    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi network in my area is terrible. No internet and constant call drops. I've complained to customer care multiple times but got absolutely no response or resolution. Please fix this immediately! #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare The person told will send troubleshooting steps as the mobile data is not working Those steps are even available online n we are not lame people like you to pass the buck In spite of that no email is sent. Why do yu at all run a company when u have no competency to fix an issue

    @ViCustomerCare How many time I have given issues on 5G coverage. Jio, airtel getting full 5G.. why vodafone no coverage? Shameless i am customer of vodafone... Better to port out is option..

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM suddenly stopped working yesterday. My bank account is linked to this number, so I’m unable to do any online transactions. I’ve even tried the SIM in another phone—still no signal. Why does this keep happening? Please resolve ASAP. #worst

    @ViCustomerCare Order DCHD23042666520 placed 2 days ago and still waiting for sim. let me know one thing i need to wait for more than 48 hours than i can take quickly from the shop its too irritating please cancel my order or complete in next 30 min

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned there is conjunction in network because of "many users" using at same time. Now what? If you've rectified that then, come up with solution. "add new sites"

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly promised “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I can’t activate any caller tune at all.Why advertise a service and charge for it if it doesn’t work? This feels like a scam. Either fix this immediately or explain.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    The @ViCustomerCare network in my area is so bad. Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.
