    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic VI network here in Pune. People are telling me that they are unable to reach my VI phone number. Also, my bank OTPs are not reaching me in time. Planning to move unless you fix this. Raised a complaint on the VI app but no response.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare why there is no network in my area I am a postpaid user and still struggling for data, one message required 10-12 sec to sent on WhatsApp, and stories if I am posting stories on Insta that required 30-80 minutes to upload.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever experience with your internet connectivity. For last many days, the network constantly fluctuates between 4g/3g/2g. Can't even watch a 5 min YouTube video without connection getting lost.
