    @ViCustomerCare I answered the call but couldn’t hear , either improve network or call again . You do have alternate number too.

    @pkd_moorachi @ViCustomerCare Please don't believe them. VI (Vodafone) customer for last 10+ years. Staying in Mumbai-Chembur. The problem is still persisting inspite of umpteen complaints. They even installed some antenna in my house. Still calls drop, don't connect. All kinds of issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, Please understand that not all issues are tied to these 1. Your area is not covered adequately by vodafone network. (My other vodafone sims are working just fine) 2. It's an indoor coverage issue (the issue is literally everywhere not just indoors)

    @ViCustomerCare Due to online class we rechrge with300 RS but still network is very bad in our locality we need to chose a certain place where net is ok (either we have to sit in balcony or out side the house bcoz no network inside) what u r claiming about internet ookla is not right in our exp.

    Vodafone was good when not merged with Idea. I have been using Vodafone for the last 8 years,Bt speed has never been an issue. Bt now it seems that the network has to change @ViCustomerCare.We all have work from home nd speed issue is so frustrating.We kindly request u to fix it.

    What is happening with your network @ViCustomerCare ?? It just won't go up above 0.38 kbps and when it comes to internet surfing it always shows me offline. I complaint many times to your customer care number but they are telling me the same message to fix it, and nobody fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare on complaining to vi appellate, my network is closed for 2nd time.@DoT_India please look into the matter vi don't provide network properly.on complaining,they ask to change the SIM. At vi store, they ask to remove mask for taking photo which is agnst covid norms
