    Thanks bro, but when my ARPU is INR 4K+ (monthly)... I deserve the service, also, I understand when there are connection issues in rural areas., but companies like @VodafoneIN can provide decent service in middle of our metros... That bugs me...

    @VodafoneIN No everyday I am compromising just because I don't have time to go and register physical complaint about this and port to some other service provider. I tweeted on 1st of March and since then no action has been taken. Please look into this if youreally care about your customers😄

    @ViCustomerCare # net speed is too slow today since 6 am ; at NAGPUR - 440010 . Not able to lodge complaint even on Vi app ; citing connectivity issue .

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Vi movies+TV website is pathetic. Requires multiple logins through the day, pathetic UI, and functionality breaks. Evident you hold no command over your dev team; coz i know how little an effort it is to fix these issues. I wont renew my subscription. Ty🙏

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve
