@ViCustomerCare I am in Dubai. I can't get signal on my sim. Settings are all correct. this problem is there for last 10 days. Complaining on your app doesn't help. I clearly filed a complaint. Complaint numbers are given. The complaint was then closed without any response.

@ViCustomerCare my no. 9039630729 was suddenly deactivated on 29/6 evening. Replacement sim obtained on 30/7 is still to be activated by today 3/7/22. No. is used professionally n it’s non activation is creating problems for me professionally.Pathetic service from you.

People with no knowledge have been given post at senior Helpdesk, the one with which my call was connected named Nargis does not even know how to treat customers. She says i cannot call till 8th July. I cannot do the basic thing from my phone. Thankyou @ViCustomerCare
