@ViCustomerCare . after 20 march, once the bill generated.. i called back then i spoke to meghna she gave me a complaint number which is - 3102694795391 and asked me to wait 48 hrs. and when i called back again on 31march.ur customer care is saying that there is no such complaint

@ViCustomerCare It is in entire city, I'm currently residing. City name is Banda 210001, UP. Problem as I mentioned not able to pick incoming calls nor able to make any call. As soon as I accept the call it kinda hanged for few seconds and then drops off. Signals are full.

@ViCustomerCare incredibly bad network at My Home Avataar Apartments, Puppalaguda, Hyderabad. Supposed boosters in each apartment is totally useless. It’s extremely frustrating. Are you going to fix it?
