@ViCustomerCare Whats wrong with ketan we had send mail to nodal officer for denial of postpaid to prepaid and rude behaviour but now ketan has send mail that customer retained in postpaid which is wrong will Vodafone convert the number in prepaid and take strict action against ketan

@ViCustomerCare I had recharged 449 on 24/10/2021 which was expired on 24/12/2021. Within these 60 days period there was complete network problem for 12 days in December and wasn't able to use even single mb of data. Now I am going to file case for this loot.
