@ViCustomerCare what a sad excuse of a Customer Care Service! Porting from prepaid to postpaid was a horrible decision. I've raised 4 requests in the last 4 days (also visited a VI center) to have my address verified and restore my outgoing calls and data but zero action so far!

@airtelindia I have been complaining about the network for the last 6 months, but that did not solve it But till date the extra services promised to be provided have not been fulfilled such as Caller tune Services. Maybe they are not customer important @ViCustomerCare

@NarvijayYadav @ViCustomerCare Vi s today the worst service provider! Even my sister suffered the same issue. Her balance was about 120 Rs & within a period of 5-6 months she was left with Rs 10 despite using Unlimited plan. She kept calling the customer care but all efforts in vain!
