    @ViCustomerCare got the worst ever services and customer care. I complain almost every week still they can't fix anything. Vodafone internet is the worst.

    @ViCustomerCare suddenly from a week u am not getting otp from bank n financial institutions. When I call your customer care guy farroq sheik tells me call back after 1hour to get resolution. Is this your SOP ? Could you explain why I am not getting otp?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is the worst and I'm fed up with your services. Every time I complain, you say you've fixed the issue but in reality it's not. You should be ashamed of yourself. Just waste of money!!

    @ViCustomerCare VERY BAD NETWORK. NO 4G TOWER. Why doesn't RS-99 offer SMS facility? SO I did not intentionally RECHARGE. NO 4G TOWER. BEING NO--9476168812.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team My mother's mobile number +91 9846030296 i have recharegd in the month of Nov 2021 for 1 year, since then twice the sim has got blocked, showing as Emergency calls only. Once she has being to nearest customer care and got SIM replaced few months back.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a VI customer. Pack validity date not showing in VI application. no adavance line up recharge option. The world has come a long way and Vodafone Idea is still struggling . Please do SOS.
