  @ViCustomerCare After raising network complaint I was contacted by a srvc person and being asked to perform all network diagnostics myself and send the screenshots. I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises.
