@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium I m porting this **** Idea to Airtel as it provides 2g speed most of the times. Even Jio is better than u guys. Will port in Oct as pack ends in 2 months. Worst experience. Already complained but no solution yet. Horrible!!

@ViCustomerCare Getting a refund is not the only issue is it. Its not the first time #VodafoneIdea is deducting my balance for some subscription without permission. This is blatant cheating. Unless the customer notices n calls the money is gone. #fraud

@VodafoneIN Your network is poorest, 4G speed fluctuates and decreases to 3G and E. Very pathetic service. It remained the same after numerous complains. Port to another network is the best option.

Just 80 km away from Delhi NCR there is very bad network coverage from @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare in a village name Kol. Despite having a dedicated network tower, this whole village is suffering from bad network connection. We'd like to invite @airtelindia to place a tower.
