@ViCustomerCare I've been using Idea network for like 6 years but nowadays the internet speed after 10 pm is horrible. Like I can't even download anything even with more than half of the internet remaining for the day. Please look into it.

@ViCustomerCare I am facing slow internet speed problem in my location. I have unlimited data pack and my vodafone sim is inserted in SIM Slot 1. I have already registered a complaint regarding this matter at VI app. Complaint no is KOL-V00552514474. Plese look into the matter.

It's been 5-6 years since 4G Evolution came to India but I am very sad to inform you that now in 2021 there's no Vodafone 4G network in my area. Requesting VI to kindly start 4G Service in my area: Hatidhura, Dist: Dhubri(Assam), PIN: 783332. Plz fix this. Thx @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare only reason I don't want to recharge my Vodafone number is your network connectivity. Since last two days I'm unable to use my internet as the speed is equal to 2G speed. There is no stability in connection. Would you please rectify or we néed to use port option.
