    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Finally the issues got resolved after 23 days. Not sure if I shld thank them for this. Definitely not the service anybody deserves. They cld have simply resolved the issue in the first few days using the steps they took after 20 days. Hope they learn from this @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare @NeerjaBirla @AdityaBirlaGrp I just want to know how much time 7 days more to do verification and the outgoing calls are not done then let me cancel the connection because vi does not have customer care. We do not understand the delay . Sorry eight nos porting.

    @ViCustomerCare I m totally frustrated with Vi poorest network and its worst Service and Vi is cheating its customers by deducting validity or data and the same happened with me . And so I complaint to Vi customer care but didn't get any positive response and so I told them tht I am leaving Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I recently port my Airtel number to your operator (Vi) and the sim got activated on 25 of this month but still the first recharge is not done by the sim executive who port my number Without FRC its not working and it's a piece of plastic for me Kindly look into it

    It has been nearly 10 days and @ViCustomerCare is not activating my premium number. I visited CP store twice, kalakaji store, Kamla nagar store . I spoke to your customer support Ram, Shweta and social media head team , twitter, facebook support and tele support as well.
