@ViCustomerCare It's been three days and till now 3 times i replaced the sim. The service is still down and when enquired about the activation status , there is not even a single reponse from Vi social media team for the past4 hrs. I pity on myself for being a customer for Vi for more than 12yr

@ViCustomerCare My VI mobile sim is not working since last night. I made a complaint through customer care number in the morning after trying almost half an hour. They contacted n the afternoon and sim is still in the same condition... Thanks VI for giving such a grate support.

@ViCustomerCare Customer is never your priority. I ported to Vi from BSNL thinking that they will be good at service but this was the most regretful decision. @ViCustomerCare just waste the time of customer. Since past 6 month I have been complaining about my issue but Nothing Resolved.

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I activated a roaming pack last month before my trip to Egypt which did not work for the whole period. I reactivated another pack after speaking to a customer care rep, but now you have sent me a bill of 10 thousand rupees. Care to explain?

You just can’t reply on Idea Vodafone. Let the company shut down. This is the pathetic speed of the #4G frm @VICustomerCare. Even after many years they are not able to offer ‘satisfying’ speed of internet, let alone be good, better or best. Apathy is, they are talking about #5G.

@ViCustomerCare went to ur Sant Nagar, east of kailash, New Delhi-65 store for payment. Their internet was not working.. above that when connected with hotspot it's not taking my number and last they can except only cash no cards and online payment.. pathetic service..
