  @ViCustomerCare My concern hasn't been solved yet, and I haven't received any call from Vodafone. Now I will go and switch. Vodafone's service is very poor.

  @ViCustomerCare What has changed, Vi? Please clarify. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? This is either pure carelessness or deliberate. +918691859317 belongs to Vi and is used for marketing calls. Read the complaint properly for once.

  @ViCustomerCare When an existing customer renews the same recharge plan, why don't you specifically mention which benefits have been excluded compared to the previous plan? By not disclosing this, you are essentially misrepresenting the benefits.

  @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I’ll DM my Vi & alternate number. But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.
