@ViCustomerCare I am extremely frustrated. I recharged ₹365 for Unlimited Data on 19 July, and since then, internet is dead slow (under 100 KB/s). I’ve raised 3 complaints, and still, nothing has improved. This is not just poor service — it’s harassment. 🧵👇

@jagograhakjago The amount is credited on one account after 19 days of the account being debited and raising a complaint. They @ViCustomerCare weren’t even aware that the payment was done. Now they want us to make additional payment for a mistake at their end and the service is also discontinued

This is the worst customer service ever @ViCustomerCare bill paid for 2 numbers within the due date, they screw up and the app shows bill overdue. After raising the complaint the amount is credited to one number and the other number is disconnected.

Now I get why #Vi keeps losing lakhs of users. It’s not about cheap plans, it’s the worst service! SIM goes dead, they say “not verified” & I might lose the number, unless I go postpaid 🤡 Another store wants ₹300 to reissue it. @ViCustomerCare this is tele-com-edy.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Raised slow speed complaint (Ref: RAJ-V01847934727) days ago — no fix, no proper reply. Only get good speed at 2–5 AM. Rest of the day = 1 Mbps or less. Clearly a tower issue. Fix it or I’ll escalate to TRAI & port out.
