    @ViCustomerCare hi.. your services our worst.. My mother lost his phone and we went to Vodafone store for the same no. Before going to store, VI representative told use we would charge ₹50 for lost sim, but Vi store charge ₹250 with postpaid Sim..

First of all there is no center of vi in my local vilage for any problem i have to go 100 km i go to the center of gorakhpur they says number can not start again there is name mistaken who is responsible for writing name and documents number if they mistake why i pay for

So many people have called me from Vi already but it takes a little brain to understand and resolve an issue. I am done with Vi.     @ViCustomerCare I am on international roaming and even after taking IR pack i did not get the service. I reached at Intn'l dest'n on Sep6 and its Sep13 and still no resolution of issue. Infact it has been HARRASMENT with the customer service in the last 8 days. see scrnshots
