@ViCustomerCare My balance has been deducted from account on 25-6-2021 on 9.22 am when I raised issue I was told it will be returned in 48 hours, I was raising issue frequently every time,today also told in 48 hours amount will be return.will I gat my money back I wil be cheated

@ViCustomerCare what's with the ridiculous upload speeds you're offering, can't even attach files to a mail, after repeated complaints you managed to give zero positive responses. Is there any solution to this, a top-up recharge for uploads over an existing pack?!!

@ViCustomerCare The worst network in india, Your network isn't stable and drains so much of battery from the phone. It keeps on switching from 4g to 2g while traveling. Your network won't even provide miss call alerts where as other two networks provide them free of cost.

@ViCustomerCare The worst network ever seen in my life, So much of fluctuations in the network it keeps on changing from 4g- 2g while traveling, Which in result drains a lot of battery of the phone. So many call drops per day, and your network don't even provide miss call aletrs free like jio
