@ViCustomerCare not able to receive calls and send calls. Customer care number works but many people are facing the same issue in my area.

@ViCustomerCare is charging Rs 500 to Rs 10000 for premium numbers from their customers. I have purchased Vi premium number for Rs 2000. But the telecom company is not able to provide 5G network on calls as well as Internet services. @TRAI

I have requested to port my @ViCustomerCare number to @reliancejio but I am still waiting for activation even confirmation received for ready for tele verification. But no network available for given sim card..

@ViCustomerCare How pathetic your internet speed is not even what @reliancejio has after its pack is exhausted i.e 64kbps..Vi you aren't capable of having 64kbps even..worst service @ViCustomerCare.. Port is the best option in this case..
