Hey @ViCustomerCare i have getting network problem (data speed) problem in my area since 1st March i have also raised a complaint by contacting with customer care number 198. But the issue didn't solved and and day by day it is getting worst. vi network downgrading in my area.

After 17 years of using @vodafone decided to port out due to the pathetic service and the way they let me down in international roaming with no support but just bills @ViCustomerCare just did everything to evade resolution and just charged me for a service that was not usable!

Very strange to see this from @ViCustomerCare. They just called up and mention that my issue can't be resolved and indirectly suggested to port out. Being with Vi for last 8 years, good to see such response and may be they don't value their customers anymore. @VodafoneGroup

While my co- passengers enjoying good movies/songs on virtue of excellent network connectivity, I'm staring at void. And all cause of @ViCustomerCare .The only reason I'm struck with Vodafone is the 12-6 free data in night. Forget 5G, you can't get 2G in Mumbai' local trains.
