Worst service provided by @ViCustomerCare , previously you had to pay for the outgoing calls, but now we also need to pay for the SMS 🙄, now all your OTPs coming to mobile, and for verification you need an SMS. Even your customer service is not good😠

@ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare why customer care number of ICICI and Kotak which starts with 1860 eg. 18601207777 we cannot dial from Vodafone but from Jio we can dial. though UL plan is there still it tells you dont have sufficient balance!! is it the end of Vodafone?
