    @ViCustomerCare Facing Network & Coverage issue from last 3 days. Called your customer care for help, they are unable to hear me, I told them that what i want to tell, your Network is the culprit. I want to PORT, but it says i have not paid my bill, which i already paid on 24Nov

    Thanks bro, but when my ARPU is INR 4K+ (monthly)... I deserve the service, also, I understand when there are connection issues in rural areas., but companies like @VodafoneIN can provide decent service in middle of our metros... That bugs me...

    @ViCustomerCare very conveniently has scammed me by showing my Oct 2025 recharge (₹509) - which ended in Jan 2026 as my current plan. Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan ₹859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!

    @ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?
