@ViCustomerCare Bought a postpaid SIM on 6th. I'm not able to make or receive calls until now. The worst thing is @ViCustomerCare doesn't even care, even after a lot of calls. I want to return the SIM and a full refund. (Pls don't close this complaint without calling me)

customer care response time to help people during pandemic. @Airtel_Presence - max 10 mins @vicustomercare - min 2 days @ViCustomerCare giving the same response again n again. told them I have already written to customer care many times. Response - yes, write to customer care

@ViCustomerCare No @ViCustomerCare Is telling lie. I am connected to cell tower id:-16799 and Location Area Code:- 5107. Which is 3.7 km away from my location. How you can say that there is bulk usage. The real problem is there is no cell tower nearby my location. So that's y there is no 4g.
