@ViCustomerCare your service is very bad I had raised request at vi store to port my postpaid to prepaid. But it is not ported out yet one week already over and network so bad I think I raise to cancel my request and port to new company with better service @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio please upgrade your network infrastructure here in pincode 271609 , Mahadaiya bazar, very poor connectivity, even @ViCustomerCare have somewhat improved over the years , but no improvements from Jio, Sheer Disappointment!!!

@ViCustomerCare I have recharged one month data but I can't use internet properly bcoz your data speed is very very slow. I m facing problem since recharged. But next time I will port this number bcoz when I not recharge ur company stop incoming . @PMOIndia @RahulGandhi

@ViCustomerCare issue raise 20 days before and every time I called customer care , they are saying same like : "Your issue is opened, it will resolved within 24 hrs". But from last 20 days no update on the issue. Is anyone really looking into the issue ?? @ViCustomerCare
