    @ViCustomerCare It has been 15 days since I have been charged incorrectly for every incoming call (not receiving though) while my number is Int'l roaming. Wrote multiple emails to CC but all vague responses. Now I don't have option other than keep my mob flight mode. Plz help.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I activated my sim after 10 days, the sim got corrupted and after searching for 8 days in nashik I finally found a store in pune. Now the sim is operating but messages can't be sent or received. Error 50 is occuring! Can anybody please help

    @ViCustomerCare do you even care, our UPI & bank transactions are not getting OTP. Airtel is working fine, only Vi is impacted. Your service deteriorates every year. It feels like time to port.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call. Your Representative said indoor network problem. They won’t be able to solve & I receive sms that my issue resolved. Indoor network means? Can’t I expect to talk inside my house? I don’t stay in any underground tunnel.
