    @ViCustomerCare Why does it take 8 days for closure of service? Why does customer has to answer 4-5 times reason of closure? This is wastage of customer's time and sort of harrasement. @JM_Scindia Hon'ble minister, you are requested to take action in this matter, TRAI should make guidelines

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only

    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with VI service. My SIM has not been working for the last 2 hours in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. No internet, no calling at all. This kind of network issue is unacceptable. Fix this immediately and provide a proper update

    @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla We have taken a Toll Free Number 1800 12 12345 ( Not Working) , DLT Services ( Not Working), Five VIP Postpaid Numbers (Some Issues). Invoices not provided. Our startup not statred due to Vodafone India. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is extremely frustrating. I’ve followed up multiple times but still have no network If this is not resolved ASAP, I will be forced to port my number to another operator. Please take this seriously and resolve it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare I ve already made this clear - either complete the scheduled visit as committed or cancel this number. I will not pay for a connection that was never activated due to your internal lapses. Also, stop bullying me with uncertain billing if i dont visit store - thats not acceptable

    @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

    @ViCustomerCare Are you still there to help. Is this you call it as customer care for corporate companies? Is one week after raising the issue still you reply they you ‘help us shortly’ Is Shortly mean weeks and months for @ViCustomerCare ? Today I got why everyone on your network moving away.

    @ViCustomerCare , My number 8709921486 has been successfully ported and network is available, but incoming/outgoing calls are still not working. I was informed it would be activated within 15 minutes, but it has been much onger. Please activate my services as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare I need help asap , this is frustrating for me as it has caused me serious issues which need to be resolved asap. FYI, I've tried everything from network settings, Reset, switching in-between Airplane mode & changing sim slot & cleaning dust as well.

    @ViCustomerCare recharge done but still no service, can’t make calls at all. Called support and they disconnected without resolving. This is extremely frustrating. Fix this immediately! #poorservice😠

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after raising several compaints, the internet speed and latency issue is not fixed by VI in Baner Balewadi area pune. Still stuck on 4G. Do I need to port out of vodafone to experience low latency internet?
