    @ViCustomerCare Is forcing people to do a minimum recharge of ₹128 just in order to send PORT out SMS to 1900. This is illegal & I reserve my rights to sue you in the consumer court. I request everyone else also on Twitter facing the same issue to contact me directly. #Vi #Scam

    @ViCustomerCare 14th June'21 I'm Complained about network but still I'm Facing same problem always you said I'll solve this problem ASAP but you didn't. I complained appellate too but Still didn't get solution.. I don't know why you guve advertisement VI is faster network Ghanta.

    @ViCustomerCare when there is power issue in our area , network goes down I called many times to customer care but no solution provided even call got on hold for 20 mins Our whole family has only vi sim and this situation creates trouble for all of us Please provide solution asap

    @ViCustomerCare You should be ashamed of your poor service , 4 days past service not started yet. Poor service from VI , ALL CUSTOMER are requested to switch to Jio . Since VI is cheating to customer by not providing services & charging for month. Once service started immediately I will port jio

    @ViCustomerCare Please help I am not getting VOLTE . I have 2 Vi sims in 1 one sim VOLTE is showing but in my other sim there is no VOLTE. And your customer care executive says that VOLTE is not available in my area. Then how come I have VOLTE on my other sim and not on my sim😡

    @ViCustomerCare Hi srinivas, It is not only my problem...it is the problem of all your customers at location of Dwarka, New Delhi. U stand at any metro station of dwarka for getting your 4g fast speed which is given in screen video.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Krupa.. Network are not build in a day. Services are not a tiny thing which you can do "Ibiska Sibayska boom chik chik boom" & get corrected. Please instead of customer now time for #VI to do first improvement in network & services then ask customers to get retained.

    @ViCustomerCare Why do u require my number when I say this PIN area has no proper network and no Internet on weekends. Also during daytime network is very week though before 7am it’s fine. So instead of enquiring my number pls fix your tower and bandwidth immediately. @TRAI @PMOIndia

    @NaazishSaajid @ViCustomerCare Yes @ViCustomerCare is untrusted company they said "I diliver the fastest 4G" but when people recharge, they put your number in blacklist and you never use you recharge pack . Now I know becauseThey make me fool like this, And my money gone waste.

    @ViCustomerCare My friend who's also having a Vi sim is getting voLTE on his number where's in my case I'm only getting 4g. When i asked the customer care they told me voLTE services is not available in my pincode then please explain how he's getting voLTE on his Vi number?

    Please for the betterment of humanity, please please shut down you operation and switch to other business @ViCustomerCare if you can't allow customers to use basic facilities like internet. I was really a fool that went on to recharge ₹699 plan for 3 months.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve already spoken to a ton of your CC people who call me every hour. Just help me generate my UPC code that’s it. They say there’s an issue with UPC code generation. I wonder why it’s only for my number while all others in my family have Ported swiftly @TRAI #Vi #Pathetic
