    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial now i am in 712235 pin code & it is in kolkata circle but still i did not got 5g,plus i faced buffering issue from last night still it present.internet speed is very low.i made a wrong decision for port in vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi 5g is scam. They have the worst network. They clam they have 5g in Delhi. But still in my aera 5g is not working. This pure scam

    @ViCustomerCare I'll raise a complaint through your App , I don't want any refund or days extension, I've already done recharge on that No. Just curious about the 28 days recharge turning into 26 days. However I think on CRED App it's 26 days and on VI app it's 28 days for Rs 189 @CRED_club

    @Ravisutanjani Using vodafone since 13-14 years for best among all I keep airtel a head . Main reason @ViCustomerCare losing sim is not working every 3 months last 2 sims changed 3 times that's the problem in Vi people are facing in jio our call get connected in conference call

    Hello @TRAI Vodafone Idea (Vi) suspended my numbers 9999577499, 9990977812 and 7827854631 for previous operator due. I've cleared these dues 4 days back. Please intervene. No help on cantacting @ViCustomerCare On call, app & social media

    Totally worst worst service I ever seen till now. That’s ridiculous. 10days in abroad I can’t able to access any Indian Banks net banking or any India services Bcz can’t able to get OTPS. @ViCustomerCare you guys don’t give shitt about anyone’s Circumstances. Just a bullshitt.

    I raised a request to port frm VI to Airtel. Later in the day I gt a call from @ViCustomerCare executive posing as Airtel executive & made me cancel my porting request under the pretext that Im cancelling my VI billing so my porting is successful. If ths isnt fraud, then wt is it
