    Wow great @ViCustomerCare jist today i check my number not working & not part of Vi for not recharge last past month's. I already talk you for no network or low network coverage issue. But issue not solve. Still low network 2G - 3G. But i try recharge my number through Vi app (1)

    @BandBajaateRaho Because if any pending payment sure Vi telling about. I remember during my port vi to airtel i recharge my number, also some balance. Nothing pending anything. I'm trouble because now my number registered with my documents but which company! @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare ??

    @ViCustomerCare Why *121# or *199# not working for balance check and message received to verify in VI Applications? Why each & every calls you assigned Cybercrime voice message as dial tones creating confusion? Whether the @TRAI or the #JM_Scindia provided any such guidelines?

    @ViCustomerCare Ending week with so much data left in my data roll over plan. Getting call from various vi employees but none helping to solve the issue . No one knows why thefuck they are paying salaries to engineering department!! 4g **** service from months. Excuse at peak service at lowest
