  @ViCustomerCare Your executive never told explicitly that she will be porting jio number.. used my wife phone to send port request and then deleted that port message also from her phone, put her jio number along with vi in family plan while she went just to get duplicate sim

  @ViCustomerCare Something is seriously wrong with Vi. They delivered the sim in more than one week after multiple deadline misses and follow ups. Now, the sim is not activated. It has been 6 hours that they delivered the sim. What a service @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Compare to other operator your plan are much higher and there is not a single plan on behalf of cusomer , and we are forced everytime to go for an service validity plan . It's our choice what we choose , you should give better option .Take note of it please .

  @ViCustomerCare whenever someone calling me, my 5g network will switch to 2g, why?? its 2026, atleast call quality should be good if you cannot compete Jio or airtel, i have put my number to your DM message. @TRAI
