    @VodafoneIN your customer care executive asked me to choose the mobile network manually and asked me to select Vi as the network. But I can't see that option in the available networks. Is this your new idea of resolving? My calls are getting dropped. Do something. #vodafonesucks

    @ViCustomerCare 12 years of loyal association with you. I am just trying to upgrade my postpaid sim card to 4G since last 24 hrs. Plz chk ur inbox and help me, the process is already initiated by Nagpur customer service centre but it's need ur intervention

    Vodafone asked me to change the sim card to VI to get the better 4G Connectivity. And since then it never showed 4G. Whats wrong with you @VodafoneIN Your network is detoriating day by day. #timetoport #worstnetwork #VodafoneIdea

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband A complaint is already registered with Youbroadband from my mobile App on 29th Sept but till now it’s not been resolved. Six months subscription is paid in advance. Five days are already lost.

    @ViCustomerCare I spoke with floor Supervisor Rupesh Jadhav on 15 Oct and he had taken the complaint ,but the technical team closed it without calling me and they are putting blame on my bank that the problem is from their end , just fix it asap
