@ViCustomerCare is the worst SIM I’ve ever used. Paid ₹1048 for “unlimited” data network was fine before recharge, but disappeared right after. Even in the city, zero signal & no internet. Support was rude. Switched to @reliancejio / @airtelindia . Feels like a total scam.

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to pay the postpaid bill because the OTP is going to the SIM, which is not accessible as it is inside my CCTV camera. If the OTP goes to my registered email ID, then I am able to pay the bill. In the past, sometimes the option to write down the email ID also comes along with the mobile number. Sometimes it doesn’t leading to delay.
