    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare my number 9408118282 is down even though recharged 48 hrs back. If DoT_india is not able help then where should customer go. I m afraid to go for another recharge as that might be also stolten by VI. THEY ARE OPENLY STEALING MONEY & Sadly we cannot do anything

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen such a ***** network in my life. Your network is not available in Pune city area. I have to come out of the house to make a simple phone call, the internet is not working properly. Network problem occurs 3-3 times a month. Very scrap service.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there something wrong in your UP-West network... not able to make calls or use internet from yesterday morning on any of the 4 Vi numbers that I have. This discourages me to use your services in future.

    @ViCustomerCare I would never opt for Vi but my father uses the number and he insisted. It's been 5 days and all that I've got is promises. I know you guys are incompetent but there should be a limit. Send the SIM or refund the money. Please.
