    @ViCustomerCare Worst service by Vi. Bought 3 nos. 7528051000 & two others(PAID NUMBERS)from VI STORES. Nos were not activated for more than a month. Then I had to pay an advocate for legal notice for my 3rd no.Then they activated my number with higher RENTAL PLAN.Same with other nos. AVOID VI

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday 5:56 I got a msg following msg from VI Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. DEL-V00801032920. With this, you should not face any further network issues. I rcv this within an hour of registered my complain. And today similar prblm I m facing right now. Agn H+

    @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid users of vi 9709210917. I have received a thread call from vi employees in the name of physical verification that person also told me that you can't able to access postpaid any more because this person going to Stop all service of my postpaid.

    @ViCustomerCare it’s my day 1 with Vi and highly disappointed with the service. I had purchased a sim online and have done online recharge too; however it seems the plan or “frc” could not be activated and the customer care agent asked me to visit store

    @ViCustomerCare I don't live in India but need my sim active whenever I travel and also to receive OTPs while abroad. If my prepaid Vodafone India service validity expires, then how long after does Vodafone disconnect my number? When does incoming calls and SMS get barred.

    @ViCustomerCare-my problem is not solved and twice/ thrice Vodafone has closed my complaint without solving the problem, it shows how worst network and service we are using from Vodafone.thrice we have told dem to visit my home but they aren’t and updating false in there system.

    @ViCustomerCare I am worried about vi service that's doesn't expect from vi. I think i need to take a legal action against vi. As well as against that person who claims no body can do anything with him. I believe vi definitely stop my postpaid service but i can't accept this.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys promised me that you will fix my issue today till 4:15 pm. I don't think so you are able to resolve my issue. Just giving the fake assurance not resolving issue. I will close your network. Worst service nobody taking responsibility for the issue.
