@ViCustomerCare Why vodafone is looting its customer? You deducted Rs 128 from my main balance(Mob- 9051196666) to extend validity for 28 days without my knowledge. It is pathetic.I could have availed the same validity extension at Rs49. Why are you cheating? Its Time to Port now

@ViCustomerCare what is the minimum recharge of Vodafone prepaid to just keep my incoming calls active and sim card active? With no minimum validity time I remember earlier I used to do a recharge of 35rs and I was good to go I read it's down to 20rs now, is it true or hoax?

Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare. I can get messages from anywhere, but not your OTP's, means the OTP required for app access. Pathetic coverage of network and net at my location. When I message for Port Out, you send messages on WhatsApp without permission. DND # but get calls
