@jagograhakjago pls help: @ViCustomerCare is a fraud co. First it auto increased my rental plan forcibly n after I discontinued my no. on 25aug d cust care agent confirmed twice on 30aug dat I do not have to pay any amount to #VodafoneIdea as there is no billed or unbilled amt.

Hey @ViCustomerCare my dad is a senior citizen had to travel thrice to your shop in #dombivli to change a corporate account to his name. Despite giving all documents and agent taking his photo. We get a message there is an issue with the photo. #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare Better to club with BSNL network.BSNL is far better than your network.Even it is 3g but far better than your 5G, Worst customer Support. Whenever i post new tweet then team will contact me and says within 48 hours we'll solve your issue but later no one will look into the issue.

I ported out my phone number 8141355857 (UPE Circle) into Vi, for better VoLTE network. My number has been port out into Vi successfully, but I didn't get VoLTE network till now. Why it's happening ? Without VoLTE network it will be worthless. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
