@VodafoneIN you provide the WORST connection. All your marketing about 5G won't fool anyone. Majority of the time your network is not available in city like Bengaluru. I am going to port to some other provider. So will everyone else. Spend budgets on giving a better service.

@ViCustomerCare On resolution of DND grievance (RAJ-V01109983338) for the name sack when I tried to raise appeal on 198, person talking disconnected call without recording appeal. He said that other DND grievance (RAJ-V01111920015) is pending and wait till resolution of same.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised compliant on 28/10/2022 and without resolving it ,on 08/11/2022 you have raised new complaint no to hide your inefficiency and lack of services . As I told you , you just take compliant but never resolved it and closed from your side .

@ViCustomerCare must allow the customers to send at least PORT message even without service validity or with some minimal amount recharge. Currently minimum recharge of Rs 99 is required. @TRAI #vodafoneidea #port
