Did you guys remove the option in IVR to reach out and talk with customer care? It is pathetic to follow a long IVR wherein no option to talk with customer care. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia come up with some best plans and kick *** VI from India.

@ViCustomerCare Problem resolved. Today ur service engineer visited the location and resolved the problem. However kindly note that it shouldn't be a makeshift arrangement to close the complaint. It should be permanent as without internet customers won't stay with telecom company. Thanks!
