    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about internet and call drops since last 3-4 months and now instead of 4g, 2g is coming in the room. No action was taken on my complaint, have I spent money on recharge for this. Or should I get ported to another sim?

    @ViCustomerCare No I will not DM you anything. This scam by your company needs to be come out in public domain. Whenever I recharge with any amount, your company unethical practice deducts money in name of VAS without me asking for it. My friends face same issue @AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw No VoLTE on my Vi Number 9790776701 since the day of activation, even Galaxy S20 FE supports Vi VoLTE but VoLTE service is not activated & there is no reponse from your side on this issue. Pls activate my VoLTE service on my no.

    @ViCustomerCare it's too difficult to use your data. Net speed is like 2g .from last 3days i haven't use data properly due to speed .kindly refund my data charges so that i can move to new network. I dnt need any 2 or 3 day 2waiting services.
