    Hello @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to do and receive call. Very disappointed with VI, services are really very pathetic. Plz help me to use my sim for calling services.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , Vi network is down. It was all of a sudden the mobile data becomes dead. I just turned airplane mode on and off, restarted the phone but, nothing worked. Not only the internet but also incoming and outgoing calls are not working. #Vodafoneideadown

    @KsPurandar @ViCustomerCare @TRAI It's horrible in Bangalore. Complaining every week it's of waste. Vi is providing worst of worst service. I will port to some other in next month.

    @ViCustomerCare I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS 'DAILY' TO THE "CUSTOMER CARE" ALONGWITH ALL THE DETAILS & SCREENSHOTS SINCE MORE THAN 6 WEEKS BUT NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE. THE "APPELLATE AUTHORITY" IS ALSO NOT HELPING....!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare It is very strange to see that even before resolving the problem I received a message stating the problem has been resolved. Even the store representative who was suppose to visit today for resolving the problem, didn't turn up. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My father put in a network porting request as there is a issue frequent call drops and network failure in our area. He has been bombarded with more than 15 calls from VI customer service to not port. please stop harassing senior citizens with such nuisance.
