    My mother ported her sim from #VodafoneIdea to @reliancejio. She has paid outstanding bill in dec but her outgoing has been blocked as @JioCare says payment pending. I have visited jio store thrices spoken with customer care but no resolution yet.@ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Jio network speeds are very slow around 3-4 mbps at pincode-533445. Near by villages which are just 3kms away are getting very high speeds around 95mbps. Why don't u just look around here. Even @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare are same in my village.

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst network provider! And it's service is too much worst than worst! So i request all it's customer to switch to another network! If they want better network service facility in cheap rates! As I don't think plans of @VodafoneGroup worth it!

    @ViCustomerCare ordered a new SIM card online. It's been 3 days sim card not yet Activated. Plus your KYC partner comes for KYC at home, chewing gutka, coughing regularly, now they are vanished. No one to listen to our plight. Such a pathetic service from Vodafone idea👎

    @ViCustomerCare if you guys wants to retain custome , instead of harassing them with calls when they port their SIM ,you should work with on you network quality. Calls connecting after trying 5 time in bhopal. If you continue this way you should go bankrupt @TRAI
