@consumerforum_PLS HELP 🙏🏻. @ViCustomerCare are scammers. I had deactivated my Amazon Prime Subscription and amount was waived off. I ported my number bcz of their pathetic service. After the port, VI added Prime subs amount in my bill & asking to pay. WORST NETWORK.

@ViCustomerCare call quality in my area with pin code 799120 is too poor. Inspite of having voLTE, the calls sound worser than 1G or 2G calls. Noone can understand even a single word been said during call. Please either provide good services or just leave the market. Thank you.

@ViCustomerCare Still Vi not ready to install signal booster for my house or resolve the ZERO network ( Network issue at my house). They just have the same thing to say we are in process of Improving network in our area and they cannot do anything more to resolve this issue.
