@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare When you are in international roaming they charge for missed calls. After long conversation they ask to pay the entire amount and softly say there was glitch in our system. Very bad service. Now I have to turn off the network as I'm in tour, thinking who are calling me.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic and unreliable internet service in Arambol, Goa. Shows range bars but connectivity is erratic and slow speeds. Occasionally network completely drops. Regret recharging with 50GB data (₹301) @ViCustomerCare is way better & reliable here

Warning Disable all VAS on your vi sims. its a sacam they run. got 2 sim form my kids and now got a bill of 2800 for games on a nokia phones i never authorised and VI is not bothred VI does not inform you keep it enabled by defualt @ViCustomerCare

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I had a similar bad experience with Vi on switch . They repeatedly called and then harassed by fake billing and asking to pay over dues even after the switch was done after all dues cleared . Till now after 1 year I have not received a NDC from Vi

Ended up paying an exorbitant amount for terrible service even after begging them everyday from a foreign land.

@ViCustomerCare I recieve around 4-5 spam customer care calls from Vodafone in a day. To say the least it's irritating and disturbing kindly help me to get rid of these calls or I'll be forced to port my connection with Vodafone

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare While as subscriber Vodafone does bother to resolve poor network issues and call drop on reporting the same but after u raise request for port out they suddenly wake up and shamelessly call multiple times a day…I guess this would be true for telecoms
