@ViCustomerCare Its better you should recharge with 49 plan not this 46 plan, I got nothing in this plan except validity, but in 49 plan I got free minutes & data 100 mb also. Are you listening ? Maybe porting is better solution than your advice( deactivate auto deduction)..🔥

@ViCustomerCare i mean how pathetic can your network and application be. I recharged a plan of 601 INR which entitles me a 3gb data pack daily for 56 days with other benefits. But it was nit mentioned that i will never be able to use that 3gb data limit.

@ViCustomerCare I got a duplicate sim reissued from Vi Store. Asked them if something needs to be done to activate i and they say that it will get activated on its own within 24 hrs. It's 48 now. And your support says that I've to visit Vi store again which is very far #fail
