@ViCustomerCare do I need to cut the call which I am on hold with your customer executive. Nobody is responding, she put me on hold and no oke is coming to attend. @TraiIndia pls look into the matter. These operators are playing with customer's sentiments.

pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare today I lodge FIR for my lost sim card and issued a new sim in replacement. But it is not activated and customer care executive is on hold from past 30 mins. Why you guys are ignoring your customers.
