    @ViCustomerCare ... Improve your customer services. Have been trying to contact CC executive for a week. There is no such options on IVR. Store location mentioned on the website/app is outdated and there seems to be no store around. Unable to send SMS despite active SMS pack.

    @ViCustomerCare Regarding my home being far away, do you have some space near your tower, I can move my home near you. Why did @TRAI allowed operators to sell SIM where they can't provide service. I am doing recharge for a service which I can't get because my home is far from tower.
