    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare the deduction nightmare continues. One more last night at 8.30 pm. See email & DM sent just now. Your system keeps deducting, you keep telephoning to say all is well. Miserable. number has been rendered useless by you coz of never-ending baseless deductions

    @ViCustomerCare I activated caller tune on my idea number 7860094888. To avail of this tune I have recharged 47 Rs.But after all of this my subscription for caller tune is still showing pending. I contacted customer care  to solve this problem .But I didn't get satisfactory reply

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I have Vi upgraded sim worst network. I raised an complaint 5months ago and yet they havent resolved it and sending me bill of 2500 and asking to pay it for the services i was not able to use only. And now giving threatining to my parents and other frdns.

    I am on Vi Network from last two days, and see the very first impression of your services @ViCustomerCare, i can't even use 2G internet on your network. It seems i made a mistake by Porting-in to Vi. 😔

    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointed at the sub-par customer service. No resolution despite visiting the store multiple times and calling/sending multiple mails for the last 4 months. Have faced so much inconvenience (monetary loss as well as time wastage) due to misguidance from your company.

    @TheNetworkWala @ViCustomerCare I have raised an complaint regarding my call drops, slow internet, and no network. And from last five months vodafone has completely blocked my network and sending me the bills only... This is the worst service Vi is thirdclass

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Dont know from.where they are getting the numbers of my friends and threatning them stating that they will discontinue their number if bill not paid. I was not having network from last 5months and sending me the bill of that. Why should i pay if i havent bale to use those service

    @TRAI i bought new @ViCustomerCare #vi postpaid sim on 15 march And the service of vi is worst in all Now i want to permanently deactivate the sim Is it compulsory to use it for 90 days And my bills are also clear Help me @TRAI

    The worst worst experience with @ViCustomerCare No response in dm.....the network issue with my new sim has been there for the past 5 days and its over 2 hrs i registered the complaint in dm..Gonna switch to some other network. Worst of all @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Despite of activating full DND, i am getting telemarketing & spam calls from @medlifecare daily. This is very irritating!! I have complained medlife customer care as well, but they dont solve this. Pls intervene @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare PLEASE HELP. ITS URGENT. I'm not able to recharge my balance. Uninstalled n Reinstalled the app multiple times. Updated the app too. But after the entering the mobile no. to get OTP, its showing currently servers are down.. Trying since morning!!!

    @ViCustomerCare your network tower very closer to me but the indoor coverage is very poor. Speed can't reach 100kbps . I registered so many compliants but it cannot resolve
