@ViCustomerCare I have sent messages but everytime they are calling and telling we will look into the issue. They are just looking into it but not doing anything. If VI like brand have some shame so provide the internet speed for which you are charging money from customer.@myogiadityanath help!

@ViCustomerCare My request I'd with reference number GUJ-V00779413810 was closed without any resolution. Your representative asked me the details of the issue on whatsapp and the after failing to solve the issue they closed the ticket without my consent, giving stupid reasons.

@SubhashChalla @ViCustomerCare I am also facing this issue. Not receiving otp for ICICI Bank for last 3 weeks. ICICI Bank saying Vodafone is blocking the OTPs. Complained already but no action taken yet. Time to port to other network I believe @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I'm yet to receive a solution from you. "These are service messages and hence can't be stopped" isn't acceptable; that's not a solution. Unless you provide a solution (and not a generic response and an excuse), you'd lose a customer you got less than 3 months ago.

People from @ViCustomerCare think customers are fools and they can give any mobile plan without telling the full information. POOR service. The 15 years trust is now gone. The associates at the store and on customer care are hopeless. They just know to dodge the problems.

Pathetic Service at Vi Mini Store. I visited the store thrice (in this pandemic) in the past 2 days but did get my sim activated. Even the Mini store does not have any contact number. This sim is really very important to me. Please help @ViCustomerCare
