If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

Your "information above" says the offer is not valid, but the offer WAS visible in Vi App when I recharged. That's your system error, not my mistake.I am not asking for explanation again.
