    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare wht is this nonsense Ad "25 din mein Paisa double..heh heh..". Imagine sm1 making an emergency call outside in d heat, now when phone's r overheated & shut off display, we have to cut call, hv nonsense flash sms b4 making a call again,pls stop w these insane ads

    @ViCustomerCare Not even 4g in kinathudavu west,642109. No use of taking dozen of complaints for past 3 years and so planning to portout. Why should I recharge for signal less network!!! Even BSNL gives 4g, but vi can't!!!! Shameful vi and worst network

    @ViCustomerCare We have pathetic Vodafone network here in our area. Lodged complaint twice, no resolution or response yet. One resolution was to reset network settings of my phone!! Right now while tweeting I can see zero network bar on my phone!

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Past last 7 days we are facing network issue. Complaint submitted MNG-V02116001514. Today’s compliment resolved message received but actually network issue not resolved. FYI . We have 8 users face facing same issue. @TRAI @airtelindia

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Terrible experience at your VI Store near IMC Chamber, Churchgate. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.

Fix your network if you wish to. You have the state, you have the pin codes. There's no network in those areas

    @ViCustomerCare is shutting ? @AdityaBirlaGrp ? Customer care says..he can't text the link N app is not working for payment fully, he agrees, plz delete N download again N neither he can send link to download and he even can't text ticket nos we supported for 15 year for this ?
