A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
