Ankesh (@thisisankesh) reportedFed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?
