@ViCustomerCare tried to convert my existing VI post paid sim to eSIM. Lost the entire network which was at least showing and it’s been 24 hrs. First thing to do is to apply for a duplicate sim and port out from this stupid network !

@ViCustomerCare Why your internet fluctuates so much at Pune-411051? I am at 699 postpaid with unlimited internet, and calls. Sometimes network just disappears, sometimes VoLTE disappears, then internet gets disconnected suddenly.
