    @ViCustomerCare WHY Vi NEED MY VISA!!!! I bought a new phone and requesting Vi to send eSIM QR code more than a week to switch. Last week they’ve send 4QR codes to check my network issues without any docs. Now suddenly asking for my visa. I gave my passport copy for proof!!!

    Dear Telecom Operators please give rights to discontinue and disable SIM and personal information from your network @TRAI please look into it and give us the option to abandon. @ViCustomerCare denies to disable my connection even if I'm dissatisfied and does not want to continue

    Worst service. Your customer care never listens to the grievances and just keeps on lingering on the issue without any resolution. It seems a Bot is responding every time. You must ensure good network after every recharge. Or refund if you can't. @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho

    Very frustrating @ViCustomerCare Recharged twice for international roaming pack for new Zealand and yet it's not been activated. Contacted customer care so many times and yet no resolution. I am out 500 bucks and no roaming in New Zealand. Explain this!

    @ViCustomerCare very upset with you. Despite paying Rs 826/month for postpaid, i am getting speed only upto 6 Mbps. Many a times I have raised complaint on the app, but you never call back and still you SMS that Vi called me but I didnt pick up. Big Lies not accepted.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Got paid VIP no. Aadhar KYC activated Dec 8 and used. Randomly suspended for re-kyc. Done 3 complaints. Phone and 2 in chat - 26-Dec-2022 with ref: 3-122573112970 28-12-2022 with ref: 3-122650440837 No one calls or comes. Just closed as NA. WTF!

    @ViCustomerCare I am sending port request message but i am not getting porting code since yesterday. I called call centre and was asked to visit VI store. Vi store people told me to submit KYC form and documents.I have submitted it but still the issue has not been resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare what is wrong with your service. You're not able to help me with a resolution which is a 2 mins job and your executives keep giving me a date and keep extending the resolution date It's better to port out from a service provider such as yours.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I'm having internet speed issue from more than 5 years at my home location (E block 7th floor, Vinayaka Homes, Ujala Circle, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. India.) So many times i complaint in customer care but there is not a single time improvement.
