    @ViCustomerCare Steps I already tried- upgraded iOS, restarted phone 4-5 times, reset network settings, Removed and inserted SIM, selected all network operators, off/on cellular data, off/on Roaming, 4g/3g, airplane mode on/off.

    @ViCustomerCare unfortunately! Iam using two of your SIM's in onephone and u never mention mobile NUMBER so how I can know that for which number u r providingActually I don't need IT U take back this data gift & refund my ₹10 which u have deducted from my balance 4 OUTGOING SMS

    @ViCustomerCare why am i getting 2 calls everyday from Vodafone customer care, i am not picking up the calls since last 3 days but all they want to offer on calls is increase my plan by 100 rupees and what you are giving in return is of no use to me, do you want me to PORT OUT???

    @ViCustomerCare I understand that you don't want to lose a customer but why is it that I can't make a port request? it's my lawful right to do so. sending my number on dm. But I definitely want to know why my request is being declined despite having paid all my dues.

    @ViCustomerCare why there is only cash accepted at your stores, no cards, no upi payments - also they don't provide payment receipts, why ? is this all to make the customer feel weird ?
