    @VodafoneIN happy to port out to airtel after struggling from past one year with poor network coverage inside home, fake promises of new tower in the area for better coverage. Improve your network as I was loyal customer but unfortunately port out all my 6 number to other network

    @ViCustomerCare Network issues, while playing Free Fire! Everytime network dropping to 999+ which leads to loosing of games..., Tournaments etc, @ViCustomerCare is responsible for all the consequences arising from the lose i suffer! I will file a defamatory case against your network!

    @ViCustomerCare Again caller tunes has been set for my number without my any intervention and an amount of Rs.1 charged. Why VI is doing these non sense. It is not good customer service and business.

    Using vi for a couple of months, and if someone ask me to rate it it would be like "-100" , i have to get on the top of terrace to tweet it... Complaining for about a month but they can't even assure that if the problem is gonna resolve or not. @ViCustomerCare ...,contd..

    I went to replace my VI sim card on 16/7, I was told my sim would be activated in 3 hours. It has been more than 4 days since I saw a small single bar of network on my phone. Please help me @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I am permanent resident of UP East butI reside in Bengaluru where I use Wi-fi but when I visit my native village then I feel disappointed by @ViCustomerCare because due to electricity cut your operater does not use DG set and other times your connectivity is poor @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You guys should really consider changing your TV ads to "FASTEST NETWORK UNTIL RAINY SEASON HITS" it's been a month and in every week or two I had to put a complaint for slow internet speed. Not even playing YouTube videos at 144 p. Pathetic!!🤮🤮
