Dear @ViCustomerCare i have a vi prepaid sim. Incoming call is stopped on my number due to recharge so I do recharge yesterday after that incoming and outgoing call is active but few minutes later there is no network signal on my number it shows that please insert ur sim card.

@ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra No update on my issue . its been more that 2 weeks and no mail from vi customer care. This is the final and last message. Then no recharge and final porting only.
