Worst part now everything is linked with phone numbers, you will face bank issues, UPI issues, office authorization issues, society gate security issues. And what worst @ViCustomerCare will ask you to put phone in flight mode thats it.

@ViCustomerCare Vi is adament to collect funds whatsoever way may have to be applied. My Vi cno.97289-26185 was yet having 48/= in balance with expiry date 22.11.2022 when outgoings stopped by Vi forfeitting sum at its own. The worst conduct. On demand , no call details being givenShame shame

Switching to eSim for Vodafone is nightmare. Physical sim has lost netwrk ,eSim didnt get any netwrk post activation,connecting with Customer care dosent help,they will say restart your phone,visiting VI store they will raise the complaint,and process repeats @ViCustomerCare
