@ViCustomerCare The network has gone so down and poor that if u have to dial a number, minimum 15 times the call gets failed and then finally call connects. It’s very irritating and in time of urgency it’s pathetic. The call keeps getting failed.

@ViCustomerCare Got a call from Customer Care representative and according to her bill generated is correct bcz on primary numbers its 399/- and for addon numbers its 199/-, so for 5 numbers its 1195/- and in any case it can’t be 999/- for 5 numbers. So VI is publishing fake info on website.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you but I suggest your team takes some action by calling them & asking them to do their KYC as they are posing to be vodafone customer care, and get their number blocked due to fraud scam ( please refer to the screen shot & take the number for your reference)

@ViCustomerCare Everytime Pigs keep on telling lies. Before i was told issue will be resolved by 2june nothing happened than agn on 5th lodged complain said 9th june. Today 10th june now saying 90 days. Same story from 2019. F u guys

@ViCustomerCare The CSR started in Hindi and then ttansfered to his Supervisor when i refused to talk in Hindi and She also started talking in Hindi and i reminded her again i chose English. Now she put me on hold for past 14 minutes and still waiting. WTF this service is .....
