  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

  @ViCustomerCare Had also called customer care. Just got a call from the Engineer 98198 18147. Told him the issue again. Asked him two to three times what has happened in the last week. He just disconnected the call. Next time Vi calls I too will not answer. Please e-mail me if you need anything

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

  @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

  @ViCustomerCare Also please change the script for the customer care persons Many people don't use chrome now so there is no need and no benifits of clearing cache of chrome or resetting the APN Noone change APN and that's not a solution Just saying it many times impolitely doesn't change it

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @ViCustomerCare I just recharged my VI SIM after a long time because my primary number, which is Jio, was having problems. In the VI app, I saw a ₹299 offer, so I recharged it directly from the app and paid through Paytm.
