@ViCustomerCare Dude you’re making me pay 800+ for a postpaid plan for a single person who barely uses her phone, and I couldn’t find a way to switch from postpaid to prepaid on your app, I don’t care about you or any other ISP, I just want proper service for the amount I pay.

Hi @ViCustomerCare , My father's sim card is not working anymore and it's a 13-14 year old number. I went to the Vi store in Lajpat Nagar and they asked me to get a re-KYC done and I have to switch my plan to postpaid for which I will have to pay Rs 401/mnth. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare I'm not going to recharge my vi sim ever again it's just frustrating. I have so much data but i can't use it because the internet speed is actually unbelievably slow for a so called 4g network. I'm going to switch to @reliancejio. Keep it up you will die soon Vi.
