@ViCustomerCare I have got a call from your techinical engineer today. He suggested me to change the idea simcard to Vi simcard. Then the network issue won't occur If that is the case then i need to pay 100 rs right. Pls provide me vi sim, free of cost. Or let me port my number

@ViCustomerCare @carcrazysurgeon Hey, Why my network is giving worst avg speed. its like gives 1-2 mbps for few seconds then 0 secs for next 10-15 seconds. getting in and out of zoom meetings every 2 minutes also did hotspot for my bro and he said something like this, gets ping of 50 and goes to 999 in seconds.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Your internet service is so poor. I am not able use internet from past 2 days. I had to recharge my Airtel no. to get Internet access. Reduce your internet price to the previous level instead of further increase. Your internet service is not worth for the price.
