@ViCustomerCare I had to go through high blood pressure for the issue to get resolved. I have lost faith in Vodafone. And I would influence many people in my contact to loose connection with Vodafone. Very bad servicing.

@ViCustomerCare U informed via DM that it's a temporary issue & has been resolved. Then u must change ur team. I guess, they've got no technical expertise. We've 2 Vodafone connections, and we're not getting any signal for past 4+ days. U'd believe in ur team or the customers??

Now even after so many mails and so many tweets, the problem is not solved now. I don't even expect that the problem will be solved. There may be no power backup on vi's mobile tower or diesel saving or diesel theft by technician, no call has been made to me by @ViCustomerCare
