@Jeona_Varinder @ViCustomerCare Yup some plans have vi charge 1 gb per day but same charge jio give 2 gb per day. This situation I choose jio . But jio connection speed very slow I don't waste my daily data pack so this situation I choose vi because her connection speed very fast ( I pay more money)

I have been a vi customer for 7 years now inspite of average network. But I will definitely change my network after the pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare I should say no service at all. Simple address update you cannot do ? Next time you will get port request. #vodafoneidea

Decided MNP to Vi & got SIM delivered on 19 March afternoon, 48 hrs is the claim to process everything but it's already past the claim time & nothing happened. No option to talk to representative on customer care number, no Email reply. Started to regret already! @ViCustomerCare
