I am facing issue of call drop and of network coverage after I opted for postpaid from VI prepaid. smtime calls gets blank during conversation. I also migrate my another no. from Airtel to VI postpaid. But,your postpaid service is far poor than expectations. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. I wanted to port my 5 numbers from Airtel to VI and it's been 3 weeks and nothing has worked. My number is deactivated by airtel and VI is not activating it. I called the lady who called me to get my number ported is not helping at all.
