    @ViCustomerCare Once I wanted to port my services but your guys came from Ahmedabad, calls from Gurgram heads, solve the whole area problem....I was told they put / fix some leakage, new unit at tower. Seems it's gone bad / damage again & now same problems as it were earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a Disney+Hotstar pack yesterday from your Vi app. While I got every other benefit of the pack as mentioned in the plan but not Disney+Hotstar subscription, also Called your customer care twice but both the agent seemed to doing the old school gimmicks..

    @ViCustomerCare Last year after big quarral and dispute for over 4 months, you did solve the weak signal, call drops and other technical issues. I was satisfied. Now again same problems have started and it's really annoying.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Team, I have used Vodafone postpaid service more then 8 years when intiative port to other network executive called me offer me free services when opted they have added the charges in Bill complaint raised not at resolved. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    After a so many complaints @ViCustomerCare take initiative to provide uninterrupted network connection. One network local team specialist call me & ensure that they are trying to provide uninterrupted network connection in our area. But this is happened after complaining to DOT.

    @ViCustomerCare Is it still not clear what is the issue with Vi? It's coverage issue and has been raised concerns for same multiple times but vi customer care is only concerned with closing the ticket without doing any thing. It's standard to drop message that customer is not reachable.
