@ViCustomerCare why the company is not unblocking torrent websites? Many websites on Vi network is blocked by the service provider. Every month I use to pay the amount to the company for providing me the full service & in real I'm getting half of that.

@ViCustomerCare Not resolved yet, last update was to get an closure in 24hrs and its been 27hrs since then. In total, its been 7+ days of my ticket being in progress status. It seems no escape for me with such terrible partnership I chose with Vi. Every time I only have to follow-up. @DoT_India
