    Hi @ViCustomerCare my phone number (returned from Jio @JioCare to Vodafone AP) got deactivated. I’m in the USA & can’t visit India. It’s linked to my bank/insurance. Please help me urgently with reactivation without physical presence.

    @ViCustomerCare The final resolution given to me was to go to a store with my ID details and get a new SIM because you have decided to merge with Idea and my old SIM would therefore have issues . If I have to stand in Q at a store I would rather do that at Airtel.If you want , deliver it home.

    @ViCustomerCare i will be raising a complaint with @TRAI that you are not allowing me to port me out of your network. It is going in loop since 24 hours. Earlier promised timelines of 24 hours is already passed but still no sign of cooperation from vi team. Please expedite

    @ViCustomerCare Internet not working. Speed very slow. Many times complaint ki hai but koi permanent solution nhi hota . Complaint k baad kuch din speed aati hai per fir vahi problem aany lagti hai. Agar permanent solution nhi ho shkta please temperory solution mat kro.

    First they block services after PORT request, then keep passing the buck—ekyc, reverify, simex—still no solution! 🤦 @ViCustomerCare @TRAI are you even listening? Even PG Portal complaint went unheard. Why should customers suffer for your mess? #VI #PGPortal

    @ViCustomerCare last date of payment is 25 august and still you are doing same i have another options too same plan i will get from them but you will losse 6 customer now its better to take it serious this matter and revert this otherwise i will talk to you in consumer court now

    Not any of your @ViCustomerCare customer representatives ask me what happened ..? Just call me and told me we can’t activate that (9904633211) number.! So 1. From customer care they can’t activated 2. From vi store they can’t help me .! 3. I mailed this issue they can’t helpme!
