    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you have stooped down to a pathetic level. I have been charged Rs.204 every month since 2018 for unknown VAS. 100's of calls made to your customer care, no resolution. What's pathetic is they call it Telegram download charge. What nonsense is this ?

    @ViCustomerCare Went to the store. The person said sorry I wrote your number incorrectly for the recharge. Like seriously? How difficult is it to note down a number. Anyways, it’s working now.

    @ViCustomerCare What a waste of an organization you are! Booked a new postpaid sim at 9AM IST today, paid for a VIP number. After that no call, no update till now when the business day is over. Status is - appointment scheduled. No wonder why VI is sinking. Zero customer focus.

    @ViCustomerCare You run a fraudulent business, and your sole business goal is to rob your clients of their money. In order to stop the services of my VI number, I had called your customer service number nonstop for two months. But certainly I did r get any help from your end.

    Switching network is a later option, @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare @airtelindia should understand that they are stealing money from us, first for getting new sim for the already provided new faulty postpaid sim. And now prorata basis charges in the process of separating & adding
