    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, My Vi POS number: 9921525822 Issue: Your Smart Connect app is asking to uninstall AMCB banking app to function. This is unacceptable as a recharge app should not interfere with other apps on the phone. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Amazing experience with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered Sim and got delivered in 2 hours. Had ordered sim with @JioCare 16 days ago and after multiple calls and follow up still not received sim. Height of frustration. Jio should learn customer service from #Vi.Shameful service @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am staying in balagere road, varthur in Bangalore. When I go to lift or in basement area I didn't find proper network. Also this weekend I travelled Tiptur, there also on village side I didn't find proper network.
