@r_sri_vatsan @ViCustomerCare You can set network selection to 4G/3G/2G , so that internet surfs on 4g and calls will made from 2G Although Vi , in the time of arrival of 5G era , your 4g network has issues like service outage, no signal, poor internet, no vowifi, volte disrupted

Visited a @ViCustomerCare store for exchange of old SIMs. Such a pathetic experience. Seemed like their staff just don't want you to remain with them. In spite of staying with them for years through bad network and frequent call drops and very poor data connection. Porting out.

@ViCustomerCare Is your VoLTE service down in Whitefield area? Is a professional company like Vodafone run by children that needs follow up every so frequently. Without VoLTE you do not allow phone calls to be made. Is it so difficult to ensure VoLTE services automatically?

@ViCustomerCare 'Vi is truly unlimited' that's what I thought but when I ended I purchasing it doesn't have any speed ;I mean no network at all ,zero. To define the situation a page will take 6hrs to open with speed of 0.02kbp/s . Can u feel the situation .
