  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.

  I had ported my Airtel sim to vi @ViCustomerCare i paid 854 online on their website but no one visited and delivered sim 48 hours passed , I contacted customer care 3+ times everytime they say 30 minutes but no call nothing happen no status update vi scammed me 854

  @ViCustomerCare your agent instead of activating an IR pack on my secondary number tried to activate the Pack on my primary which already had a pack activated.   @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network issues — frequent call drops, unusable data. Ref MUM-N02154197536 still unresolved. Whole village affected. When will coverage be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar
