    @ViCustomerCare really appalled at the service provided at ur stores plus the time it’s taking for my father to get a sim activated. It’s been 15 days. Does it take 15 days to activate a sim?

    @ViCustomerCare It was good in Mumbai. But it has become very bad now. Don't join Vi now as they can't resolve their network technical issues. They will close their ticket without any action. For days when your outgoing calls doesn't work, they must refund or increase validity
