@ViCustomerCare what's wrong with the connection these days. The internet speed is starting to slow drastically and there are frequent call drops and today I'm experiencing no network at more than one instance. It's fixed after restarting the device.

@ViCustomerCare I have very clearly given all details, why is your team calling me again and again and asking for the same details yet once again. This is plain customer harassement. You wake up suddenly one day and customer has to go through the entire thing, yet once again....this is a joke

@ViCustomerCare am yet to get a return on the security deposit for 2 of my Vi postpaid numbers (ported to Airtel). Follow up with your customer centers have not yielded results. Next steps? I have a cheque for the amount issued by Vi.
