    @kshitij_verma @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Same reason they are fully neglecting South India. They are providing all best service to North, but they are not providing Vowifi to South. Very poor 4G indoor coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare kindly initiate refund of my balance amount of recharge..i do not wish to continue my connection with Vi. recharge is valid till dec so deduce used period and refund balance amount. Kindly treat ths tweet seriously. no compromise expected or will be entertained

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare @TheSanjivKapoor please don’t make VI sink the way Jet sank. You shouldn’t have gone public this way. In fact VI is my secondary no & I switch many times to VI for better network. I am sure you won’t believe this! Also, used Voda when I travelled to Mexico recently. Much better!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare You are one lucky customer. At least they are calling you. My complaint is unresolved for last 2 weeks. All I get is messages that they would resolve in 24 hrs!!

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, please help resolve the issue. My Vodafone number which was upgraded to Postpaid today is still not activated. Now neither the prepaid works nor the postpaid. Tried calling the customer care for multiple times. CAF Number :MON451803985428

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare reason for downfall of vi, govt should not waste money to save vi in my opinion, if it creates a duopoly in the market so be it, vi is absolute garbage

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I think the problem can be solved by using Truecaller and just ignoring these calls. But I'm guessing you are an Apple user!
