    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I raised a complaint regarding SMS bombardment to my Vi number, all the sms I get are OTP texts. Not generated by me, I don't use any of those apps that the OTP's are being generated from. Along with that I get calls from international numbers.

    My father in law passed away and want to transfer his number to my husband. In the VI store, they informed us that in addition to providing the requisite documents, we also need to port an out of network number to VI for this to happen, else it cannot be done @ViCustomerCare(1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare So I thought its working I paid the bill of 1300 even I used only 4 to 6 days on 4G/3G network. Now suddenly I see my bill is still pending for 900 more. Could you guys do let me know that you providing 6G network to that I should pay 2400 for a month usage.

    @ViCustomerCare #TRAI i as a consumer has been restricted to get the customer care services Restriction to make calls over 198/199 with no valid reason. My FUNDAMENTAL CONSUMER RIGHTS have been snatched(RIGHT TO EQUALITY IN THE CONSUMER MARKET) has ben snatched away from me.

    @connectgurmeet I recently bought a VI postpaid sim, and I'm having a lot of problems with it. Sometimes my data speed is very low at 2kb/s, and sometimes I can't even make calls. Despite raising tickets, no action has been performed, and I regret getting VI.@reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
