@ViCustomerCare i mean how pathetic can your network and application be. I recharged a plan of 601 INR which entitles me a 3gb data pack daily for 56 days with other benefits. But it was nit mentioned that i will never be able to use that 3gb data limit.

@ViCustomerCare No this is out of ur capacity. Most of my friends also throw ur sim. I hv some important use 1 month then I will switch to other provider. I have complaints many time but it was never rectified for 1 yr or more.

@ViCustomerCare very bad Vi service today again internet not working day or 2 there issue with internet with Vi my geo people are not able to do WFH DUE TO POOR INTERNET SERVICE OF Vi. Pls sort this issue now and save people's jobs..hope issue will get sorted

@ViCustomerCare what a painful experience to get a corporate number to personal..I got replacement sim after 5 visits to Vi Store...still it's not working and the Store folks are asking me to visit store again... pathetic level of cut service
The stinking story of @VodafoneIN Esim available. Esim not launched. Your esim request is being processed. Your esim request cannot be processed. Why don't they hang themselves, I wonder.

@ViCustomerCare I got a duplicate sim reissued from Vi Store. Asked them if something needs to be done to activate i and they say that it will get activated on its own within 24 hrs. It's 48 now. And your support says that I've to visit Vi store again which is very far #fail
