Anoop (@AnoopChathoth) reported@ViCustomerCare The final resolution given to me was to go to a store with my ID details and get a new SIM because you have decided to merge with Idea and my old SIM would therefore have issues . If I have to stand in Q at a store I would rather do that at Airtel.If you want , deliver it home.
