    @ViCustomerCare i am porting my 3 postpaid number and 2 prepaid,i am not getting network in one number so called Care they told me you need to replace sim card visit nearest store,tomorrow is Sunday and i have some urgent calls,they can deliver new sim at home nt replacement one

    After 5- to 6 years of relationship with @ViCustomerCare , finally moving out. The realisation happened when other network people calling from Kudremukha peak and I didn’t have the network after Mudigere, Karnataka ! Invest on better network rather unnecessary ad. See you soon 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I called ISD to my regional call center to have the service deactivated and get refunded. It's not about rs.35 which you took. It's about the trust. You failed to be trustworthy.

    @ViCustomerCare it's totally disgusting. In my area Your network is just 800/900 kbps 😒😒 I want to now get rid from using your sim. Fully waste of time and money. i want this problem to be solved otherwise I have to switch to other operator. It takes 5 min to download 5mb app

    @kevinjoshi @ViCustomerCare Yes bro to worst service And I used redx for 5 consecutive month in 6th month while paying bill in vi app I changed plan by mistakenly and again came back to redx immediately when I receive a text that I changed my plan And they charged 3000 for that I will never recommend this

    @ViCustomerCare your mobile internet service at this location seems to be non operational this evening. Your Network coverage over past couple of days has been pathetic with high rate of call drops and no 4G worth the name. Have you shut down or moved to 5G??

    @ViCustomerCare And more incompetence. 1st my resolution date was 2nd Sept and my service ticket was closed. Now the @ViCustomerCare idiots say resolution will be done on 9th September. Vi are thieves looting people of their money and giving absolute 0 to people paying them hard earned money.

    @ViCustomerCare Information that is absolutely useless. Your service ticket shows as closed. And my issue wasn't resolved. Still no incoming calls or sms's. Like i said keep the 99 rps and I'll be getting my number ported.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to make calls to Toll free 1800 number anymore even though I have balance in my main account. 4G network is not working. I am not getting any proper response from customer support. Why should I stay with Vi?
