    @IndianTechGuide Actually @ViCustomerCare deserves more than that! They have changed their 2G name to 5G and now they are fooling people. @TRAI is sleeping, people are paying for 5G but in return they are getting only 2G network.

    @ViCustomerCare VI should consider my feedback to improve product & service. VI tv & movies has no option to reduce resolution to 240p, 360p. It's always on high and consume data a lot unnecessary within an hours. Not sufficient TV added. Add more and more movies channel.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI vodafone company, customer service and collection all are useless pathetic and looting customer. I got late payment of 100Rs on bill of 473 😳, on 14th may i called 198 to remove late-payment, the agent assured but charges not reversed, now they are charging

    SHAME ON Vi... scam on billing.... non cooperation... and threatening for immediate payment, even after several followups by me for the amount to pay... people should leave Vi and port to other networks. Simply disgusting customer care @ViCustomerCare

    This is VI for you. I had changed from Post to pree on 25th of June 2025, they have send me a bill from 1st May to 31st May and too today and they are threatening tonpay the same immediately today.... Shame on VI . ONE OF THE WORST MOBILE NETWORKS @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare stop annoying ur customers with frequent calls & reminder msgs to pay the bill. As it is u charge a fine of 100/- per month if the payment is delayed even by a day. Anyways this is the last month I'm with u porting to another service provider due to ur nuisance.

    Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare! I've spoken to their customer care, appellate team, backend team—even VI managers called—but my issue remains unresolved. If you can’t fix it, just refund my ₹3799. Enough delays! #VodafoneIdea @TRAI

    📍 I live in Delhi NCR, Faridabad (Near Community Centre, Uncha Gaon, Ballabhgarh – 121004), but there’s no Vi 5G service here at all ❌📶. Despite Vi’s claim of 5G coverage in Delhi NCR, the reality is very different 😤. Please take action. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodafoneGroup

    Scam from VI Network.I had post-paid family plan connection from 1st May to 24th May and changed to Prepaid, but they are asking payment of full cycle from 1st to 31st, now they are threatening to pay 1500/- immediately after sending the bill after so many days. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, I’ve complained 20 times over the last 90 days. Your team visited yesterday and confirmed the issue is with the nearby tower—but still no fix. Every time I get a "complaint resolved" message. I’ve finally decided to port my number. #VI #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Got a call from customer support . I asked them to allow me to port and allow me to message on 1900. Customer support denied to help in this case .

    Service @TRAI please take strict action, if the company is bankrupt that does nit mean they will start looting Indian customers this way. This intention of @ViCustomerCare is absolutely out of legal norms. They can not harass me if they cant provide me service. I want to close
