The internet speed of @vodafone in my area is about 3G and many times doesn't work even. I tried to complaint for the same but your customer care tell everything is fine. So worst service and claiming big big thing.

Final Verdict @ViCustomerCare I just don't wish to continue with such a worst service provider. You committed that issue will be resolved within 24 hour but it has been more than 36 hour yet no solution. @rmstakkar @AmbrishJain9 customer care department is least bothered

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS. 198 is not working. No option to talk to cust care in 199. Raised a ticket through chatbot (MNG-V00563903050) & it's closed but not sure what it was for. Sending sms is critical for many apps to validate. Pls look into it urgently.
