    Scammer @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare International Roaming, Always on feature active i.e. 749/- per day with unlimited data in UAE. But they charged me usage basis with 5862.6/- for 3 days at roaming instead of 2247/- Complained on 24th Oct but no resolution. Shame on Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I had an accident today. When I dialed NHAI helpline 1033 3 times. VI said, this number is not valid. I dialled fro? Airtel & it connected immediately. Your CC is saying that I don't have main balance. Since when do we need it for calling emergency number?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I wonder Airtel India @airtelindia and @JioCare both telecom service providers giving free hello/caller tunes. Why only Vi is charging for caller tunes?? Any specific reason?

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I'm going to port soon because of a signal issue. The tower switches off continuously. Speeds not stable. The worst call quality. Good bye :) I'll come after 5G launch. I don't think vi will launch 5G telangana state. So not gonna happen 👍 All d best vi

    @ViCustomerCare 9930110399 is the number 3 days in UAE 13,14 and 15 Oct. Correct roaming charges as per Always on feature: 749x3=2247/- Falsely charged 5852.6/- as roaming usage charges. Complained on 24th Oct 19 days gone and no resolution. Disconnection threats everyday. Shame!!

    @ViCustomerCare your SKYC doesn't work. And now your customer care (call) says I should go to the store! Why do I need to go to the store when your app doesn't recognise pincodes of my city. That sounds like a You problem.

    It's difficult to separate my number from the family plan with Vodafone Idea. There wouldn't be any problem if it were Airtel or Jio. So, let me make one thing clear: I need to delink one number. If this problem persists, I'll port all the numbers out. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
