VI your network problem is causing me a lot of interruptions in my work. I am not getting any benefit from the charges I am giving you every month. Everything is going to waste. I am often having network issues while calling & using internet. R you going to draw? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare My friend's phone was stolen. We're trying to block her SIM card -- we've called 198 and WhatsApped your customer care, but the OTP to block her sim isn't reaching her recovery email. How can we block her number?
