    @ViCustomerCare I m v sad to say this, YOUR NETWORK IS REALLY POOR! Faced multiple issues since last recharge. *NO INCOMING CALLS, NO PROPER CALL CONNECTIONS, NO SPEED INTERNET, VERY SLOW BINGE NETWORK. After multiple complaint registrations, the issues didn't get resolved.

    @DoT_India Two different complaints. You're referring to internet coverage which is resolved now. HOWEVER, Im referring to one complaint in which I applied to premium number, paid ₹500/- to @ViCustomerCare , sim home delivered, but kyc failed and connection cancelled. I NEED FULL REFUND.

    @ViCustomerCare We have two Vi numbers in my home and no network at all. Also, I asked my neighbor as well. He is also facing same issue with Vi Network. No network at all. Instead of asking questions from me. Resolve the issue on priority now.

    Really unhappy with @ViCustomerCare I have been a customer since Orange days. Call center unable to solve my issue. Asking me to settle a bill for a number that has not been in use for past 3 years! Can a sensible person call me to understand the issue? Amita Parab is useless.

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 89: Your network is 0.02 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Complained repeatedly & got the SIMs recharged several times but it vain. Why should one recharge if network is not available ? 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.
