@ViCustomerCare worst service ever I requested for port in VI now my sim has been activated in Vi but till now my No. Outgoing service is not activated at the time of port Vi executive offered my I will get 1 month free outgoing and 1.5GB internet+ 12 to 6Am unlimited browsing.

While no action has been taken on my complaint, network engineer from @ViCustomerCare side comes to my house for inspection but no solution is found Every engineer has to say that the problem is from the tower side and the network tower is only 50 meters away from my house.

@ViCustomerCare I face difficulties most of the time while using this. Mobile Data is an essential thing nowadays and you guys are just liars. Talking about 4G speed and here I can get likely 2G. Going to port from VI soon. A very bad and probably the worst network speed ever.
