  @ViCustomerCare I have give you detail but you guys are not doing anything firm last 8 months. So this is just last tweet to notify you. You guys sucks and you do not have any care for customers. So I am gonna switch my network and also 2 more numbers from my family it was worst experience.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have an Idea number last recharge on 19.3.21,and Now my sim is not working No signal And when I reached Vi Customer Care They told me Sim will active if you convert from Prepaid to Postpaid ONLY Are you intentionally Stopped my SIM to join Postpaid plan.
