    @ViCustomerCare I have a premium flagship phone but still i have been facing silent audio on calls for the past two months. Got a SIM replacement done 10 days ago, still have to toggle airplane mode on/off to hear the other end on call. Fix this immediately or I'm porting out.

    @djjjjjjj98 @ViCustomerCare Mine was hacked to I waited for months did all I could but nothing I was referred to @jenelyn_1013 he was able to help me retrieve my account in less than an hour, send him a Dm now he is good at it.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Again zero network for Vi. All Vi numbers in my home have zero network. This has become very frequent now. Even after multiple complaints. No one is listening. Poor service. Porting mobile number to other mobile network is the only way to fix it now.

    @ViCustomerCare Its so funny,wth no service fr 13 dys whn i ws on travel,finally purchased 3rd SIM whch resolved d issue.Nw evry 1hr receing call tht d team hs resolved the issue. clearly bypassing my concern of loss i had to bear. 1 customer less for VI #stayawayfromVI
