@ViCustomerCare Also I can share BSNL 3G across multiple devices simultaneously which is not possible with vodafone so called 4G network. Its a complete waste of money for choosing a private network than government network.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Approach national consumer helpline. They are very much effective. Airtel was making me run from pillar to post for my grievances. Almost two month I was following Airtel and receiving very very poor response. I approached NCH and within 3 day I got my refund from Airtel.

When i changed from Vi to Airtel, a smart alec from Vi team called me, posed as 'Airtel support' and cheated me into pressing 'reject porting', giving some glib excuse. I had to restart porting process. Cheats.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Recharge & tarriff plans at Vi are absolutely greedy and profit driven where customer is last priority. ₹95 recharge gives you a sim validity of 35 days with no outgoing sms facility.Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. Breach of customer trust.

Finally ported from @ViCustomerCare and switched to the new network. Sad to see How good company came down to their lowest. 10yrs of random deductions, poor network, cheap services, and daily tantrums. Let's hope someday they remove non-working employees and regain their market

I cleared all the dues pending and 2 months after switching to another network they started calling me so badly! Being just a common man, I’ve paid whatever they have asked for

Dear @ViCustomerCare I recharged 1.5 GB/day and then on top of that 4 GB/day. When I checked I am getting only 4.5 GB/day. What is that. Customer care is also not helping properly.

Never in my life I switch to this guys even if it becomes a monopoly, that’s how they harassed me!

@ViCustomerCare Iam previous members of idea, but new company launch 3 years ago tell free internet and fraud with customer and no internet speed and coverage. Very bad experience about to this company so decided to go VI back.
