    Absolutely sick of this. @ViCustomerCare , my SIM is basically a useless piece of plastic right now. I can’t make calls, I can’t receive calls, and the internet is completely dead. I am totally cut off. Why am I even paying for this "service"? Fix this ASAP! 😡 #ViDown

    @ViCustomerCare Hey i am a user of Vi network using using from last 1-2 years, but i get know that there is no tower in my area which is Sector 36 and Sector 37, i visited the Vi store, 2-3km away the speed was around 200 mbps but in my home it is just 10-15 mbps, worst of all.!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,You can sell new SIMs online with digital KYC, but can’t issue an eSIM to a genuine overseas customer with a dead SIM. Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare gaon mein I recharged with the ₹399 plan and ported to Vi on July 1st; the internet isn't working, and connectivity is poor. Please do something about this in rural areas.

    @ViCustomerCare I have joined VI . Why VI service centre giving only post paid option for port ? I have visited South Bopal branch and a lady VI representative confirm only post paid option by VI for port. I have to take. this is highly unprofessional Why such unethical product sell?

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?
