Even after raising an issue with internet speed with number MNG-V00350974167 @ViCustomerCare just called me and said network team checked and said the network is good -110 dBm is good network according to you? Iam getting 100 Kbps speed in 4g what's the use of 4gb per day?

@ViCustomerCare Jhooth, in my village Sundawas, Haryana we don't have 2G itself from VI and you are talking GIGA speed. Shame on you. Ads wont get you customer only service and network will. I still miss old Hutch. you can't get more that 1Mbps in urban area with VI. Jio and Airtel r far better

I just landed in UK. What's the whole point of having a international roaming pack if it doesn't work when u reach. Yesterday I recharged for 2 times for around 2k and @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare assured me still the pack is not activated.
