    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my no (ID: ONR2106220847160090) for unlimited calls. And it has been 4 hrs and I still can't make outgoing calls or use data. Your app is full of FAQs but no chat/email support. Can't even call 198 or 199. Is customer required to tweet to you?

    Been trying to port my no. for 3 days still no luck.. I get special offers from voda each time I try to generate the UPC code, however never once received the code itself. Seems like voda testing people’s patience till they just give up? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you so much for your good for nothing services all these years. This is it. I don't wish to stay associated with you guys anymore. It's been 4+ years everytime I register a complaint I am informed that services will get better but I am no more to be fooled. I've decided :)

    @ViCustomerCare Basically a whatsapp message can't be sent while using your 4g services. and you people claim to be fastest 4g.Even you customer care people say we have technical issues we can't give you any info.They must be using Vi internet.
