    @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    The worst network of india is VI(Vodafone).We are living in 2026 and the network services are like 2014.Please tell me how are u still surviving in india. By the way im switching my network to @reliancejio but u can improve your network at pin342301 raj. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    This post raises serious concerns about fraud by mobile SIM operators, especially @ViCustomerCare There are cases where porting requests are reportedly raised without customer knowledge or consent. Earlier, users received SMS and email alerts.
