@ViCustomerCare I requested a SIM upgrade yesterday and I was given a replacement SIM saying that it will work after 4 hours. Neither it is working nor I can contact anyone to help! On Sunday, Vi stores are closed, can you see how embarassing this is??

@ViCustomerCare Vi Please Fix Connection timeout and High ping with Packet loss in and out and please fix as soon as possible. Because when you on internet on mobile the data turn on and not opening any YouTube or chrome. Always change apn to ipv4 and restarting then it work
