    @ViCustomerCare Please also note Myra that during 3 visits to Store of Vi, Gr Noida, Mr. Amir has assisted me & had also changed my SIM yesterday. But there is no progress in the case. Please help as my connects/calls are going blank & it is not leaving a nice message behind.

    I have been a loyal customer to your services since past 5+ years. Post paid and premium services but what should I do when I dont get OTP's and when you deliver it after 4 hours you deliver it, all reason. Suggest 1 reason @ViCustomerCare to not to move to another operator?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi team.. your own Appallete provides format which is different than provided by your customer care executive. So again back to square one. Shouldn't you be improving services instead of harassing customers?

    What a extortion it is from Telecom Networks especially @vicustomercare. Poor service. And, when you want to port out, you have to recharge for ₹128+ to get MNP Number irrespective of the valid recharge working in the number.

    Am a @ViCustomerCare user since 1996. Vodafone, orange, hutch, your brands changed but I didn't. But I am truly fed up now and am going to port my 6 numbers. Pathetic support when one needs it but daily unnecessary calls from your vendors even tho we are on DND.

    There is a HUGE difference in service level between @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare. Airtel listens and will work on your issue while VI will send you a templatised response after 2 days. Sorry VI - its time to move, will be porting to Airtel after 12 years on VI

    Your "2G Network Company" want me to use other nearby "WiFi" to make calls. Your company sent me this message in reply to my complaint regarding your poor network and data services. If this is the solution of my complaints then why should i pay you. @ViCustomerCare
