    @SINGHANUJM @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare What kind of scam is this? We couldnt use international roaming for a single day and were left without any network or means to communicate. We were called by VI and assured that we’ll get a refund but nothing done about it. Don’t expect to be cheated by a brand like VI. Shame!

    I purchased @ViCustomerCare new number postpaid number but they are providing poor calling services and poor Internet speed. So i submitted a termination request. now their retention team is regularly calling to retain the number at any cost by offering foolish offers.

    @ViCustomerCare Had raised my concern and had DM'ed my concern to vodafone but network issues with calls its been more than 24 hrs and no response their side requesting @DoT_India @TRAI to intervene as we are losing out on imp calls

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Also, as said in the tweet above, you can see the amount of signal I’m getting in my phone and you people are saying that I have adequate amount of signal in my phone and there is no issue. Really pathetic service 👎🏻
