    @ViCustomerCare @bitbala If the plan has been withdraw so why the customer has to pay the extra amount. Do you know that I am capable to pay that extra amount. And today #VI increased 50 tomorrow it may be 500 or 5000 without #customer consents. I am not capable to pay that increased amount sorry 🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, one of your employees cheated me and changed my existing plan to a upgraded billing plan 999 to 1699 at pretext of adding two phone numbers to my existing plan without charge. I would like to know where I can raise a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare After almost 15 days, 3 requests, hours chatting with agent, explaining same problem again n again, fraudulent closure of requests, my international roaming still not working. this is how you treat your corporate customer of 10+ years with 3 post paid numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi for my account Rs 60 validity is 8-Oct and it displayed till morning... Now i am going to do recharge so now Rs 60 coupon is not displayed in my account.. Can you pls check and resolve my issue so i can do the recharge my use VI service.

    Please act immediately and stop these calls. Kindly stop harrassing a cust of 13yrs with vodafone. Plz take this on priority, If calls don't stop tomorrow I will have no choice but file a complaint with legal authority. @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare

    The worst network in Bihar is @ViCustomerCare it acts only when you opt for port then it lure u and u will fall in trap.

    @ViCustomerCare Overall Vi™ service: 1. Very Poor (Network connectivity & voice quality) all time in city areas of Maharashtra 2. Data getting off during calls 3. Only 100 SMS/Month instead of 100 SMS/Day for Postpaid users 4. Chargeable Caller Tunes & missed call SMS service

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 3 hours and no single reply. Why you guys even do the formality. @VodafoneGroup has the lowest standards in terms of customer service. This is the reason you are doom to fail in India. It is better you guys leave.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged phone in September month validity of recharge till 20 Oct, 2021....Now I am not getting internet services properly. It showing sign of 4G though internet is halted. your service is totally exhausted... Please look into this...
