@ViCustomerCare My Vodafone sim card is not working in UAE even after international roaming pack recharge. The manual search shows Du(Forbidden) and Etisalat (Forbidden) networks. I am stranded need to call urgently
@ViCustomerCare it is quite irritating that despite having lodged complaint for last seven days still facing call drop problem. Holding VI connection for 10 years Lodging a complaint is also a issue.speaking to Vodafone representative is almost impossible. No option in 198.
@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is there a solution to your VI internet data getting disconnected while on an inbound/outbound call? Or do I need to port to another telecom service provider that doesn't have this issue?

@ViCustomerCare i had raised an issue regarding outgoing sms not working, and it has been almost 2 weeks now, and still it has not been resolved. i had lost almost Rs 1000 in this process. This is a customer fraud. @DoT_India @TraiIndia Please take necessary action.
@ViCustomerCare Dear VI I visited you VI store Ayodhya chowk Rohini sec-7 Delhi for Sim replacement but they told you number 8 to 9 year old and no KYC for u r no. They trying forcfully sale there postpaid number. Plz help otherwise have to port on other operator service .
