I am surprised to see #Vodafone had to go this down. Out of no where I recieved activation notification of Gamdpind & my balence was deducted. I don't even know what that **** it. This is not fair @ViCustomerCare. Solve this if you care about the left over loyal customers. #scam.

@ViCustomerCare I ported out on 18th Oct due to pathetic coverage and Svc. Vi owes me Rs.1600/- which they say it will be 60 days to refund. When customer delays over 10 days you charge Rs.50/- why so much delay to refund customer money.?

@ViZzFans @ViCustomerCare Yes I wanted prepaid (the no is a secondary no.) n they were offering me postpaid. If Vi has an attitude problem that they only want postpaid ppl. I happily port into Jio which does not insist on prepaid or postpaid.
