@ViCustomerCare The day you could improve your network and call me on my provided vodafone number, the issue will be resolved. But you won't do that. I waited for another 10 days. VI is simply INCOMPETENT. I will swith my network soon. You can clise this ticket. It's anyway not helping.

@ViCustomerCare currently using jio. Ordered a new Vi sim , still it is undelivered. It's was advertised that sim will be delivered in 4 hour , but there is no sign of sim.. no response from customer care.. I don't want this type of experience with Vi .
