Isn't it outrageous that there is no outgoing SMS option from #Vi on the basic plan? The minimum recharge is at 128 to send a sms that too chargeable at 1 ruper per sms. Way to go Vi. - A PROUD CUSTOMER. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @jagograhakjago It's hard for me to remain happy about this poor turnaround time, that too without any intimation. If your topmost priority takes indefinite amount of time to resolve I wonder what happens to your normal SRs. I won't recommend anyone to get a Vodafone connection in future. Sorry.
