    Pathetic service by #vodafoneidea. Wanted to upgrade to 5g. But this is 2nd time I went to #vodafonestore & provided my details, but the sim replacement is getting rejected everytime. Funnily I've other VI nos in my name upgraded to 5g wth same ID proof. @ViCustomerCare 1/n.
