    @ViCustomerCare The process of delinking my family plan took six hours and involved significant harassment. I strongly advise against choosing Vi's postpaid service. Their team is unhelpful and seems to be trained to mistreat customers. They promise to return calls promptly, but they never do.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I'm no longer confident the porting process can be completed in time. Kindly cancel the request and refund the amount at the earliest. Very disappointing experience with #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Switched to the Vi REDX ₹1201 plan in Feb 2026 with an included Amazon Prime benefit. I never activated or used it, yet Vi claims my 6-month Prime benefit has already expired. How can a 6-month entitlement expire in just 4 months without being used?

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, stop pushing the "InstaMoney" loan offer. It charges ₹199 upfront, fails to support basic banks, and then asks for sensitive PDFs on WhatsApp. It feels like a total trap to fool loyal users. Please vet your partners better

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @Tanazeem "Genuinely sorry" is not a solution. Your "information above" says the offer is not valid, but the offer WAS visible in Vi App when I recharged. That's your system error, not my mistake.I am not asking for explanation again. I am asking for RESOLUTION

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't pretend that you are doing something for me. The first time I called, your agent said "nothing can be done" and cut the call with a sorry. Now suddenly "we are here to help"? Action > Words. Either refund ₹199 or activate the plan shown in your app.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently recharged with the ₹719 plan, which clearly mentions Unlimited 5G. However, the Unlimited 5G benefit is not working. Earlier, I was able to use Unlimited 5G without any issue at the same location using my previous recharge. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia,I am facing severe network issues at Jolly. My device is unable to connect or run on the 4G+ network, which is causing huge disruptions in daily work. Despite having coverage, the internet speed is very poor.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't accuse me of lying. I recharged ₹199 ONLY after checking the offer on Vi App. The problem is with YOUR system, not me. If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare Already all details given, your service engineer has visited in March also and he submitted the report that there is no network even at upper ground floor. @airtelindia &@reliancejio ke network yhan aate hain to vodafone idea ko network provide krane me kya takleef h

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost ₹199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.
