    @ViCustomerCare I am having the network issues with my VI number in USA(Internat Roam). I contacted VI support more than 10 times but still i am not able to latch it on TMobile network. Now VI team suggesting to replace the faulty sim by visiting VI Store.pls help with it.

    @ViCustomerCare The order id DCHD18092247192 was supposed to be delivered yesterday and has not even shipped for delivery of sim. What is this? Is this the service by Vodafone?

    @ViCustomerCare There is nothing to elaborate everything is problem, network, coverage calling. Hope you know this is my corporate connection while working in office there is no network...again and again need to restart the mobile or put mobile on airplane mode.

    @ViCustomerCare I can not make video calls I can't connect my call in one attempt when I am thinking to surf online the network is behaving like 2g. I am done with you guys and I would make shure that nobody will take the service of Vodafone in my surrounding. World most rubbish network.
