  @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, You tried your best, to fix the connectivity issue, but no network received, infact even the normal calls went blank after 1 week. Stop selling Cambodia while offering Roaming to the subscribers, cambodia does not support the Indian sim cards.

  @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)
