    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India You said "check DM" on 03-May 6:28 PM to avoid DoT action. But fraud is fraud. Filed DoT complaint DOTEL/E/2026/0028532 for illegal "Government of Gujarat" plan sale + IPC 420. Now resolve via DoT only: Bill waiver + NOC + ₹15K compensation.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing serious issues with VI network for the past 3 days. Calls keep dropping, and internet speed is almost 0 kbps (fluctuating between500kbps).Network becomes stable only when electricity but as soon as power goes off, everything gets worse or almost dead. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.
