I booked postpaid sim by online and the booking was confirmed and payment was done at that time of booking. Received a cl from nearest vi store and they froce me to cancel that they don't delivered yet. Customer care not responding of my complain. @vodafone @ViCustomerCare

Hello @ViCustomerCare I recently port my #jio network to #Vi network but didn't find my internet access during call ? What kind of service you are providing ? If this problem not resolve then again i will switch to another network . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

@ViCustomerCare every day I am receiving atleast 5 promotional sms from VI. You should concentrate on service none of your customer is satisfied with poor data speed and call drop issue. When you provide good service you don’t have to flood customer inbox….
