  @ViCustomerCare if you can't provide a good network for calling and internet so what is the meaning we are using your sim card, and your customers support agents are also rude behavior with the customer. I will never suggest and buy vi simcard in the future

They are just making money by putting same kindly of Message Screenshot but in reality i facing network issue on my number from past 1 year but due to Validity i not able to port out my number to other operator. They have not even call or reply on customer issue

  It's more than hours and no internet connectivity from @ViCustomerCare .. I have never seen this type of issues with Jio , also when i travel to new place there's nothing availablity of vi network. BHR-V01150233842

  @canewsbeta @pratyushsingh12 @ViCustomerCare I am still awaiting my refund. They looted me for 3500 Rs in one day. I got a phone from customer care that they will refund me, but it hasn't happened yet. I still get automated calls that my balance is negative although it is positive.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear sir i am using vi sim - 9340215468 for 1 year i have network issue in my area means sim automtatically switch to 2g,3g oftenly i have complaint 10 + times but there is no solution i have tried both method by calling and by using the vi app i live in madhyapradesh shivpuri

  @ViCustomerCare dear V! I port out my SIM from JIO to Idea to get better internet connectivity in first half of the year but you have irritated me by providing the poorest internet connectivity in Bihar, Patna. Now I am repenting why I port out my no to your dead service 😠😞

  @ViCustomerCare I was complaining request against network issue from last year complaint goes closed and there is no solution my network automaticly switch to 2g ,3g oftenly the problem is same with others i have comlaint 10 + time but no solution please fix this problem

  @ViCustomerCare @ShieldVoC - Lately Vi is being worst network raised many complaints but no solution there is no network calls are getting cut low speed data coverage, after many complaints and follow up still no result, i am prepaid user and i have done yearly recharge already.
